This gap is a major contributor of aerodynamic turbulence resulting in substantial drag. Our solution? The TruckWing, which closes the gap between the cab and trailer, directing the air smoothly over the junction. The effect is to streamline the truck, which increases your fuel efficiency by eliminating the additional drag. After each test, we improve our design and build a new, more efficient model using the latest manufacturing techniques Our first tests were done using computer models. Then we conducted multiple wind tunnel tests and ran a series of analysis to confirm our savings. And finally we ran track tests using standard big rigs.
