So I was really surprised about how easy it was to complete, so I wanted to try to complete it in different ways and heres one of them that worked XD So, without further ado, lets get into this shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around
Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Brave Sword+ Galeforce Swift Sparrow 2 Desperation 3 Attack Smoke 3 Attack +3 Sacred Seal
Okay, so after completing it the first time and trying to figure out different ways to complete this map, I noticed that because its easy to bait out a healer and the enemies are so close to each other, its both alot easier to start up the special charge and reach all the enemies who are within a few spaces of eachother. I also noted that Chrom is an absolute monster with Aether and Vantage if you let him charge it up so being able to one round KO him would be super helpful. And with those thoughts in mind, I figured that the Brave Sword Desperation combo would work quite well.
The set itself is self explanatory but I will say that Swift Sparrow is very much preferred over Life and Death or Fury because I dont lose any necessary bulk or lose unecessary hp per combat. Combined with Attack Smoke 3 it allowed Lon'qu to safely reach the desperation range without comprising on bulk which allows him to survive the hits.
Also, on turn 5 it was necessary for me to attack the healer first to reset my speed after getting attacked by the green mage, otherwise I wouldn't be able to quad the lance flier.
And as for the +3 attack, well funnily enough, that was ONLY necessary to be able to four shot the Ylisse siblings. Without that I would have only done 56 damage to Lissa from her 63 hp and I would have done 64 damage from Chroms 75 hp. Honestly, their bonds (and their bloody high Hp stats) were actually very strong XD
So, as a side note, I had another version of a clear Im working on but its super hard, I HOPE I can manage it but if I dont its all good XD
Aaaanyways, I hope guys enjoyed this video and I hope you guys have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I see you peoples next time~

Back again so soon? Welcome back :P Not as impressive, I know this still had some healing but I couldn't help it. Navarre still hits like a beast. Anyways, this was a real quick Abyssal showcasing just a tiny bit of Hawkeyes prf. I hope you enjoy! Have a fantastic day, yeah?Hawkeye vs Abyssal Robin round 2, no healing.Blaze Of Twilight2019-10-11 | Whats good peoples? Nothing to see here. Just a no healing solo. Standard stuff, you've probably seen it before XD That being said I hope you enjoy!Hawkeye vs Camus Infernal round 2Blaze Of Twilight2019-10-10 | Hello, again. Its been what, 10 minutes? Well, Hawkeyes prf was released just over 2 days ago and while one would normally test out its capabilities in modes like arena, AA or AR- I, an intellectual, prefer to test out its capabilities in the soloing format π This was more of a meme but Ive got much cooler v2 clears already recorded for ya'll to see. Its actually quite fun! Anyways, I hope you enjoy!Hawkeye vs Infernal EirikaBlaze Of Twilight2019-10-10 | Whats good peoples? I know, I know. No Abyssal? Wack. In my defense I think I might be able to clear it but I dont have the skills yet XD Anyways, this is a long one so I hope you enjoy. This took ages to figure out filler composition.(FEH) Hawkeye Lulls all damage against a Knight. Abyssal GHB Xander: Paragon Knight True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2019-08-25 | Bruuhhhhhh Yo, Whats good peoples? I FINALLY did it! For the longest time I thought it'd be impossible to true solo Xander with Hawkeye in even just Infernal. When they released Abyssal I thought ot was more impossible still! But I tried taking breaks from Lloyd and Xander and focused on the other RA-GHBs. Then I focused my efforts on these last two and when I completed both of them, you cant imagine (some of you could XD) how happy I was. I cussed Xander out π Also, since this was the 7/7th Rotational Abyssal, I asked a friend Nightlong (cool editing) to make this video a little special to me. So, with that said I hope you enjoyed this battle and I hope you have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you guys next time. Although I might give Hawkeye a little break π Bye~(FEH) Hawkeyes hunt for the White Wolf comes to an end. Abyssal GHB Lloyd: White Wolf True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2019-06-01 | Yooooo, whats good peoples? Sooo, this GHB has been in the works for aaaaaaaaagesss. I've been working on Lloyd Abyssal for the past 6 months. Or longer I cant even remember. I had to even change my +Def IV for +Spd because it was absolutely necessary. As it will when I come for Xander. But literally these last two R-GHBs Abyssals have been on my mind so long. Ive been theory crafting them for so long until eventually I think I might've cracked them. This one though I need to give a shout out to MMM and Rhouka. Rhouka was the person who told me to destroy the red mage first and MMM was the person who told me to find the choke point. The answer was so simple but brilliant and I was so annoyed that I had never considered it π π₯ That said, Im super grateful for the help on the Deirdre filler unit. The rest of the battle required precise AIM because long before this final run I spent aaaages trying to find that one precise situation at turn 11 where 3 things needed to happen the turn before Hawkeye gets hit by Lloyds first hit and therefore his Iceberg: 1- Hawkeye needed to have as much hp as possible without being knocked out of Brazen range. In this case he would still be in Brazen range until 49 hp and when I ended turn I was at 47. 2- Lloyd HAD to be debuffed by attack smoke to weaken his attack as much as possible. 3- When Hawkeye ends turn and Lloyd attacks proccing special, Hawkeyes Aether cool down needed to be at 1 or 0 so that he heals back as much hp as possible after getting hit by Lloyds powerful initial strike.
So, to reach those three conditions the timing when Lloyd reached Hawkeye after being pulled away was absolutely crucial. It allowed Hawkeye to just barely wear down Lloyd faster then Lloyd could kill me. Obviously Hack-o-Lantern played a huge role in this aswell hahaha Although Safeguard Axe wouldve been nice too IS~
But aaanyways, this is my 6/7 R-GHBs and theres just one more left. Unfortunately I'll need to wait a few weeks before I can properly attempt it. But I cant WAIT to finally do it. These two maps are beastly. I bet you thought you'd never see a fast Hawkeye, huh? XD
So, I hope you enjoyed it immensely and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you peoples next time. Bye~(FEH) L!Lyn pierces a Nobles Pride with an Iron Bow. Infernal GHB Berkut:Prideful Prince True SoloBlaze Of Twilight2019-03-09 | Yooo, whats good peoples?
