Ocean vantage point - A Minecraft Screensaver maramokMCPE 2020-06-15 | Sometimes I use a screensaver on my TV for mood lighting. I usually use videos with lots of colors, but I wanted something from Minecraft. So I made this video. It was captured on my computer using the regular screenshot feature available on Macs. Once it finished it was a 50GB file, so I used ffmpeg to reduce the size to 2GB. The colors are a little different after the conversion, but a 2GB file is much more manageable than a 50GB file. Anyway, hope others enjoy this. I might make a few more of these. Tour of a world Ive recently played on maramokMCPE 2020-05-30 | The nether reactor video blew up, and it's been really fun to read all the comments. I never stopped playing minecraft, but I don't have much interest in making videos anymore. I may make some more, but it's likely that it will not be many. How to duplicate items in Minecraft PE - 0.9.0 maramokMCPE 2014-07-11 | In order for this to work make sure that you have nothing else in your inventory except what you are trying to duplicate. So first put everything you have in a chest, then take out 2, and only 2 of what you want to duplicate. When you take it make sure it in the first slot at the bottom of the screen. If its not in the first slot then put it into the chest, quit minecraft completely and restart it. So to recap, First, put everything a chest, Second, take out only 2 of the item your trying to duplicate, third, make sure that it is in the first slot. This glitch has been around for a while but i just learned about it and so i wanted to share it for those unaware like i myself was. I like this method a lot because it allows you to dup on the fly without relaunching the game.

Although it seems that as the updates come out the nether reactor becomes less and less relevant. The only reason i can see to have the nether reactor now is for nether rack, obsidian, white nether quartz, and glowstone dust. So for those items its worth building but i still say, "put it underground".

The most important thing to remember is to mine your gold back as soon as the Reactor is activated. That way you can get your gold blocks back and make another reactor.
