The next morning, an original composition popped into my head, and I scrambled out of bed to write it down on the sheet music paper I happened to bring with me. A year later, that composition got lost in my big sheet music box. Luckily, later in 2024, I was digging through that box and found the original composition. Chopin - Opus 70 no 1 - Waltz in G flat Major JLDomino 2025-02-08 | Story: Back in 2018, I listened to Chopin’s Waltz in G-flat major, Op. 70, No. 1 late at night in a hotel room. The next morning, an original composition popped into my head, and I scrambled out of bed to write it down on the sheet music paper I happened to bring with me. A year later, that composition got lost in my big sheet music box. Luckily, later in 2024, I was digging through that box and found the original composition. The next day, I programmed it into MuseScore(NOT SPONSORED). This Chopin piece reminds me of those moments and the inspiration it sparked. I hope this performance brings you as much joy and nostalgia as it does for me.Editing: For my previous video, I kinda messed up the visuals, resulting in terrible blending. For this video, I spent an additional hour working on this, and eventually went with additive blending.