So this GHB was so easy I went into it with the same set that I used for Clarisses GHB and cleared it the second attempt. The first attempt failed because I needed to change fillers XD So, it was suggested that I take on the Iron Weapon challenge and it was obviously slightly more challenging so I needed to change my set up. Initially I used Renewal but then to make it cooler I tried doing it with absolutely no healing, and this is the result! So, Im quite happy to show this clear although I feel like this was mainly possible to due the defensive tiles XD
But aaanyways, I hope you enjoy and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you next time. Bye~(FEH) Lyn Brazenly uses a Snipers Bow. Infernal GHB Clarisse: Sniper in the Dark True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2019-03-08 | Yooo, whats good peoples?
Sooooo, I tried completing this without changing weapon but unfortunately Im just a few stat points off being able to do it. Cant win all of them with low effort π I used a small chokepoint at the end of the battle just so I wouldn't get attacked by both reds. I also had to inherit a 5* Skill from Xander and since the new updates out I could also give her close counter buuut Im probably not going to use it if I can help it hahaha Also, strictly speaking using Ignis would have done more damage since I was using double Brazen Def but I didnt feel like it XD
Anyways, I hope you were amused and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you next time! Bye~(FEH) L!Lyn with a Fish chokes the Dawn Brigade. Infernal Micaiah&Sothe: BHB True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2019-03-06 | Yoooo whats good peoples?
So back again with my second L!Lyn solo! And one thing Ive noticed with both runs is that because Im ranged its possible to create chokepoints to slowly pick off enemies Id rather not take a hit from. It feels weird to be honest π But hey, it works!
Also, if your wondering about the Threaten Speed 2...its partially because I was too lazy to grind out the SP to get it to level three and also because I only actually needed level 1 of the skill to double the red mage. And like last time I didn't feel like using fodder that I cant afford to lose right now so I pretty much went for a budget set of only 4* skills to complete the run. Not including the weapon of course. Turned out fine though! I dont know how long that'll last before I'll need to give her 5* skills but I'll cross the bridge when I get there.
But aaanyways, I hope you enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you peoples next time. Bye~(FEH) L!Lyn spreads Poison in the wind. Infernal GHB Panne: Proud Taguel True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2019-03-05 | Yoooooo, whats good peoples? So, Ive been saving for a couple months waiting for the Legendary Hero Banner so I could +10 L!Lyn.
However, unfortunately Lyn came early with the Voting Banner so I decided to summon early despite only having 200 ish orbs. Fortunately I managed to pull 4 Lyns and added to my already +5 Lyn. I couldn't pull the last Lyn I needed so I'll have to wait until later to get the last merge but I was itching to begin soloing with her! Lyn is my first waifu in FE so I wanted to do her justice by +10ing her and attempting to solo with her.
So this is the first result! Also, Im sure you noticed but I haven't invested that much into her so thats Fishie Bow is her only weapon she has right now ππ Fortunately, her weapon wasnt important and only really wanted the res refine. If I wanted to beat the armour faster then Shining Bow would have been perfect. She would have done 20 damage in one combat and ended it so much faster hahaha So I do apologise with the slow killing of the red armour but this was the safest way of beating the red armour without getting hit.
But yeah, I hope you'll enjoy seeing Legendary Lyn and she leaves the Plains of Sacae and begins her soloing journey!
That said, I hope you people enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you very soon! Bye~(FEH) Lonqu takes a Chilling look from his Wife! Infernal GHB Panne: Proud Taguel True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2019-03-03 | Yooo whats good peoples? So two quick things- one, to complete this I needed to use 60 Dragon Flowers to boost Lon'qus speed and attack by just one point. The one extra speed allowed me to double the mage flier without a speed refine and the one extra attack allowed me to KO the manakete without having to compromise any other slot on my set. It annoys me just because Im saving my DF for Hawkeye, and while I'll Lon'qu is next on the list, I want to finish Hawkeye first. But yeah, I had Lon'qu marry Panne is my playthrough of Awakening so I just really wanted to win against her with Lon'qu, so the sacrafice had to be made.
Also, you'll see that Lon'qu doesnt get Chilled on turn 4 but it doesnt change the clear just because on that turn Lon'qu one shots Panne and wouldn't get doubled by the archer even after the rally buff regardless. I didnt notice it during my test runs and only half way through the recording did I realise what was happening. So, while I COULD have re-recorded it, I didnt just because it doesn't change the outcome.
But man, I always forget how low bulk and attack Lon'qu has. Its such a pain π If only either Hawkeye had Lon'qus speed or Lon'qu had Hawkeyes defenses then this would be easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy hahahaha
But aaanyways, I hope you guys enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you next time. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeye teaches a Ursula the fear of the Desert. Abyssal GHB Ursula: Blue Crow True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2019-02-22 | Yooo, whats good peoples? Another Abyssal down and two to go! And these are the hardest ones for Hawkeye to complete. But I'll figure it out eventually but I might need some existing skills and non existing skills to complete them π But aaanyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Hawkeye set this time around features the classic DC+Vantage set. I got this idea partly from a fellow Soloer Daze with his clear which reminded me that this was how I cleared Infernal Ursula with my Lon'qu. I honestly didnt think to copy the strat I used for Lon'qu but I did and after some tweaking - it worked! The main thing was that if the daggers are to scary to tank, just dont let them hit you ππ I changed my IV to +Def and boosted him Dragon Flowers to level 5. This caused to AI movement to change on turn 3. The movement you see in video was necessary because when I was plus attack the cavalier would keep on dragging back the dagger rather then the armour so I wasnt able to reach him and weaken him for Vantage. With this movement it was simple matter to beat him. Speed Smoke was only necessary against the red cav so that I could double him which allowed me to finish him off and have my Aether charged. And the +1 to attack from the Dragon Flower boost allowed for that narrow but beautiful finish against the armour Knight.
