Farewell (Flying Melodies Original Synthesizer V Song)

Flying Melody 2021-10-07 | A once beautiful soul, stained by a war that she never wanted. Xymi's goal had always been peace, true peace. A galaxy which was freed from the burdens of war, slaughter, xenophobia, and crimes which would harm the innocent. Xymi has such a caring soul, and not a single ill intended bone in her entire body, she shines brightly both metaphorically and literally. And she greeted every situation be it life threatening or not with a kind, warm smile that could melt the hearts of anyone who'd witness it. Diplomacy was the only option in her eyes, as raising a fist to fight would only stoop you down to the aggressor's level.

9,000 years ago, when the war had broken out between the other three, Xymi had gone into a full blown panic, not knowing how to cope with the most powerful forces in the galaxy suddenly turning their weapons at one another, she was scared....fearful, and tried to contact them in order to put a stop to a conflict that would see the end of billion apon billion of lives. However, they wouldn't hear any of her pleas, any of her begging which only fell on the ears of the depth. She was pushed into a corner, her people just as fearful for the fate of the galaxy as she was.....However she would never raise a harming hand, not even as the war was brought to her worlds, her people....Her pacifism making her stubborn, her xenophilia making her heart just to warm, to kind to ever raise a waring hand...

This lead to countless of her people's deaths, lead to her people getting slaughtered at the hands of those three, with her tears falling only for her own to see....Her people where getting slaughtered, especially at the hands of the xenophobe who wanted nothing more then to wipe her people off the face of the galaxy....As the war progressed, Xymi's mental state slowly began to degrade, the depression, the anguish, the fear, and everything inbetween began to send her into a spiral of desperation....especially as the other three brought their doomsday weapons into play years after the war started...Her contribution to this was known as a planetary pacifier, a massive ship whose only purpose was to encase a planet in a indestructible bubble field which would contain a threat, or protect a planet from invasion from one of the other three....However, this only put an even bigger target on her head, as without a shadow of a doubt, she proved that her shield based technology was the best even over the Materialist.

As life after life was lost, as more and more of her people were brought to the grave, something in Xymi broke, something snapped and she thought that the only way to achieve true peace was to create this sort of virus that would probe the brain, and change how everyone acted, effectively change who they are to be just like her people, so that no one would have to die....so no more lives would needlessly suffer. She and her science team got to work, trying and trying again to create this virus that, in their minds, especially Xymi's, would save the galaxy....And she thought they finally had done it...

However, while this virus was tested on Xymi herself, and see what it would do....What she failed to realize, is that despite the virus doing nothing neagitive to her, and only her, to the rest of her people, and a massive chunk of the galaxy, it would create a crisis far more destructive then an already massively destructive war.... Xymi shot this virus off all across the galaxy, to so many planets, to so many systems, her excitement and happiness would last all of a few moments before she observed a truly horrific sight....

First noticed with her own people, a few moments after the virus entered into their systems, it reacted violently, eating away at the structure of their very DNA melting them down agonizingly into a puddle of flesh and gore, A discordance of painful screams echoing through her mind as she watched her people get melted down into a nightmarish sight, and not just her own....every single planet that she sent that virus too suffered the same sight, anything touched, was eaten away at....The virus spread like wild fire, eating away star system after star system, shrinking the galaxy's size by quite some marjon...

The xenophobe, inraged by seeing his own people melted down from such a biological attack from her, rushed to Xymi's territory to face her....However, by this point, Xymi was broken....Completely, and utterly shatttered....and she won the fight, sending the xenophobe away to an unknown fate....however, in her broken mind, she pacified her one last remaining planet, with her on it, locking herself away.....

The depression, the screams, the lonliness....Xymi's mental state had degraded to such a state, to such a level, where she seemed to have lost all her will to live....Yet struggled to actually go through with suicide by a gun that was stolen from the Materialist....She wants to die....And yet struggles to find the will to pull the trigger.....9,000 years later still

The Fallen (Flying Melodies Original Synthesizer V song)

