I composed by this time, this song to a girl I was in love with, and she really loved Somnambula so I was really inspired. I always get thrills and tears when listening to this song...I created the melodies, following my heart, and the Egyptian vibes, imaginating a story through the song.Somnambula have to save very sick families in her village, and have to accross the desert to reach an ancient city where the antidote is. The thing is, the town is cursed and kept by a huge Sphinx, and everypony who tried to go, never came back.But Somnambula is filled with hope, and ready to reach all difficulties to save the people, guided by her heart.She finally reaches the city, a glowing light is coming from her, fully determined to heal everypony. The air is barely breathable, but she finally succeed to enter the central pyramid.Inside, she's stopped by the Sphinx, who gives her a challenge : she has to accross the very tight bridge with no eyes to reach a emprisonned pony having the antidote, and then the Sphinx will give her eyesight. If she fails, she will give her soul to the Sphinx.She accepts, fully determined. the bridge is moving a lot, but she's getting it. The Sphinx is raging but free the two ponies. At home, Somnambula can heal families.But I never decided to release this song, because of the pain of a false hope I got. And it was refused in the PaD of 2020. So I just let it go, sleeping forever among other songs. And I saw that girl yesterday again, and despite beautiful words, nothing happened again.So I decided to completely turn this page, to start a new one for my smol heart. And I'm filled with hope for this feeling and emotions. Koron Korak - EverFlutter [Drum&Bass] Koron Korak 2022-11-14 | ~~~ Choose what you want to read! ~~~_____________________________________________________~~~ What's new? ~~~I just came back from Lunafest today.IT WAS FIIIIIIIIIIIIREEEEEEE !!!!! I make Brony content since the end of 2013, and this is my first time performing music to share this love on a stage !!! I could talk about this forever but I'm really, really thankful to all these amazing people !!!_____________________________________________________~~~ About the track ~~~This was my first attempt for Balloon Party 5, but it was too much "dancy" so I prefered to write orchestral music instead. Though, I really loved the atmosphere of this song so I finished it, and tadaa ! here it is !There is also the story to follow along if you want to dive into this track deeply :)Fluttershy is taking a stroll with Angel, near the Everfree Forest.Suddenly Angel spots a squirrel and chases him. The squirrel finds a big hole and enters inside, and so does Angel following him.Fluttershy is calling for Angel, but he doesn't come back... So she enters inside too.There is a huge slope and Fluttershy slips and falls, yelling out loud!When she finally gets back to a flat surface, she is surrounded by an astonishing decor.A glowing but dark forest is hidden inside a huge cave, sprinkled by blue and purple colors.Some crows are even living here, as well as many creatures, it is very weird.Fluttershy would like to call Angel, but she's too scared, with all these eyes looking at her.She tries to walk slowly, but is caught, by a huge arm, making her scream!It's a huge tree observing her, but he doesn't seem to be harmful, so she asks if he saw a little rabbit.The tree nods, and puts Fluttershy on his back, and walks through the forest.Fluttershy admires the wonderful landscape surrounding her. Finally they arrive in front of an even darker hole.The tree doesn't want to go further, and he lets Fluttershy go alone to find Angel inside.She thanks the tree, and enters. Inside, 8 glowing eyes of many colors are watching her, and thanks to some luminous mushrooms she can see Angel stuck inside a web cocoon...She understands then, that the gazing eyes are that of a giant spider!She wants to scream, but remembers that Angel is captive and so she flies to him. But the spider is smart and understoods her intentions.So she manages to catch Fluttershy, who begins to cry. This is the end...But a huge arm hits the spider's leg, and catches Fluttershy. Once again, it was a hard task to do ! But I'm really happy about the result, this song was written from the heart. Also, my violin is here to remind that it is something coming from my soul, and is singing the end for me.You would notice that there is no skirt this time : this is because it is YOU, listener, who have to choose the end of the story :)I realized about 1 year ago, that love is actually the key of life. True love, I mean. Once again, I wanted to mix Love, and Death.The huge heart that could save life, and angel wings of death.Sytira's mane is shining, both for death or love, but in both cases, mark the end of a period. Perhaps my first favorite of the album, this song is a mix of everything actually : Hope, despair, sadness, violence, Egyptian vibes, courage... Especially, it mixes the fight between life and