A very different Abyssal clear compared to my other ones and Im glad to see how I cleared it. If I clear the other two, they'll be clear in a way thats alot different to my other clears aswell, so look foward to them whenever they appear XD

Abyssal GHB Michalis: Ambitious King True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2019-01-06 | Yooo, whats good peoples? Im back once more with another showcasing of an Abyssal clear with Hawkeye! This one was quite difficult but I eventually managed to clear it with the help of Legion. So without further ado, lets get into this shall we?
My Hawkeye set this time around:
Hawkeye 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Legions Axe+ (+Def) Aether Steady Stance 4 Chill Attack Even Defense Wave 3 Close Defense 3 Sacred Seal
So to explain this set:
Basically, due to Hawkeyes speed and colour disadvantage against the reds and neutral colour against Michalis, I needed to bulk up Hawkeye even further then other colours needed to do so Chill Attack, Even Defense Wave and Close Defense sacred seal just to survive the first round of combat. After that, Legions Axe is necessary to slowly but surely bring Hawkeyes hp back up to near full. Legions Axe, like in Navarres map, was extremely useful because of the amount of visible buffs in this map. It allowed me to extremely cripple Michalis and his allies and in combination with moving away to pull the enemies from the range of the drives of their allies, allowed me to do more damage each combat.
A decent amount of AIM is needed to pull away the red flier to leave him until last so that he would be affected by the Chill. Thankfully the level one filler I used had multiple merges (all pity breaks XD) so I was able to give her Escape Route 1 to allow ease of movement around the map. AIM was also used in the beginning to keep all the enemies in a single file going down left. I took this method from MMM the Genny Soloer, so you should check him out!
But aaaaanyways, this was a difficult GHB that Ive been scratching my head over for so long and Im glad to have cleared it! Thats 4 out of 7 Abyssals done. I hope I'll be able to clear one more!
So, that being said I hope you enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you peoples next time. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeyes Axe throws a Mercenary into a Panic. Abyssal GHB Navarre:Scarlet Sword True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-12-06 | Yoooo, whats good peoples?
So we are back again for another Abyssal clear! Hawkeye now attempted to take on the Scarlet Sword but he couldn't do it alone! With respect to an unfortunate orphan, he takes up Legions Axe and Mask so that he can defeat Navarre! But yeah, unfortunately Legions mask isnt an accessory yet which would have been cool but I'll settle for the axe XD Anyways, lets get into this shall we?
Basically, this set was mainly focused on boosting Hawkeyes defense seeing as their were only two magic dealers on this map. Steady Stance 4 (SS4) doesn't have the dual phase effect of negating my opponents charge unlike Hack-o-Lantern but it does allow me to run other weapons. Very specifically Legions Axe which is what made this run possible. What made this map difficult was Navarre in combination the debuffing Ninjas but without Navarre having an instant AoE, this map would have been free.
Β Unfortunately, due to the buffs on the enemies and the debuffs on Hawkeye, it made it impossible to last 2 rounds of getting attacked by Navarre and I did no damage to him. Fortunately, however I finally remembered Legions Axe existed and with it, it allowed me to double debuff all my enemies with attack smoke and the panic effect of Legions Axe. It brought Navarres attack low enough to easily tank both his Blazing Special and rounds of attacks. And after tanking the first special it became unecessary to tank again thanks to SS4.
Initially I ran Dagger Breaker to be able to double the daggers and kill them as fast as possible. However, I realised that as long as they kept on buffing my enemies it meant that I could panic them and make it easier to survive their attacks, so I constantly used them to spread the panic debuff. I ended up switching the B skill to Wrath and this let me pick up on quicker KOs on all my enemies specifically Navarre and the Green Axe. It also allowed me to heal 5 more hp per Aether procc which definitely helped on mutiple occasions.
This was a scary GHB but Legions Axe definitely makes it super manageable. Setting up the situation where I could debuff all my enemies without getting counter attacked required a bit of AIM however. I'll probably be using this weapon in another battle soon hopefully, so look foward to it! (Although I might use alot of this set aswell because it also works on another map extremely well)
Aaanyways, I hope you enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll catch you peoples again the next time. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeyes Bloody Axe Breaks the Red String of Fates. Infernal Corrin & Kana: BHB True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-11-21 | Yooo, whats good peoples?
Im back again once again after a break. This time around Im showcasing two new skills on Hawkeye that I gave him just for this! I only recently got a Ishtar to sacrafice and I wish I had it earlier XD But anyways, lets get into this shall we?
Basically, the main issue on this map was obviously Corrin due to his speed, def, attack stats and his powerful special. So like many maps, I realised that using an AoE special was the best option. And after some AIM I managed to control how Corrin and Kana lined up to be able to get both of them. And fortunately the axe lined himself up to be in range aswell which was really thoughtful of him to be honest.
Now obviously when it comes to using AoE Vantage you'll want to do as much damage on the procc as possible so I had to wait one turn before I started the battle so that Odd Attack Wave was active when I procced Blazing Wind. And Wo Gun was super necessary to obviously do as much damage as possible to not allow Corrin to even touch Hawkeye.
The darting stance sacred seal was really cool to use because it allowed Hawkeye to one, not be doubled by the red mage which would have weakened him too much and allowed the other enemies to finish him off. And two, it allowed Hawkeye to double the blue lance, without having to run a breaker skill on his B slot, to ORKO him so that no enemy could reach my fillers and would allow Hawkeye to be in position on turn 3 to procc special. The defense refine was also just necessary to make him barely hang on after being hit with Iceberg from the archer.
Other small note was having Robin run Blarrraven and distant defense to stop the archer from attacking him.
So, this seemed straight foward but it was a fun one to do. Im glad I could use Odd Attack Wave, Wo Gun and Darting stance for this clear. Which, speaking of Wo Gun, how dope does Hawkeye look with it??
