Keep the file hierarchy when extracting, for example the textures for admiral model will be in folder: textures/admiral/ * Download objects.csv into the folder with .dff files. This links 3D models with textures. I created this CSV from .ide files * Install Blender * Copy io_scene_dff_alt.py into blender addons folder, for example: C:/Program Files/Blender Foundation/Blender/2.78/scripts/addons * Enable Renderware .DFF importer/exporter in the Blender * Edit convert_dff.py script, modify path to the folder with exported .dff files * Load convert_dff.py script in Blender * Run the script within the Text Editor window in Blender, this will open every .dff file and convert it into .fbxNow you can directly import .fbx files into Unity. Make sure you import textures first keeping the file hierarchy. To import whole GTA VC map into unity, copy IPLImportWindow.cs into your Unity project folder. You should see a new window IPL import (Window / IPL import). Select .ipl file or folder with .ipl files and click Import instances. Just don't import all .ipl files at once.