Flying Melody 2021-04-28 | Long ago, there used to be 4 massive empires, empires so large that they took over one arm of the galaxy each with the minor empires taking up the last of the space that was left....There was a materialist, a spiritualist, a Xenophile, and a xenophobe.....They had opposing ethics, which lead to disagreements, which lead to tension, which eventually boiled over into a full scale war of 4 sides....A war which lasted for 1,000 years. During that time the war had kept escalating further and further, weapons which could blow up entire planets being tossed around with reckless abandon, the minor empires forced to pick sides....blood, cause, death, and war is what the galaxy was thrown into, and not a single soul was spared by the end. Ashes falling like sleet, the blood of the innocent who were caught in the crossfire, people whom only wanted to live their lives now lost to the sands of time....The xenophile only wanted peace, however her words fell on death ears as the other three wanted the others, including her dead more then anything else....So once 1,000 years hit, she got sick of all the needless bloodshed, and created a drug which she thought would force everyone just to be happy, to be free and be able to put down their weapons and just be friends....however this drug didn't do what was intended, and instead transformed into a virus which began to eat away at the matter of all who came into contact with it, ,melting them down into a puddle where they stood...her people, the materialist, the Xenophobe, and the spiritualist.....This single act caused the end of the galaxy from the one whom wanted to save it the most.....The four survived, however their people, and the minor empires hadn't....and now they were alone and lost to the sands of destruction they had wrought.....7,000 years later, a new generation was born, full of new space fairing empire....However lurking at the edge of the galaxy was a greater threat...something that which could send the galaxy into an age of darkness which it may never recover from....The fallen as they were referred to in legend were still alive....however they chose to fade away as they believed, all of them did, that the galaxy would have been better off without them and the knowledge that they caused the collapse of the galaxy....However...as this crisis grew ever closer....Materialist started having visions of the causes, the pain, the sorrow. the ashes their war had brought onto the galaxy all that time ago...and not wanting to see it happen again, he tracked down the other three, and made a proposal...they set aside what caused their war, and come together to fight back against this crisis which threatens the galaxy once more...as if there was ever a chance at redemption for people like them, this would be the closest that they would ever get.....they agreed, even the xenophobe who might have been the worst of them....As they all had the same visions, the same scenes, entire planets blown up with nothing but the debree to remind one that it even existed in the first place...Visions of the death and blood and slaughter....they didn't want it to happen again....no, they refused to let it happen again, so with their various means of fighting, they took off back into the galaxy to hopefully prevent yet another collapse...to be teachers for the future....leaders once more, but not of themselves, but for the people, for the galaxy, for the innocent....The memories haunt the 4, haunt them all, they doubt themselves, self hatred prevalent, however they refuse to let their trauma tether them to the past...they have changed in those 7,000 years....they have changed from the past....they are friends, comrades, their differences aside they have grown close, and through these struggles, they will lead the galaxy to a brighter future...

Hey everyone! Today I actually bring you something a bit different, a song that someone commissioned me for! This entire song was such a fun ride to work on, the musical premise being to have two melodies combating one another. One melody being melodic and heroic while the other one being more evil, aggressive. This song was commissioned for a DnD campaign fondly enough, which is something that I love already so it just made working on the song itself that much more gratifying and fun! The picture was also drawn by me, and I think that it turned out alright. It being Prul, the character which this song was for mainly.

Honestly tho over all this is likely one of the longest songs I have made in recent years, but it was fully worth it. Speaking of DnD, the person who commissioned me stream some good ol Dungeon and Dragons, so if you are a nerd like us and want some entertaining content to watch, head on down to twitch.tv/naturalnidiots and say hi! OH BOI a MASA song! You know, for as messed up as this song is, I couldn't for the life of me get it out of my head for the past week, so I figured the only way to squash the kitsune in my brain was to cover this song finally....You could consider this a very delayed Halloween special I suppose....Another thing that drove me to cover this is well....There really isn't many covers of MESA songs out there, and it's a darn shame for anyone who likes the spookier side of vocaloid such as myself, and MASA is the king of spooky vocaloid songs....You might also notice that I didn't do the vocal melody this time around, and that's mainly because I had a hard time figuring it out admittedly XD But that aside I like how this cover came out, and I think I did it some sort of justice with my little spin on some of the melodies...Mainly the guitar melodies. Hello everyone, today I bring a song from my soul.....To be truthful I haven't been feeling great as of late, mentally I mean. I have been dealing with depression that just refuses to go away....But as the song suggest, we all have that little something that we go to in order to breath some life back into us be it a song, a lover, family, friends, or the great out doors. We all have something that at least puts a half smile on our faces from time to time, and it's those special somethings that we hold dearest to us. For me, it's music, a familiar tune that I find myself always circling back too....but that tune can take on many shapes, it's different to many, but the same to all. Coping with depression isn't fun, but in this black and white world, there is something that splashes color into our worlds.