Aaaanyways, I hope you peoples enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you all next time. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeye Burns the Narcissistic Daffodil. Abyssal GHB Narcian: Wyvern General True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-11-07 | Yooooooo, whats good peoples? So Im back once again with ANOTHER Abyssal clear and man, this was arguably both easy and very difficult. The set looks simplistic but it took me ages to figure out how to beat Narcian. Also, funnily enough I had an Infernal clear with Hawkeye that was actually one of the ones on my backlog, but seeing as how I just did an Abyssal one I figured I'd just show the hardest difficulty. The Infernal one had a completely different move set but the method was still the same and was still was still pretty cool and I loved it. But anyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Hawkeye set this time around:
Hawkeye 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Hack-o'-Lantern+ (+Def) Aether Fortress Def/Res 3 Wrath 3 Attack Smoke 3 Close Defense 3 Sacred Seal
So to explain this set/my thought process:
So, the method I took to complete this was the same method that I and many of my fellow soloer compatriots took to beat this map. We created a choke point and allowed the enemies to funnel through slowly so you only get attacked by one at a time.
Hack-o'-Lanterns had two main roles in this map. One was to stop the red sword infantry from proccing Escutcheon otherwise it would take too long to KO him by doing two less damage. The second was stopping the bow from proccing moonbow because they're were points were if he had procced moonbow I would have died as early as turn 6.
Fortress Def/Res is an absolutely fantastic addition to the skill pool. With the only penalty of -2 attack it works better then Brazen Def/Res in that its always giving me the defense boosts. Admittedly I didn't get attacked at all by any magic so the res was unecessary but the defense was very much appreciated. And in combination with Close Defense and Attack Smoke it allowed Hawkeye to just stall in one spot and slowly chip away at the ranged enemies.
Now Wrath is important, along with Aether, in that it helped me recover between 15/17 hp per procc against the red sword and 20/21 from Navarre. Which was extremely important in the intial stages of the clear as after a debuff the red sword would only do 4 damage and the horse bow would do 7 per combat. So every scrap of hp was needed so survive and Wrath was neeeded on every procc on Aether so that on turn 7 when I initiated the attack the red sword would be KO'ed. If he wasnt then Id slowly get overwhelmed by the two thereby losing the run.
Honestly, Im happy with being able to clear another Abyssal which I honestly thought it'd be impossible to complete any. That said I wish my clear was as cool as my Infernal one π
But Aaaaanyways, I hope you peoples enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you next time. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeyes Lantern burns with the Desert Sun. Abyssal GHB Robin: Mystery Tactician True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-10-17 | Yoooooooooooo, whats good peoples! Im so happy that I can bring you my first Abyssal! I honestly didn't think Id be able to true solo Abyssal at all and I thought that Abyssal would be the end of soloes but Hawkeye taking a page out of Escanors book and survives with the sun! Of course the new halloween axe is broken as hell on these maps where you dont NEED to run an effective weapon against a particular unit. Also, I apologise about how long the video is, Hawkeyes a little slow XD But anyways, lets get into this shall we?
So my Hawkeye set this time around:
Hawkeye 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Hack-o'-Lantern+ (+Res) Sol Brazen Def/Res 3 Axebreaker 3 Attack Smoke 3 Brazen Atk/Res 3 Sacred Seal
So to explain this set and my thought process:
Okay, so the biggest threat to Hawkeye strictly matchup wise was the Red Mage with 48 atk and enough speed to double. With colour advantageΒ (CA) his attack goes up to 57.6, so it was necessary for me to be able to boost my res up to that threshold. I knew that this time Id be forced to not run DC, so to boost my res I decided to run a combination of Brazen Def/Res and the newly released Brazen Atk/Res, and a Res refine on my weapon. This brought my Res up to 54 meaning that the red mages, and every other mage, damage through their attack stat were essentially neutralised.
After the red mages, it was the green infantry axes. Although they didn't have CA they still could double me with ease and do too much damage to Hawkeye allowing the other enemy units to pick him off. If they had released it, I would have preferred to run double Brazen Def/Res but I had to settle for it only being on the A slot.Β Both Axes have 51 Atk and with Brazen active my Hawkeye would have 41 Def but because they both double they would effectively do 20 damage each and in combination with the red mage they would KO Hawkeye. Hence why I felt Axebreaker was super necessary to be able to mitigate the damage they did to Hawkeye while simultaneously being able to do more damage to them each turn.
With this map, there are three directions you could take to start combat. These are up, middle or down. Going middle means your attacked by nearly every unit on the map and after the red mage fails to kill you, you get hit by every possible seal skill making you feel like your fighting against dagger units except with much better physical bulk. The -5 to def and res basically just overpowers Hawkeye and he dies before reaching turn two. Going up is a similar scenario but this time you make it to turn two or three. This leaves the best option being going down for two big reasons: one, the units that can hit you dont have any seal skills for def or res, thats only the axe and blue mage on the upper portion of the water hole. And two, in combination with attack smoke over the original Atk Ploy I ran in my Auto Solo of Infernal, it hits the most amount of enemies and debuffs eveyone thats able to hit you.
Now if it wasnt obvious enough, this set is basically a walking tank. Everything is meant to allow Hawkeye to take as little damage as possible. However, what REALLY brought this set together was the new Halloween Axe from our good father Dorcas. It didnt matter how much I buffed my unit - Robin with Ignis, Red Mage with Iceberg, Green Axe and Lance with Glimmer - they would KO me with the combination of specials and Seal skills. But this weapon is absolutely broken. It nullified the use of specials in this battle other then my own. With all the Brazens, attack smokes and constant clutch heals from Sol I constantly just teetered the edges of my Axebreaker range but with Sol I always managed to just stay in range. After beating the axes it was a slow grind to victory so I apologise for that π
This is was super challenging GHB but I honestly dont think it would've been possible without the needed axe and very helpful Brazen Skill. So, Im very happy I could solve it and I dread to continue trying to challenge the other Abyssals π Also, I do apologise, I still need to post my other backlog but I'll get to it XD
Aaaaanyways, I really hope you enjoyed even though it was slow battle but it be like that sometimes, and I hope you have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you peoples soon. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeye fights the Masked Brothers. Infernal GHB Legion: Masked Maniac True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-10-11 | Yo, whats good peoples?
So, this is upload is SUPER close to the last Robin true solo. If you haven't watched it, do so because it was kinda cool π And Im almost finished with Hawkeyes backlog so it shall be sad times hahaha but anyways, to not dwell on the enivitable lets get into this shall we?
