Hello, this vid is meant as an announcement to my subs that I'm moving my channel to my new account AFKalmighty.
You can visit the new channel page here
http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrzGO_YNr9zekc9O8fwCFhg
I apologize for the inconvenience this move will cause but I had to make a decision after a lot of Youtube functions started to go bogus on me. Maybe it's a glitch, maybe this is Youtube' subtle way of telling me to get an account that can bask in the full glory that is Google+, I don't know, they really don't have any direct support and any feedbacks I've sent have been ignored.
But some good might come out of this as well.
First thing is that I've got a new chance to do a better job in organizing my vids in to playlists on the new channel.
The new ID will also prevent creating further confusion on who I am.
And I can also use this chance to formally introduce WWGW on my channel.
http://worldwidegamewatchers.com
WWGW is a tumblr blog that will features articles written by me which will mainly be about Korean games. The technical part is handled by LIB53, whom I've met at VindictusHQ, for I lack the aptitude for computer sorcery.
I've also set up a twitter account where I can make short mentions and updates.
twitter.com/AFKalmighty
I honestly can't say that I'll be using twitter often but I'm willing to see how well I handle this.
Anyways, thanks for reading this and thank you for your views. I hope to see you on my new channel.
Is that what’s called destiny?
Nothing new in the vid up till 1:33
Season 3 was mentioned in an interview with Chinese media during Arisha’s update. They mentioned that the new season will try to exceed the limitations of an online game and provide players with an exciting action RPG experience by implementing new technologies and effects that are in par with console games.
New developments with the visuals of actions have been hinted and that Season 3 will be an expansion of the story picking up from where Season 1 and 2 left off. Cichol, Morrighan, the Fomorian wars, and more story elements are expected to show up.
While the tier 2 cannon has the most damage, the tier 3 cannon has slightly lower damage but quicker cool down rate.
Our usual method of handling competition is leaving the area for a bit and let the crazy spawn rate take care of the rest.
I'm uploading grind vids for now because they're easy to edit.
I actually concentrate more on live hood content but to make a vid of those would require me to write up some explanations so that will come later.
Oh and dem hurks dun need nuh catapults. Except for during Zekal's enrage stage. Damn that's scary.
Staying true to my channel introduction, here is a poorly executed Zekallion party to give you an idea how something like this would look like.
No you don't have to watch the whole thing but skimming through a couple sections should suffice.
And as for 19:02.. I totally deserved that. I have no idea what I was thinking back then.
One of the Karoks succeed in clash-glitching through the barrier, thus greatly reducing the time his pack needs to take down the opposing alpha ox to claim his territory.
Damnit what it wrong with you these days!
Anyway, I joined a havan boat with 3 people from the same guild. Strangely, no one was joining for a long time so they asked if I minded if we went 4man and I was like 'sure why not' and so here's a another vid.
Zecallion will pull his shield up in a defensive stance and will counter any attacks that land on his shield. Failing to 'stop' this mode will result in Zecallion gaining a 10% damage increase which can stack.
I succeed in stopping this pattern from 0:25 but I'm not exactly sure what constitutes for 'stopping' this pattern. I'm guessing that it has something to do with the amount of damage he receives on his body.
0:50-1:14 Axe throw & Charge
This pattern doesn't have any special gimmick attached to it but I listed it in this vid because he seems to be immune to the phase 2 catapults during the charge and it utilizes the concept of a third point that they started to use with Arisha. Instead of having two points [boss, player] this pattern takes three points [boss, player, axe] in to consideration.
Since he only uses this pattern when his target is far away, it would be best if ranged characters maintain some proximity with him if possible since this pattern, while easy to evade in a solo situation, can be a real nuisance in a party.
1:16-2:24 Catapault Clash
Catapault rounds will start to fall from phase two and should be avoided since they can deal a hefty amount of damage to players. On the other hand, luring Zecallion in to the impact area will make him grab the boulder and hold on to it for a moment giving players a chance to attack freely. The ground stomp he deals negligible damage and it looks like he only throws face forward regardless of where the player is.
He seems to be immune to this pattern while performing any of his charge patterns [axe throw and shield charge]
2:24-2:36 Execute
Getting hit by Zecallion's phase two kick will stun your character and Zecallion will perform an execute move which can be stopped with grappling hooks. The victim health will go to 1 if this pattern is not stopped.
An odd name for someone who slacks off as much as she does.
One of the pvp mode, and the only one available for CBT, for Closers is AoL mode which is basically its version of a Moba. It has everything one would expect from games like DoTa or LoL.
Unique heroes, towers, item shop and so on.
Having experience in these types of games will help at first like how other players who have experience with LoL knew exactly what to do while I was still struggling with what kind of items I'm supposed to look for in the shop.
