storyline.

just basically follows through the different stages of their friend/relationship. they both know they like each other, yet hayner's stubborn pride and olette's persistence causes adverse effects and hinders them from admitting their true feelings.

pence, roxas and namine are the other friends who keep trying to push the two together and who are also endlessly annoyed by the pair's childish antics (pence especially).

i thought this would be one of the videos i'd never finish, but the more i went back to it and worked on it, the more motivated i became to finish it -- which was weird, because that rarely happens.

also, haynette (?) doesn't get much love, even though they're a fantastic pairing ): and i kind of whored out the newblue fx around the end, haha.

kiwiFruitMocktail 2010-12-13 | a juxtaposition between the freedom and colour in kairi's world as opposed to the lack thereof in namine's captivity.

storyline.

namine, a memory witch of some sort, lived her whole life in isolation. she grew up to be naive and selfish as a consequence, taking whatever she wanted because she had so little for herself. she day dreams about all the lives she could have lived, experiences and friends she could have; she would be content with wherever she was if only she wasn't confined in the room and by herself.

sora stumbles upon namine. the latter instantly takes a liking to him, wishing he belonged to her. she wants him to stay, wishing she was important to him like these friends he talks about - namely a girl named kairi. namine grows attached to him quickly and when he leaves, she doesn't let him.

she wants to see his friends and hear stories about everything as he is her only link to the outside world, so she takes what she believes is rightfully hers; his memory.

looking at his memories, she sees his friends. his memories are chronological, each becoming more recent - kairi soon becomes a dominant factor in the memories. understanding how important his friends are to him, namine reluctantly lets him leave. she erases the memories of herself, wishing she could be the girl that's important to him; kairi.