So to start off with as you probably saw, this was a three turn clear! What really contributed to this was actually Hawkeyes low speed, his bulk and the defense tile. With Sol and the defense tiles it allowed Hawkeye to constantly stay in QR range to do the necessary damage until turn three where he could pick them all off.
Β I didn't start off attempting this almost no reinforcement clear but when I got the start of turn 3 and I attacked the bow user like I did in this clear. The biggest difference was that because I couldn't double him, he survived and made me continue the fight when on turn four all the reinforcements showed up. So I figured that maybe if I could double the bow on turn three, Id be able to KO him aswell. My only fear was how the AI would change if I switched seals from Close Defense to QR. Fortunately they acted the exact same.
As for my fillers, when another Brother (heh) showed up I needed to tweak my fillers so that they wouldn't attack the filler and go straight for Hawkeye. And to completely make sure of that I added Axe Breaker, Steady Breath to Lon'qu and +Spd Sacred Seal to Cain so that when he got buffed he would double that Legion. And just for extra measure I put Hawkeye in the fourth slot so that in case of a priority tie it would attack the fourth unit slot unit regardless.
So, while I could've attempted a full reinforcement clear, Im honestly fine with an almost no reinforcement clear with Hawkeye. Its satisfying in its own way but I do hope you enjoyed it aswell. Also, with this one down I have two more to go hahaha
But anyways, I hope you peoples enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you soon. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeye mindlessly follows his destiny. Infernal GHB Robin: Mystery Tactician True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-10-11 | Yo, whats good peoples?
Okay, so while this is somewhat of a lackluster video simply because now Infernal isnt the hardest difficulty for one half of the rotational GHBs, allow me to still be proud of the fact that is my first Autobattle true solo ever XD Also, I didnt forget about the upload spree of my backlog. I was busy with some other stuff but its all good and I'll be continuing it once more. So, anyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Hawkeye set this time around: Hawkeye 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Handbell+ (+Res) Aether Distant Counter Quick Reposte 3 Attack Ploy 3 Close Defense 3 Sacred Seal
So to explain my thought process:
Put simply, when I completed this map I realised I didnt actually move from that one spot during my manual clearing of the map so I was curious whether or not the AI would take the same actions I did when completing the map and it did! The only adjustment I had to make was the fillers so they wouldn't move and leave my Hawkeye in the first slot so that when the AI moved Hawkeye two spaces down it would then move into place on turn two after debuffing the red mage with attack ploy at the start of the turn.
But to explain the set itself, the biggest issue on this map was the red mage with Iceberg and Robin with their high damage specials. So I needed DC to slowly chip at them so as not to give them free damage on Hawkeye. With Handbell, Res refine and Attack Ploy I severely weakened the red mages damage output.Β Thanks to the AIs order of attacking me, I was able to double due to QR and with Handbell and Aether it allowed me to just barely KO the red mage as fast as possible.
Close Defense, Handbell and Attack Ploy had the same effect against the melee axes who blocked me in. They did little damage to me while I quick charged up Aether again and constantly got back to full hp. They were of less importance so I felt that Close Defense was enough to cover them.
Now, Im sure you noticed that while this seemed easy, it was hard to figure out as it was very easy for things to go wrong. So although I can't promise Hawkeye will be able to even have a shot at Abyssal, I'll give it a shot all the same XD If not I might try something with my units I haven't done yet. But regardless, that will be for next week.
So anyways, I hope you peoples enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you soon. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeye fights the mages of Friege with a Guardians Wrath. Infernal BHB R&I True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-10-08 | Yo, whats good peoples?
So, Im we are back after a small day break to continue the uploading spree, yay :D And we're continuing it with Hawkeye beating the newest BHB with the a bloody Sword-hardt. A quick shout out to Asuka Fortune (Titania Soloer) for offering to show me his route of the clear but I have my pride, and I wanted to figure out my own way myself (although I gladly took some tips XD) But anyways, lets get into this shall we?
So, what we had here was obviously a case of IS going "We'll have 3 Vantage units who are very bulky so that you cant kill them and they'll finish you off before you do" because they love us so much. And it doesn't help that Hawkeye is slow as shit, however! I decided to try going with a roaming castle set that maximized both of his defense and resistance and slowly but surely KO all the enemies on the map.
Now, its obvious that besides the constant onslaught that Reinhardt was Hawkeyes biggest challenge. However, fortunately Hawkeye is actually faster then Reinhardt and so therefore can double him and wont get hit four times which would've suuuucked. Now, initially I was using Asukas Glacies nuke but I figured out I didnt need to Glacies nuke him but could use Aether. However, two things were needed for the Aether nuke to work - one, the +7 defense increase from Brazen because otherwise during Reinhardts double counter attack I would have died and two, I needed Wrath (showcasing it for the first time by the way) to push my damage over the remaining hp he had left thereby no longer having to worry about him.
After KOing Reinhardt the second issue was the Atk/Spd Bond Raurowl red mage π₯. Asuka mentioned that once the red mage was seperated and debuffed that they would do zero damage to Titania. That meant that since Hawkeye and Titania have the same amount of Resistance, I knew that I had to manipulate the red mage to move down and to the left while I focused on first dealing with Reinhardt.Β Once the green vantage moonbow manakete was dealt with it was just a slow progression to slowly KO the last three remaining units. At that point my bulk was too great to overcome.
Honestly, that was a really bloody hard one to solve with Hawkeye but I honestly thank Asuka for giving me pointers because they REALLY helped hahahaΒ (plug incoming)
But yeah, super glad I could figure this one out and Im sooooo satisfied I still managed to brute force through Reinhardt XD And yes, the thumbnail is basic but I'll learn... hopefully π
So, Aaaaaanyways I hope you peoples enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you soon. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeye shows a Knight, the road less traveled. Infernal GHB Camus: Sable Knight True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-10-06 | Yo, whats good peoples? Now once again we are back at it again with another Hawkeye backlog video (dont worry they old ones will be over soon XD) and this battle is one not even Lon'qu has been able to complete, so this one is rather fun for me to have been able to complete! But anyways, lets get into this shall we?
