They connected our 209 primer trip alarm to their fence post, attached our military trip wire to the hole in the garbage can, and set the device. As you can see, the bear smells the can, walks away, and then goes back to arm the device. The bear is scared and runs away. No trash pick up for these folks! No harm, just noise! We love this!!
