Ako funguje vodíkový autobus zo Slovenska? Matador Group 2022-11-21 | Vodíkový pohon prežíva po niekoľkých rokoch dominancie elektrického pohonu tichý, no o to intenzívnejší návrat. Ani Slovensko nezaostáva a pridáva dokonca aj patent nízkotlakového uskladnenia vodíka s tlakom 25 barov, čo je voči klasickým 350 až 700 barovým nádržiam výrazne menej. Zlatá medaila MSV 2022 v Brne, kategória Inovácie Matador Group 2022-10-13 | Technická univerzita v Košiciach získala na nedávnej medzinárodnej strojíckej výstave v Brne ocenenie v kategórií inovácií za príklad spolupráce akademickej inštitúcie v zmluvnej spolupráci s výskumnými organizáciami. Na stánku TUKE sa nachádzal nielen vodíkový autobus Rošero, ale aj štúdia vodíkového superšportu MH2, ktorá už udivovala návštevníkov na svetovej výstave EXPO 2020 v Dubaji. Táto štúdia bola vyvinutá v spolupráci s MATADOR Group a pod svojou kapotážou ukrýva rovnaký nízkotlakový vodíkový systém ako funkčný a jazdiaci autobus Rošero. Preto sme oslovili Dr.h.c. prof. Ing. Jozef Živčáka, PhD. S košickej univerzity, aby nám tento úspech priblížil aj slovami.Vystavený autobus Technickej univerzity v Košiciach, Strojnícka fakulta TUKE využíva špeciálne nádrže na uskladnenie vodíka. Tieto metalhydridové nádrže umožňujú skladovanie vodíka pri extrémne nízkych tlakoch až do 2,5 MPa. We were inspired by certain typical elements of Slovakia, its nature, culture and its history. The seat covers, inspired by chicman motives, are showing the cultural heritage of Slovakia in the long-distance and international transport routes. The Restaurant wagon, that deserved an individual approach is inspired by the Danube - a dynamic river line in the countryside and is complemented by luxurious materials - leather and wooden decorations giving this space a premium treatment.

Clean surfaces are used to achieve the essential coziness and intimacy that is visually appealing and filled with light. The spacious round twin units offer variety of features such as large flat screen helping each passenger to enjoy the flight and relax. The seat can be also transformed into comfy flat bed. Airplane first class concept teaser by AUFEER DESIGN Matador Group 2017-06-16 | The Boeings’ 787 Dreamliner platform offers a generous space for our executive first class semi-closed cabins which maximize the traveller’s intimate space. The main goal of our design was to create a calm and relaxing ambience underlining comfort of travelling. The prestigious dark wood wall separation contrasts with the bright aluminium framing giving a sense of luxurious sophistication. The comfortable leather upholstered armchair can in a moment convert into a fully lie-flat bed. The horizontally shaped capacities around the seats hide a table and a refreshment cabinet. Moreover, the cabin features removable fully operational touch screen, TV and entertainment system. The ambient lighting and bright coloured accents enhance the warmth and exquisite feeling immediately after entering the cabin.

Private Jet Concept 2017 by AUFEER DESIGN Matador Group 2017-06-06 | In this advanced design concept study of Bombardiers’ Global 8000 private jet interior we took another approach towards luxury. We decided to reflect the dynamics of a jet aircraft into its interior. We were inspired by the flow of the air and the soft lines, which we used to gather the elements of the interior effortlessly together. Main elements of the cabin are bar, lounge with a retractable screen as well as modern seating. The colour combination is merging white and blue to reflect the dynamics of air flow. When developing the light structured seating compartments, we were aiming for something between a recliner and a sports car seat with clean white surfaces. On the sides of the airplane we used distinctive electrochromatic window covers that work as a screen but can turn also transparent. The lounge area features a massive retractable TV screen where the passengers can enjoy for example view recorded by exterior cameras. Moreover, the lounge consists of sofa and a comfy bed.

People Work Directly with Robots Building Volkswagen Transmissions Matador Group 2017-01-10 | Škoda Auto, MATADOR Group and KUKA: ending the separation of humans and robots in factories.Humans and robots working beside each other and with each other? What sounds like the future is now the present, thanks to a central-European partnership involving a new generation of collaborative robots freed from the safety restrictions required in the past. Škoda Auto (a part of the Volkwagen Group since 1991), MATADOR Group and KUKA have come together in the town of Vrchlabí near the foot of the Giant Mountains for a manufacturing initiative without borders or fences. The industrial cultures of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany link the three companies, while human-robot teamwork on the factory floor has entered a new dimension after the removal of the safety fencing that once separated these members of the modern workforce. And all this is happening in an automobile factory that produces direct-shift-gearbox automatic transmissions. There, an industrial robot does what industrial robots do best: grow productivity, reduce costs and improve output quality. In this particular case, the KUKA LBR iiwa inserts the gear actuator piston into the transmission – precisely and gently doing a very repetitive task. Škoda Wins1) Production employees now work alongside the KUKA LBR iiwa on high-precision tasks without the need for safety fencing.2) The digitization of production means that the Vrchlabí plant is becoming more data driven.3) Robotics represents part of the modernization of the plant and will lead to more investment and innovation.
