This clip, from the movie "When the Mountains Tremble", in a good reminder not only of the despicable role the U.S. has played (and still plays) in the affairs of other countries, but also of the role the media (a "newsreel" in this case, but much the same thing) plays in both covering up and propagandizing for U.S. actions. When the Mountains Tremble (released in 1983) documents the first part of the 36-year guerrilla war which followed the coup.
