New Slang- The Shins Cover Sima Bustami 2026-01-28 | This video was recorded after I got out of the hospital a few years ago. I was still weak and frail at the time, but well enough to record this cover. Being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease quietly changed my relationship with music and with myself. I used to push hard, always trying to prove something. But I don’t live that way anymore. Life has asked me to slow down. I've just been living, creating, and letting things unfold more gently. Music hasn’t left me, it’s just quieter and less urgent these days. I’m sharing this video now because it comes from a moment when things shifted for me, and it felt right to finally let it live here as a small offering. 🙏🏻 Thank you all for staying, for waiting, and for listening over the years.
