First test with Bifrost liquid simulation TechnoTiger 2021-03-19 | Rendering out my first bifrost liquid simulation, I have a lot more playing around to do! I wasn't able to render the foam using volumetrics due to GPU errors when attempting to do so, so the foam material is just a whit standard surface shader with the specularity turned all the way up with a roughness of .5. I also have the density channel linked to the opacity of the shader for a nicer effect ( congregated foam is more opaque than the foam on the edges). render times were over 20 minutes a frame In the first render, and between 4 to 8 minutes a frame on the second render using two 2080tis.

Short cycles fire-shader test TechnoTiger 2020-07-20 | I scrapped my old fire shader and made a new one using one principled volume shader. Mantaflow was used for the smoke simulation, I think mantaflow may still be a bit too unstable for client work at this point in time.

Gopro lost and found at Grand Canyon Havasupai waterfall TechnoTiger 2015-07-18 | Don't worry, my channel is still mostly focused on blender, I'll give you some more videos soon :) My friend jumped off of rock falls in Havasupai when the camera ( GoPro Hero4 Black ) and its headstrap fell off after impact with the water. The camera was recording for around 19 minutes before being miraculously, blindly found by my cousin. I was distruaght, think I was never going to see it again, given the incredibly low visibility near the turbulent surface of the water. Funny thing is, my cousin thought he just grabbed a handful of seaweed/moss and was about to let it go half way up from his last dive in order to not create fales hope after returning to the surface with something in his hand, thus the diver's surprise near the end of the video. This video was recorded at 1080p at 120fps. The original video was recorded into 3 seperate files, they conjoined using the video editing elements in Blender.