For once I don't have very much to say here to be honest...Seems lately I have been having trouble getting my head all in one spot, but I guess we have all been there at one point in our lives. Unknown Mother Goose is a heartbreaking song to listen to today as the creator of the original, beautiful piece of work passed away....Wowaka made such a huge impact on the Vocaloid community, and he will be missed by us all dearly, and he will be remember for the beautiful body of work he created, and we still listen to too this very day. This cover isn't much like the original which is offend the case with my covers. But this is one cover that I...really didn't think to hard on. I just sat down, and went for it and before I knew it I had an end result that I am at least halfway proud of. The original charm of the song is likely lost with my cover, but it has my own charm to it, and honestly I think that's what Wowaka would have wanted if he were alive today. Rest in peace man, you will be missed.

The Kagerou Project in general is just flat out one of the best series of vocaloid songs (In my personal opinion) and Jin is an absolute mad lad and an amazing composer. Ayyyye hows everyone doing? Have you guys heard the original vocaloid song named Terror by Neru? If you haven't you really should because DANG is it ever an amazing song with a rather deep message cleverly integrated into it's lyric! It's one of my favorite vocaloid songs because it has such a beautiful instrumental with an equally beautiful lyrics. Neru has made some masterpieces, but this song defiantly takes the cake for me, which consequently meant that I HAD to do a cover of it giving it my own little spin. I hope I did it justice at least a little bit. It's not perfect, but then again what in this universe is?

Stellaris - Faster Then Light (Flying Melody Instrumental Cover)

I don't know about you guys, but I personally fancy myself some space strategy games, and my favorite by a landslide is Stellaris from Paradox. This game has captivated my attention for longer then most games ever do, and is my favorite game over all. There is just something about role playing an interstellar empire from the ground up and role playing a species in a massive galaxy that just captures my eye, and Paradox did an outstanding job with it. So here today I bring you guys a cover of my favorite song in the game, Faster Then Light! The first time I heard the original song I fell head over heels in love with it. It's even better with the lyrical version of it. Hats off to the musical producers of Stellaris, you lot did an amazing job! If you guys are into 4X strategy games, then I recommend Stellaris all the way. It has a pretty big learning curve, but once you get a firm grasp on it's mechanics, the game is an experience that I am sure will stick with you guys, I know it has with me. In other news, look who finally got around to making another genocide theme for his amazing and awesome subscribers? This nerd, that's who! I remember awhile back, like a long while back a few of you suggested on making everyone's favorite goat boi a genocide theme. You called, I answered! It took like a year or more, BUT I DID IT.....Sorry it took so long, many things came up along the way between now and then, and it kept me from really being able to work on a song to add to the list of genocide themes I have created, and I just now got back into the swing of things. Undertale is a few years old by this point, but from what I have seen the community surrounding the work of art is still going strong! So allow me to add something to the Undertale community once more. Also, this might come off as incredibly cheesy, but I really do value each and everyone of you awesome people, and I'd love to hear more from you on things you want me to cover or make songs for be that Undertale or something else! I will still be posting original songs as well as I simply really enjoy creating things just from imagination, that's how a lot of my songs come about honestly. SO.....This is the start of a new project I'll be working on from time to time :3 An album project if you will....It's been ages since I actually made something original on this channel, well at least in the since that I didn't base it off of anything other then what I had in my imagination when I decided to go through with it. Feels good in a way to be creating completely original music once more. Not to say I won't be doing covers of various things in between and doing them dank songs about characters that you guys seem to like. Toumei Answer has to be one of my favorite vocaloid songs ever.....It's been like 4 or 5 years since the original came out and it's still socking my feels right in the gut. I have always wanted to cover this song in some shape or form, and it only took me a half way forever to get around to it XD But aye I got it done. I started this at like 11:00 Am this morning.....It's now 11:00 PM where I am now....Lord I lost track of time o-o....This is a really emotional sounding piano and strings cover which is a bit of a different tone from the original instrumental, but I kinda like how it came out in the end. I'll likely cover more songs from the Kagerou Project in the future maybe in the same sort of style or maybe a different one. I don't know about the rest of you, but I was a bit disappointed that Asgore wasn't the final boss of the genocide route. I made this theme purely out of boredom. I might use it to make a Unitale battle down the line, who knows? Cant Take It Any Longer (Remastered)

Flying Melody 2015-06-27 | Despite what you may think, rainbows are not made from sugar and spice. In fact they are made from the complete opposite......anger and hatred. For many years the Rainbow Factory has been up and running. Every week a new set of fillies and colts who failed the flight test come to meet their coming doom. As for Flying Melody, he has worked at the factory for a good 4 years. The same set of events happen day in and day out. Wake up, eat, and make sure no filly or colt escapes. Through the years this started to wear on his sanity, and was at the point of just ending his life once and for all. All the bits in Equestria couldn't pay for the sins he has committed. The day he was going to kill himself he ran into another employee. It so happened he was apart of a underground rebellion against the factory. Getting more into this Flying decided that if he was going to die in this Celestia forsaken factory, he was going to die saving everypony he can. Saving himself was the least of his worries.

