Plus, I've also had plans for non-Halloween covers, too. Also, you know, laziness and distraction. I guess I don't really take my schedule planning so seriously.As for the cover you're listening to, Monone was another singer I started liking when I got into DiffSinger besides Rena and Reizo. I've longed to do this song for Spooky Month with Monone, but she couldn't sing high enough for some of the notes, especially one of the higher harmonies. I was planning to do it with another DiffSinger or even an Engrish cover of it with an UTAU. Thankfully, she got a new update with a wider range, so I went back and started again.Also, sorry if the cover doesn't sound that good. The mixing was pretty hard to do. I've been following these two tutorials on mixing better. But since they both use FL Studio and I mainly use Audacity and some other VST plugins to follow along in my own way, some techniques didn't work out with some of the VBs I use (especially when equalizing them), or the final cover just didn't sound like what I had in mind. 【OpenUtau & SynthV Cover】To the End of Infinity【Kotodama & Frimomen】 Halle-Chan (Halle Ruiz) 2024-09-20 | So yeah, I heard about what happened with Tanjiro. I'm a little upset since he was one of my favorite UTAU cover artists, and I've downloaded many of his USTs. I don't think I'll support him as much as I used to.Anyway, onto the cover. I've longed to do this song since I saw the 2 Teto and Miku covers, but the USTs were for Patrons only, and I don't wanna pay for a subscription. But at least after the apology, the USTs were now free, and I also got some other Patron-only USTs I wanted to download.I've also wanted to have Kotodama sing Frimomen since their voices -sound similar- blend well together. But I've made a comparison video just in case you agree. I've used Kotodama's Re-recorded (再録) CV voicebank since I think it's much more suitable for powerful rock songs like this than his VCV. 【OpenUtau Engrish Cover】Bloody Mary【Unit BloodyMary】 Halle-Chan (Halle Ruiz) 2024-08-11 | Happy 15th anniversary, Hito! This is probably one of my most favorite Engrish covers I've made so far!Ever since I saw ryu's SynthV cover of this song, I've been longing to do it with Kenta and Hito! And you obviously know why.The tuning is the same as the tuned SVP file since OpenUtau supports drawn pitch curves, so it was pretty easy to work with. Also, this is my first Engrish cover using a CV-only VB, and it was hard to work with, especially since Kenta doesn't have some samples like "tu (とぅ)." Hito's VB also has some VC samples and trilled R sounds (which you can hear in their individual cover).