First and foremost, its very obvious why I used Poleaxe in this map so I dont have to talk about that in detail XD. The main part I'll focus on is why I needed to nullify horse buffs. Its not that I was worried about all the horse units doing too much damage due to offensive buffs - what I was more focused on was negating the defensive buffs on the red horse mage so that with Poleaxe I would be able to KO them in one attack. Being able to ignore the Fortify with Poleaxe is crucial along with Hawkeyes attack and super effectivenessΒ because it allows me to do 47 damage to the horse mages 46 hp. That being said, I calculated that under the assumption that I wouldn't be able to procc a special against him, so in this case that reasoning wasnt as cool after I completed it π Its the thought that counts though, right?
Now, Steady Breath and Quick Reposte were very important here simply because of the fact that there was a healer on the map which meant I had to do big enough damage on the horse units that were immune to poleaxe so that the healer didn't keep healing more then I could damage them. It was of course also necessary to have as much hp as possible so that when Hawkeye took on the red mage he wouldn't just die straight up. And with that in mind I also used Distant Defense 3 Sacred Seal to better allow me to tank that mage.
So Im sure your wondering why I would use Attack Smoke when theres a Harsh Command user in the enemy army because thats giving the enemy a free +7 boost in attack which would ordinarily be a bad thing, yeah? Well, you are correct in that it IS a bad thing but in this circumstance it wasnt as detrimental. Reason being was that because of the close proximity of all the enemies it meant that nearly ALL the enemy units got hit by Attack Smoke, and Camus cant Harsh Command eveyone in one turn π So all that meant was that on any one turn one enemy would hit a little harder but the rest of them would all be safely debuffed. So that really helped in keeping my hp high as I waited for the red mage to approach.
Other then that I dont have much to comment on other then that choke point was fantastic in funneling through the enemies for their destruction.
Also, I hope Camus learned that its never too late to take the road less traveled. It might be easier to conform to one single tracked way of thinking but dying as a Knight for the wrong cause is just sad, and Hawkeye felt pity for him to be honest.
Aaaaaanyways, I hope you peoples enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you soon. Bye~(FEH) Lonqus Thunder rains down upon the Mages of Friege. Infernal BHB Reinhardt&Ishtar True SoloBlaze Of Twilight2018-10-05 | Yo, whats good peoples?
So, to continue the trend but at a bit of a pit stop, I've managed to figure this BHB out with Lon'qu but have yet to do so with Hawkeye and so therefore have decided to upload this one for tonight then tomorrow I'll continue posting the Hawkeye soloes in the backlog XD But anyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around: Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Wo Dao+ (+Atk) Blazing Thunder Distant Counter Vantage 3 Attack Smoke 3 Deflect Melee 3 Sacred Seal
So to explain my thought process:
Well, I'll be honest, with Hawkeye I was having a frustrating time trying to figure this map out so I decided to take a break with him and switched SS over to have a crack at it with Lon'qu. I solved it REALLY quickly using Zanbato, Aether, DC, Vantage, Atk Smoke and Flashing Blade Sacred Seal. However, I felt like it was too simplistic or perhaps just not unique enough, so I decided to keep DC and Vantage and play around with an AoE and bring back an old weapon favourite in Wo Dao XD
So, you're all familiar with DC and Vantage but the three important parts that make this clear fun is the use of Wo Dao over Zanbato against Reinhardt, the perfect use of Blazing Thunder on the line-up of enemies using AIM and using Deflect Melee sacred seal for the first time. Wo Dao+ made up for the lack of effective power against Reinhardt and is just my favourite weapon to use. Deflect Melee was absolutely necessary to survive the counter attack of Reinhardt since I couldn't kill him in one round even after AoE damage. Attack Smoke very much aided the ability to tank Reinhardt at that juncture aswell as weaking the intial battle against the manakete to give me as much hp as possible for when I fought Reinhardt. If he can have Pavise then surely its only fair if I survive because of some bullshit skill π
Now to explain how I got the exact positioning for that line up on turn 3 in vague detail. To start with, for those particular filler units it was necessary to put both Olivia and Tana in those two spots on turn 1 to make sure that when the four units not fighting Lon'qu group up that the green mage uses draw back on Reinhardt so that he wont be in range to attack Lon'qu when he retreats back. After that on turn three you'll notice I place all my units in an almost "Rising Light" pattern. In particular it was necessary to obviously move Olivia one space down out of range but still in a straight line so that Reinhardt wont move two spaces down and one space left following Olivia. By moving straight down he would take the quickest route towards Olivia. The other important point was where to place Myrhh. Placing her to the left of either Tana or Olivia would cause the green mage to move after Reinhardt and use draw back on him thereby forcing the red mage to only move one space down which means not only does my special not reach them but means I have to use my special on Reinhardt directly which causes my loss. However, when I placed Myrhh in that exact spot in the video shes no longer in movement range even after then move into position so the green mage wont use her support skill first but Ishtar will move second which thereby blocks the green mage from using Draw Back anyway and then let's the red mage to join the queue for some Thunder. At this point its just tanking Reinhardt and Vantage killing everyone. Its nice to give them a taste of their own medicine XD Β But yeah, that took me awhile to play around with but its super cool that I managed to figure it out and I somewhat understand how it works hahaha Hopefully I can figure something out with Hawkeye before this ends π
Aaanyways, I hope you peoples enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you soon. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeye hunts the White Wolfs pelt. Infernal GHB Lloyd: White Wolf True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-10-04 | Yo, whats good peoples?
So, as I said we are back with the back log and Im here to show you how Hawkeye goes hunting for Wolves. It requires patience and careful planning. So with that said, lets just get into this shall we?
My Hawkeye set this time around: Hawkeye 5*+8 (+Atk -Hp) Poleaxe+ (+Def) Blazing Wind Brazen Atk/Def 3 Renewal 3 Attack Smoke 3 Close Defense 3 Sacred Seal
So to explain this set:
The main point I needed to deal with was Lloyd. I had no way of doubling him, as per usual against most enemies, so I had to once again resort to one round KOing him otherwise he would overpower me with his special. Brazen Atk/Def was the attack boost I needed to one shot him with the Blazing Wind as no other skill would give me that boost.
