The Buchardt P300s flipped the script on me! Great Sounding. At the price few come close! Old Guy Hifi 2025-09-28 | The goal of the P300 was to create a speaker that captures the design philosophy of the beloved S400, Mads Buchardt did everything possible to cut the price dramatically down without sacrificing performance (in comparison to the S400 MKII.) Sounds difficult, but the P300 speakers have surpassed expectations, which is why this is a gem among speakers in its price range! It is a compact, elegant and powerful speaker with low-end that doesn't necessarily call for a subwoofer. Old Guy Hifi 2025-09-19 | Lucca Chesky (Age 17) is an American audio designer and the founder of Chesky Audio, a loudspeaker company dedicated to making high-fidelity sound more accessible. Raised in a uniquely musically family. His father David is a very famous musician, producer and recording engineer while his twin sister Paloma is a remarkable singing talent.In 2024, Chesky attended Princeton University’s 3D Audio and Applied Acoustics Lab where he was introduced to advanced spatial-audio research. While at Princeton, he built the first prototype of the LC1, a compact two-way loudspeaker, using spare drivers and a home 3D printer. After more than twenty design iterations, the LC1 debuted at Capital Audio Fest, where it received positive reviews for its performance and affordability. The CSS Criton 3TD-X is amazing. Awesome bass response. If you love movies or music, they deliver. Old Guy Hifi 2025-08-01 | The CSS Criton 3TD-X is an all new, 3-way towers using their top of the line LD25X tweeter, an all new LDW6 mid woofer, and a pair of LDW7 woofers. They really did something special with this design to create a very even directivity without the use of a waveguide. By not using the waveguide, it creates a wider dispersion speaker which is only down about 10 dB at 10 kHz at 90 degrees off axis. USB and I2S inputs support DSD1024 and 1536kHz. Customized Power. High decoding speed, low digital noise, ensure low distortion of the audio signal and very low background music noise.