That said, the character I chose for this match seems OP with how she can spam ranged skills once she upgrades her reload skill. Then again it might be purely because the bots we were fighting weren't good at prioritizing targets.
Closers is a side scroller action game that is staged in a fictional future Seoul where Phase monsters from another dimension threaten the safety of mankind.
Lowly D rank phase monsters and below can be handled by the police and military but conventional weapons will not work against any monster above rank C.
This is where Closer agents come in with their phase abilities that have been awakened by the opening of phase shifts.
The Closers are part of the Union which is an organization sanctioned under the UN to fight phase monsters and close the phase shifts they spawn from.
Recent turn of events forced the Union to recruit younger agents with 'potential' and the first step towards this project codenamed 'Black Sheep' was taken with a team in New Seoul.
Not what I was hoping for but still a good perk to have.
One of my aims for this run was to see how useful the rank A sharpen mana attack is for evasive attacks.
For those who want to check the results and stats you can see them in this post
http://www.inven.co.kr/board/powerbbs.php?come_idx=3947&query=view&p=1&my=&category=&sort=PID&orderby=&where=&name=subject&subject=&content=&keyword=%5B%BF%B5%BB%F3%5D&sterm=&iskin=&mskin=&l=12554
I expect that those who can't read Korean can still tell which is atk, crit, and balance.
One of them is the rank A Sharpen Mana attack which is the air-strike she uses mid-combo.
The other is the melee version of Cast Mana which can be used after Diffusion Shift[her dash] or the rank A Sharpen Mana attack.
There's a total of three added but one of them is currently unusable. Really, letting Arisha use the add-on attack for enhanced Ruin Blade after a teleport was a cool idea but not considering the fact that Ruin Blade depletes all SP and that the teleport requires SP to use is too ridiculous of an oversight.
So here's the summary of Arisha's changes when she was released on premiere server. Remember that more adjustments are likely coming this way.
-Dimension Hole and Mana Region now drains mana from enemies.
-Increased the distance allowed to be away from a thrown Mana Stone
-When playing with Arisha, other Arisha's mana stones will be shaded gray.
-Mana cost for Feast of Blade and Throwing Mana Stone while Mana Blade is active has been reduced.
-Increased the amount of mana drained with Sharpen Mana
-An add-on attack for Sharpen Mana is unlocked at rank A.
: this attack can be used once during a Sharpen Mana combo and you will continue your combo from where you left off after the attack.
-Cast Mana's SP cost will be consumed when you teleport, not when marking the target.
-While a target is marked with Cast Mana, the add-on attack after an enhanced Ruin Blade can also be used if the player warps within 3 seconds.
-A melee version for Cast Mana has been added.
: This can be used by pressing the grab key after Diffusion Shift or after the Rank A add-on attack for Sharpen Mana.
The melee version for Cast Mana can drain mana from enemies.
-Damage for Feast of Blade nerfed
-Warp Hole will also have its damage increased with each skill rank
-Targets hit by Resonance will flinch
-The invincibility period for an enhanced Ruin Blade has been increased
-The minimum SP requirment for Ruin Blade has been increased to 250
-The damage for Ruin Blade has been nerfed
-The damage party members deal while Arisha is casting Lord of Mana will be dealt at once when the time-stop effect ends.
[I've excluded the bug fixes]
And before anyone goes ERMAHGARD OP, the combined effect of some buffs and NX gear has my Arisha at 10k attack and there are no high level party members in this vid.

Phase 2 Timestamp 7:28
I didn’t have high hopes for this round with how sloppy phase 1 was going than usual but somehow I managed to pull through phase 2.
Arisha is a character who is as simple or as complicated as how the player controls her. I’ve been seeing a lot of complaints of how ‘simple’ she is often seeing gameplay of her that really do show her being played 2 dimensionally.
One gameplay I saw of her showed a player who showed skill and good knowledge of S2 raid bosses but also played her horribly stale by swinging her sword all the time while Mana Blade is off and again swinging Feast of Blade all the time Mana Blade is on and only using Mana Stone when using Dimension Hole. If that is how she was meant to be played then of course she’s a horrible simple character but that is just not the case.
Oh she has problems no doubt, problems that required me to send two separate feedbacks because of the word limit and one that most people don’t even seem to be aware of yet. But being a simple character is not one of them. The first thing that should be done before observing her gameplay would be to get one’s mindset out of the general melee combat formula Vindi players are used to because she works differently.
I’m pretty much satisfied with how she turned out except for this; did they really have to make a character with so much to keep up with the one to wear low defense INT gear and no mana shield? I mean, I get that her survival skills practically having super-cancel makes up for it. I also get that that making her wear INT gear without any extra mana-shield-like mechanism and telling players that it’s up to them to survive is valid game design but I wonder how wise it is in a business perspective.
