FACTORY PRESSURE WASHING A CORTES CAMPERS

Cortes Campers 2024-09-23 | Prior to installing the appliances in the Cortes 18BK, the RV Technician pressure washed the interior of the Cortes Campers to remove factory dust and dirt.

Cortes Campers feature two drain plugs at the rear of the cabin. Just elevate the front of the camper and remove the drain plugs in the back under the bumper to get a free flow of water when washing out the unit.

At the factory, Cortes uses a pressure washer to remove factory dust and dirt to start installation of the interior components.

Cortes Campers replaced its traditional steel chassis with our new patented advanced composite materials resulting in a significant weight savings and enhanced performance. Using fiberglass can reduce the chassis weight by approximately 68%, while carbon fiber can achieve an even greater reduction of around 80%.

In addition to being lighter, these composite materials offer superior durability due to their resistance to corrosion and rot, unlike steel. CORTES CAMPERS RV TRAVEL TRAILERS AND CAMPERS

Cortes Campers 2023-10-10 | Cortes Campers exhibited at the Hershey RV Show 2023 in Hershey, Pennsylvania during September in partnership with its dealer, Liberty RV of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

The event, aptly titled “America’s Largest RV Show,” will include nearly 1,500 vehicles from approximately 35 manufacturers and run from September 13-17, 2023 at the Giant Center in Hershey; thousands of customers, dealers, and interested parties are expected to be at the show, surpassing 2017’s record 64,000 attendees. At nearly a million square feet, the event size is the equivalent of about 33 football fields and coordinated by the Pennsylvania Recreational Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA).

“I’m very pleased that our Cortes Camper division exhibited at the Hershey RV show in Pennsylvania, considered the biggest and most widely attended industry event in North America,” said Anthony Corpora, Chief Executive Officer.
