There is several trucks & trailers plus a JCB Tractor & Meyer Silage cart hauling the silage from the field back to the dairy farm. Back at the dairy farm after the silage is dumped it is being pushed up the silage pile with a Claas Xerion 5000 tractor with a Grouser blade. Also on the pile packing the silage is a John Deere 9630 and 9430T tractors. This is the first time in my life where I visited this show as a spectator and not actually working at a display. I had a great time walking around the show and ran into quite a few folks who watch my YouTube Videos. It's always great meeting the people who watch and learning about where they are from and about their farming background. After the show Salford had a little get together and I ran into many of the farming YouTube crowd. I already knew most of them but did get to meet a few new ones for the first time. Overall this is a great farm show that alternates every other year between Boone Iowa and Decatur Illinois. This show is geared more for the corn and soybean farmer and there is a lot to do and see.

This machine runs autonomously through their corn crop putting on a mixture of water and liquid cow manure from the farms dairy herd. I show many different angles of this machine as I walk beside it and fly my drone around it so you can see how it works.Yield Center 360 is a company out of Illinois that has a pretty unique product line for agriculture. They are using their Hagie sprayer that has 120 foot wide boom. One pass down the field is spraying 48 rows of corn. Fungicide application helps prevent diseases in mature corn and boost the yield. This can also be applied using an airplane (crop duster) helicopter and now there are drones with mounted sprayers.This farm also had hay on the ground to bale while I was here but the weather did not cooperate while I was here but I was able to get a few shots as they tried to make hay. The moisture in the hay was a bit on the high side and they later ended up round baling the field after I left.