THIS WAS HARD TO REMASTER.....but fun nonetheless : 3 Not many people know, but my OC Flying Melody's backstory is one of the Rainbow Factory one. I need to go through and rewright it at some point especially since I am a better writer now then I was a year ago. You want to know the kicker? I remastered this song a few days after I made the original last year. That's a creepy coincidence. That aside I hope you all like this as much as I did making it, and as always, stay awesome!

Also a good while ago I had an idea for a Rainbow Factory game. This would be Flying's theme for it if one ever did come to be. I don't have the skills to make such a game however which sucks. It would be a game where you could ether be for or against the factory. One side is you help free fillies and colts, and eventually take the factory down. The other would be you are preventing the rebellion from taking the factory down. Flying would have a different, darker theme for being evil as well. It would be a game pretty much based on choices you make will decide how the out come is. It's just a thought tho, and that's how the original song came to be. It would be a adventure horror pretty much where each day you would have task like running the Pegasus Devices, and so on so fourth, and exploring all the gory details of the factory. Melody as a character is just really emotionally unstable having been there for so long. One moment he could be crying, and the next he would be seething with anger. I could go one and on about my ideas, but that can wait. Enjoy the song :3

Was It Worth It

Flying Melody 2015-06-03 | All was dark, the concert hall was quite as the crowed waited for the performance to start. Eventually, and spot light shined down on a mare. A grey earth pony with a cello in one hoof, and a bow in the other. Fame can do things to ponies, terrible things. They can forget what made them who they are. They can lose friends, even family to the clutches of fame. In the end one must ask themselves, is it worth it? To leave everypony they knew behind to get further in life? You can always make new friends right? No matter how one might look at it, no matter how one tries to ignore it, it will always leave a mental scar. The mare closes her eyes, and blocks out all her memories, all her pain, and all her worries. She put the bow to the strings, and started playing. Soon a light shined on a stallion with a violin who joined in. Then as the drums came in the whole stage lit up showing all the ponies playing in harmony. All the grey mare's feelings pour out into the song in which she composed. She doesn't show much of her emotions, she lets the music do the talking. After the song finishes, all the lights go out one by one until she is the only one lit up. She whispers "Is it worth it?" and then her light too goes out leaving the stage in darkness, and the crowed cheers as the curtains close.

Been awhile since I composed something! I really enjoyed making this one. I have been requested more then once to do a orchestra song, so here it is! What better pony to do this for then Octavia? I have yet to do a theme for her, so here it is! I hope you all enjoy, and as always, stay awesome!

Heros Of The Wasteland

Flying Melody 2015-03-30 | Littlepip, Calamity, Velvet Remedy, and Steel Hooves (And Zenith too, but couldn't find a good picture with her in it) These brave souls have put their life's in danger countless times for the sake of others. Over time they all grew strong bonds with one another. Weather they think so or not, they have been seen as hero's to the ponies of the wasteland. Countless times have they fought Raiders, Slavers, and even Steel Rangers to save ponies life's. These deeds will not yet be forgotten. They stand as the hero's of the wasteland.

Leaving The Stable

Flying Melody 2015-03-12 | Stables....they where designed to shelter ponies for the oncoming megaspells which turned the known world into a wasteland. For Velvet Remedy, they where made to keep ponies in cages. Day in and day out was the same routine. Get up, work, sleep. It felt like once you got your cutie mark, you where nothing but a slave to the Overmare. She wanted to break free, she wanted to go and explore the outside world, and see it for herself. No longer would she be trapped, and no longer would she be a slave. Once her Pipbuck was removed, she made her getaway. Once the door to the slave pit opened, she would never go back. She was leaving the stable once and for all...

It's been awhile since I done a original composition. Feels good to get things back on track finally. While covering songs was fun, I would like to get back to making my own stuff. Expect a lot of Fallout Equestria music from me from here on out. It is one of my favorite stories out there, and if you haven't read it, then I recommend doing so. Flying Melody 2015-01-27 | This was a fun one to do, even tho the chorus made me want to tear my eyes out XD The synths in the chorus for some reason I could not figure out so I left those out. This still turned out amazing in the end tho! I am actually really happy with this. I added a lot of my own style into this cover as well as I am sure you will figure out by listening to this.