death.It was very hard to find the perfect balance between all these concepts, but this is what the album brings. I must say that i'm particularly proud of what i did here!Even if album compilations such as P@D refused all of my songs in the album, I do think the result is good. And especially, it tells what I've endured, passed through, and got there.And because I don't know yet what is going to be my very close destiny (death or finding love), I also wanted to bring a "mystery" atmosphere. This is what this song is about..This is what brings the little bells at the beginning, middle, and end of the song.So yeah, I think this one is my favorite because it brings what I loved, what I hated, with my current skills ! It always gives me thrills and tears, with determination !~~~ About the drawing ~~~I'm really proud of this drawing, for sure. I do see that I made improvements during this rush of 24 drawings in about 1 week !The colors, effects, decor, looks way more realistic than what I could do before.Anyways, this drawing represents the fight between death and life. I think the key of life is true love, so obviously Cadance is the perfect incarnation. For those who follow me for a long time, you probably seen the pony of darkness and nightmares.It's the "ponification of my shadow", kinda. I'm really satisfied how I could redraw it that accurate, since it was my brother who drew the design.You can find it in two of my songs :The first time, in "Vicious Circle until inner Emptiness"youtu.be/RDtLUE0gB3kAnd the second time in "Cold and Lonely Winter"youtu.be/cyMGVKUc0WkThen in the middle, Sytira is in a way between two worlds, as the song n°22 told. And all egyptian hieroglyphs are not just here to decorate !On the weighing scales, you can also see wrote "Life" and a horse because Sytira is a pony.Well, at least I know to translate the egyptian from Hieroglyphs to french, so I'm not "sure" for english ^^Anyways, on left columns, where there are Dark Somnambula (symbol of Despair), it's wrote "Despair" And obviously, on right columns with the real Somnambula (symbol of Hope), it's wrote "Hope". This song was made when I was in my deepest moments, but when I also got a small peak of energy. The perfect moment to write Dark synth music. I was thinking about all that love, giving me hope, happiness... That completely turned into sadness, despair, completely lost. This is the moment when it is said "I love You", and then choir brings all the drama, just like they wanted to say it was the worth decision to do, following by the organ, making the emotions falling down.I understood that all my positive energy was actually stolen, little by little... That's the power of love, sharing and giving all of you, but that can be completely reversed.This is the way this song was born. And funny but this song is the one I have the most in my head, slapping my brain and heart all the time.So I guess I pretty well wrote my feelings of the moment here, heh.~~~ About the drawing ~~~Well. I know this looks creepy, but you have just a small part of what I was feeling, during months after that.That beautiful love turned into a nightmare in a fraction of seconds. It was a tough challenge to create Dark Synth songs,And this music genre is pretty violent, so it does fit along the story I wished to share.I'm particularly proud of this kind of style I think I created, "Egyptian Dark Synth" you will be able to discover in the album. I wanted to share my story to everyone, so you can understand what I lived, but also for me,to release something I kept for so long, that never could be healed, and make an assessment of my passed life.In the end, I do hope you will enjoy this creation, and this share of my life I do for you !And... It's way, way more than that :')It's telling how I sometimes have dark feelings, chaos in my head, when a very huge pressure is thrown at me. I take everything and just try to contain it, which is obviously not healthy. The organ and choir after near the end always gives me tears and makes my muscles contracting, so this song is about violence and fear pushed on yourself. One of my favorite ones from the album !~~~ About the drawing ~~~The drawing represents myself, when I do crisis after being injected by a huge amount of pressure.This happens very rarely, but when it does, it means I really took a lot on myself. There is a kind of shadow "forcing" me to fall on the ground, and I cannot move anymore. This shadow is the one Koron Korak also has, Varor Korak, you can see on this drawing.Thankfully, it's been a long time a crisis did not happened ! Sytira was forced to work harder and harder,without getting the opportunity to enjoy life, but working instead.All this huge pressure and the feeling of being separated from her sister leaded her to have nightmares.Being lonely began to give her mental troubles, and some crisis.She couldn’t sleep anymore.---- Description: ----The song tells how deep Sytira is falling, slowly, without knowing it.
