I use GZDoom source port with remastered soundtrack. It is a first time that I play Elite difficulty, game is hard even on Rookie difficulty. Instead of fighting everyone I rather avoid unnecessary fights. I missed some thing because it would require to fight more enemies, and later in game it is hard to obtain ammo, armors and medkits (therefore earlier I chose Rookie difficulty). I think I've much improved my previous walkthrough (for example, I've found the way how to avoid fights in Oracle temple and Order's commons).
