Not all oot versions are made equal cafde 2013-09-11 | 1.0 on left, 1.2 on right1.2 seems to have overall less lag than 1.0, especially during the escape. It's probably not more than 2 seconds in an any% run, though. also somehow 1.0 catches back up? might be my lack of knowledge on video editing, but all i did was cut out frames with blue boxes.

Fish tank hp theory cafde 2013-06-28 | It's been believed that which fish in the tank eats the fish you drop is random, but after testing for a bit it seems to me that if you wait until the bigger fish is closer before dropping it then there is a high chance (about 80% or so) that it will be the one to eat your fish.I'm hoping someone else wants to test this so that maybe we can have a consistent 4 fish method of getting this hp.

Spooky mask on adult C cafde 2011-11-03 | ~~~PLEASE READ~~~~Method by SockfolderThe same method to get odd mushroom to c buttons as child link also works with spooky mask as adult.Most people seem to be confused on the steps for this to work so hopefully these instructions will help.Steps1. RBA a green potion for odd mush or blue potion for spooky mask (bugs are probably the most convenient).2. Make sure a real bottle of bugs is on a c button (duped bottle may work?)3. Open chest of whichever item is it. The item will overwrite the bugs on c when it writes over the bugs in your inventory.Note that for spooky mask you need either version 1.0 or 1.2 (n64 or vc), 1.1 and GC give fire arrows from the chest. Also make sure you have the glitched quiver 20 when you win the gerudo archery quiver.
Child morpha strategy cafde 2011-06-11 | I use child master sword to make it a bit faster, kokiri sword is almost as fast. Jumpslashing is definitely possible but the timing is hard, so it can be done in 5 rounds with deku sticks. If you're in the water as the tentacle is formed morpha will go after you, but after you get back on the platform it'll not be in the tentacle, just sort of hopping up and down near it. The tentacle won't despawn if you're in its range when it finishes it's thing (whether by damaging morpha with at least 2 damage or waiting) The second tentacle will not start appearing if the 1st never disappears after you do enough damage (I fail to do this in the video but it didn't appear until I got grabbed that second time and the first one despawned).
