What I eat in a day while 26 weeks pregnant🤰🏼#whatieatinaday #26weekspregnant #shorts femketjeNL 2023-10-07 | What I eat in a day while 26 weeks pregnant (slow day at home)!I tend to have a light breakfast with some orange juice, fruit (banana this specific day🍌) and some vanilla and chocolate mix Dutch dubbelvla custard.Lunch time is a few slices of whole wheat bread with any topping choice, glass of milk and more fruit 🍎As a snack in between I'm digging kitkat or lion bars atm, didn't eat these in 1 go though 🤭 I had the 2nd one at night 😋Also for drinks I go for at least 2 liters of water and a glass of caffeine free cocacola (only when I feel like it so not every day). For dinner I made super delish tostadas with corn, chicken feta cheese and a salad, not sponsored by hello fresh btw, I've been a paying customer there for over a year now and still love how convenient it is!At night I tend to go for 2 more slices of whole wheat bread with any preferred topping, cause I'm hungry all the time and love bread all day everyday 🍞😍x Femke