Along with the Brazen skill that worked to simultaneously boost my attack and defense I used Renewal, Attack Smoke and Close Defense 3 Sacred Seal to increase my survivability (part of me thinks thats not a word to be honest but fuck using Google XD) because although they mostly did little to know damage after the Horse Bows initial attack the small bits of damage they did do rack up and end up killing me.
Poleaxe was necessary because in many of my run throughs the blue lance cavalier wouldn't die in one hit with any other weapon which was basically meant he blocked me from attacking Lloyd with Blazing Wind directly. So I needed to one shot him so that when Lloyd moved up behind the lance cavalier I could procc it on him directly and KO with the Brazen active.
Also, a side note in that initially when I figured this clear out the AI didnt follow my fliers as much. Lloyd and the Blue mage did go off to the right for a bit but then they soon followed back after Hawkeye in my original run. When I tried to recreate it, I forgot the exact positioning of my fillers so the posted video was one where it seems like I purposely dragged Lloyd and the blue mage away but that was an accident and I couldn't figure out how I did it initiallyΒ (which was comparatively cooler but I still enjoyed this one so Im fine with it).
Aaaanyways, thats another one down and four more for Hawkeye to go! It should be fun hahaha
So, I hope you peoples enjoyed and I hope you have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you very soon! Bye~(FEH) A Guardian stands his ground against a King. Infernal GHB Michalis:Ambitious King True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-10-03 | Yo, whats good peoples? So, it has once again been awhile but I've had this in the backlog and since IS are gonna be releasing Abyssal modes for the rotational GHBs then I felt like I should clear out my backlog (its also just an excuse to not be lazy XD) but anyways, lets get in this shall we?
My Hawkeye set this time around: Hawkeye 5*+8 (+Atk -Hp) Poleaxe+ (+Def) Aether Steady Breath Quick Reposte 3 Attack Smoke 3 Close Defense 3 Sacred Seal
So to explain this set: As you all know since this map has only physical non-ranged units then skills like DC, distant defense or even res refines are useless so this set is only focused on tanking physical hits. The reason why I used Steady Breath is because I needed to be able to procc Aether as fast as possible on Michalis due to the fact that I would be quickly overpowered by his Blazing Thunder. That and that if you dont kill him fast enough then the other enemy units who can't reach you will go straight for the fillers. Once he was knocked out, I could move my fillers up north of the map away from the red fliers.
Quick Reposte and Poleaxe were necessary to kill the red horse because for some reason theres always horses somewhere in a GHB or BHB π and leaving him alive would not only not allow me to procc Aether on time against Michalis but allow the red horse to overwhelm me.
As for the last turns where I manipulated the AI into following my horses - this was necessary because Hawkeye needed to debuff the last red flier using the blue lancer who would do next to no damage on him. It was also necessary to procc Aether on the last red flier otherwise Hawkeye would still die so it took a awhile to play around with the timing of the special.
Thats all there was to this map to be honest. Michalis has too much defense because of how much he was being buffed so AoEs weren't affective and the constant onslaught meant I needed regular healing. The difficult part was manipulating the AI aswell as killing the initial units fast enough before I got surrounded which I kind of did but then I also didn't do π
Aaaaaanyways, expect many more videos the upcoming days because I really want to show them off to you peoples. Hawkeyes been putting in the work hahaha
So I hope you peoples enjoyed and I hope you have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you soon! Bye~(FEH) Lonqu Forces apart Jamke like a Gale. Infernal GHB Jamke:Prince of Verdane True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-09-12 | Yooo, whats good peoples? So, yes, Lon'qu is back after a long vacation to show Hawkeye how to True Solo a map in a timely manner. Lon'qu will push his speed beyond his current limits to rip through the land of Verdane and demonstrate why he was chosen as a Guardian to the Summoner. So anyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around: Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Armoursmasher+ (+Def) Galeforce Brazen Atk/Spd 3 Desperation 3 Attack Smoke 3 Flashing Blade 3 Sacred Seal Β So to explain this set: Basically, I wanted to complete this map in a way that Hawkeye couldn't. So I initially decided to try to do a Brave Sword/Desperation and Galeforce True solo, and even though I managed to beat all the units except the armour, I didnt have the Hp to beat the green armour. So I ended up going with Armoursmasher but I needed to switch up some of my skills.
Despite Lon'qus really high speed I needed to reach a minimum of 46 speed when Jamke gets buffed by the green armour. So while the +6 extra speed seems unecessary, what I needed was the extra +7 attack to be able to knock out the red horse cavalier in two hits. I initially had gone with Swift Sparrow but it wasnt enough damage output so I switched to Brazen.
Now before when Ive used Galeforce in maps I was forced to use Heavy Blade, and in this map it was horrible because some units could still have more attack then my Lon'qu. However Flashing Blade let me procc and charge Galeforce extremely easily and allowed me to maneuver around the map like a....Gale π
Even though I didn't have any healing, it was necessary for Lon'qu to tank units at some points so both Attack Smoke and the Def refine were necessary to allow Lon'qu to survive the combined attack of the Lance Flier and the Axe Knight.
The most obvious AI manipulation Id like to point out is when I used wings of mercy and placed NY Camilla above Lon'qu to make the Blue Horse Mage to go up towards her. That was necessary so that Lon'qu could deal with the horse Cavalier and Red Mage in peace. Then Lon'qu could deal with the Blue mage in peace.
