I'll let Evan take that away. So I got Evan Carmichael here. Evan, how are you doing? I'm great, Jason. Thanks for having me, man. Let's do this. Yeah, of course. Well, again, thank you so much for your time. But to kick up the show, would you mind just giving the audience a little bit about your backstory and who you are? Sure. I think people would know me either for my books or my youtube channel. I struggled a lot as an entrepreneur and quit on my business partner. I think ultimately, your purpose comes from your pain. Whatever you struggle the most with is what you want to help other people through. And because I struggled so much as an entrepreneur, I wanted to help other entrepreneurs not struggle so much. And so that led to me speaking, making youtube videos, writing books doing all the fun stuff and now talking to Jason Lee, amazing. I guess the first question I have for you, it comes from me personally because I'm in the process of trying to grow my youtube channel. How did you grow your channel to millions of subscribers? So how I did it may not be the best way for how you can do it right now. Early on youtube, I started in 2009 and it was a completely different game than it is now where education was not the main thing. I made a six minute video and people told me it was too long and I was crazy and nobody would watch a six minute video. Now youtube is the number one place you could go to, to learn, the best teachers are on youtube. You know, they're not in schools, they're on youtube. So I would start with you with this. Well, what's the main thing that you actually want to sell? I mean, I'm looking to help real estate investors buy their first property. There's three main shows that you can launch. The first show is what most people think about, which is the thought leadership show. You're making your eight ways to launch a real estate career or whatever, eight ways to pick properties. Eight ways to blank. Right. That means you're a good speaker. It doesn't mean that you're actually a good coach or know how to actually help someone show number two is you coach people. So you have either ideal clients or people getting their start in the business and you come on and you coach them and that's a lot easier of a show to make because you just have to show up. It assumes you're a good coach, right? Talking to a camera by yourself in a studio is the hardest thing to do at the beginning."

In this video I talk about something that happens to a lot of new agents. When we tell our family and friends about our goals, sometimes they try to stop us.
They may think that what we are trying to do, is impossible. Sometimes they have the wrong misconception or maybe they think we are not going to go through with our new venture.
The most important thing is, we should never ask them about an industry they know nothing about. If you want to become a doctor and your friend is a High School Football Coach for advice, he will probably tell you that being a Doctor is too hard and that you're probably better off being a teacher.
Just remember, nothing is impossible... you just have to ask the right people...
