Crab Feed/Garlic Roasted Chicken Terrence J Allison 2023-09-20 | This was an amazing weekday dinner consisting of garlic and herb olive oil roasted chicken. Cooked in the oven at 375 for 45 minutes this was an delicious late summer dinner. Fast forward 2 weeks it has be shuffled to the back of the fridge. Rediscovered yesterday after a trip to the grocery store. While unloading astronomically expensive groceries from the car into the kitchen, I see the plastic glad lock bag of chicken legs hiding under processed lunch meat and a variety of cheeses. Way past it's shelf life I give the chicken a sniff and to my surprise it still smells amazing. Not wanting to simply throw it in the garbage I ponder my options. Reheat it in the microwave, broil it in the oven or use the most precious kitchen appliance we currently own. The air fryer. I'm about to choose an appliance when suddenly remembering my most recent experience with food poisoning. Flashbacks of bile and foul smelling liquid being deposited into the toiled flood my memories. I decide to take a totally different route and strap it to a cooking rack with lights and a GoPro camera. Comment below what I should feed them next.