Im very proud of this clear because I very rarely manage Galeforce, no healing soloes. Although Im still a little sad that I couldn't do it with Brave Sword π Also, Lon'qu beat this map in a third of the turns that Hawkeye took. Hawkeye took 21 turns and Lon'qu took 7 turns XD
Β Also, thinking about it now, if I had the option, I COULD'VE given Lon'qu a speed refine on armour smasher and used Brazen Atk/Def instead. It would fit the requirement of having atleast 46 speed so I could double Jamke to then procc galeforce and while also giving Lon'qu more defense to better tank the melee units AND having the attack needed to two shot the red horse Cavalier. Then I wouldnt have needed to give Brazen Atk/Spd fodder to Lon'qu when I was initially saving it for someone else π
Aaaanyways, I hope you enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I see you peoples next time. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeye burns the land of Verdane. Infernal GHB Jamke: Prince of Verdane True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-09-11 | Yooo, whats good peoples? So, Im back with another battle with the Guardian of the Desert, aswell as myself, the Summoner. This one was pretty difficult for Hawkeye because although he has good defenses it becomes way too easy to surround him and over power him due to his poor speed and not being able to double them. So it was necessary to one shot enemies so that he didn't take constant abuse. I took a leaf out of my Micaiah and Sothe BHB and used an AoE special to great affect and used (what Im now dubbing) the Twilight Blaze Special π.Β But anyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Hawkeye set this time around: Hawkeye 5*+8 (+Atk -Hp) Poleaxe+ (+Def) Blazing Flame Steady Breath Renewal 3 Attack Smoke 3 Distant Defense 3 Sacred Seal
Okay, so to explain this set: Now, the initial biggest problem in this GHB are Jamke, the red mage, the red sword cavalier and finally the axe armour (i.e. nearly every unit π). Their specials and therefore their damage output is too much even for Hawkeye to handle and have to be killed off quickly. Biggest issue is is that it hard for Hawkeye to reach them and hard for him to kill them and will just charge their specials faster. So after playing around and testing different AI movements, I found that on turn two that I could knock out the red mage with damaging special but I couldn't do anything against Jamke who was so close. Thats when I remembered Blazing Flame (Twilight Flame) and it perfectly fit this situation as it allowed me to KO the red mage despite the speed difference aswell as also get some chip damage off on Jamke which allows me to finish him off later. On turn 3 I don't KO Jamke when hes in range because funnily enough that nows that hes debuffed his special is actually less threatening than the blue mage who has Iceberg, so I finish her off first. The same applies to the other blue lancer, so I finish her off next before going to finish off Jamke.
Now, when it comes to weapon choice, I could either have chosen Poleaxe or the Slaying Hammer, but I ended up choosing Poleaxe because in combination with Blazing Flame (Twilight Flame) it allowed me to one round the red cavalier without having to worry about retaliation because I couldnt do enough damage to him if I focused on the green armour. I resolved to dealing with the green armour by renewal stalling so as to be able to tank his bonfireΒ (which required nearly all my Hp to do so XD)
Steady Breath, Renewal, Attack Smoke 3 and Distant Defense were all used to be able to increase both sustainability aswell as my ability ability to tank all these big damage dealers. While initially I wanted to run DC in Hawkeyes A slot, I realised that because of that blue mage with Guard I wouldn't be able to have a charged special ready to one shot the red mage, who I had to deal with first.
I do apologise about the Renewal stalling but it needed to be done to beat the armour XD Also, if your wandering - yes, Summer Corrins weapon Sealife Tome increases attack and speed +1 if shes within two spaces of an ally, but I didnt want to remove it in case that changed the AIs movements so I just made sure Hawkeye was never in range of its effects so that it could remain a true solo.
Anyways, this was a difficult and time consuming GHB for Hawkeye but it was definitely fun and satisfying to complete! But as a Guardian of the Summoner hes too slow and took way too much time to complete this map.....Maybe another Solitary Guardian should show him how to complete this map with speed? π€ I don't know. I guess we'll see tomorrow ππ
So, I hope you enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you peoples very soon. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeye uses the Twilight Flame to Blaze the Dawn. Infernal Micaiah&Sothe:BHB True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-09-06 | Yooo, whats good peoples?
So, Im late for this BHB but better late than never π Im also quite proud of this solo run so I wanted to show it off anyway. Although fun fact, I initially had the water blessing and cleared this with the extra stat boost and had to refigure it out after switching the blessing. But aaanyways, lets get into this shall we?
So to explain this set: Poleaxe was the only option with the weapons that I had, so in combination with Distant Counter it allowed me to knock out the green horse in one round so Hawkeye only had to take one hit. This is also holds true for the red mage in that after it was weakened Hawkeye only had to take one hit before finishing them off.
Lately, Ive realised that AoE specials work better with Hawkeye because of the fact that with his speed he cant double alot of enemies. So being able to just weaken them first with an AoE then to be able to finish them off with his high attack stat makes it the most efficient option. Blazing Flame was perfect because of the way the enemy units lined themselves up between the pillars.
In terms of longevity, I decided to use just Renewal and Distant Defense Sacred Seal as the physical units wont be too much of an issue but the ranged units will do too much damage to Hawkeye. Renewal while it was useful as general healing had the important role of healing me up enough so that I could take one round of damage against the firesweep sword.
I also initially used Attack Smoke but Micaiah kept Sacrificing her allies and gave them more attack thanks to attack smoke which made it too difficult to tank them. So I decided against it and in its place I used Threaten Defense so that I could 2 round the firesweep user after proccing the special.
Ive been using quite a few AoEs and Poleaxe with my Hawkeye clears but its hard not to just because its the best option to clear the map π Ive also completed the Jamke GHB so I'll be releasing that soon (I say that but I know you dont have that hope anymore π)
Aaanyways, I hope you peoples enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you guys next time. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeye humbles Royalty. Infernal Berkut: Prideful Prince GHB True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-08-26 | Heyyy, whats good peoples?
Now I know its been a bit since Ive uploaded but Ive managed to figure out a couple more soloes so expect atleast a couple more videos this coming week; its good fun XD Anyways, lets get into this shall we?
So my Hawkeye set this time around: Hawkeye 5*+8 (+Atk -Hp) Poleaxe+ (+Def) Growing Wind Steady Breath Vantage 3 Speed Ploy 3 Distant Defense 3 Sacred Seal
Okay so to explain this weird set (also rather proud of it to be honest XD): First off, with the amount of Cavalry units in the map, the Poleaxe was a no brainer. It allows me to destroy the enemies in two hits regardless of their defenses, before they surround me. Steady Breath and Distant Defense allowed me to tank the ranged units as much as possible as they were the most problematic of the enemies.
Now, I understand that Speed Ploy is very weird at first glance but I needed it to be able to double the lance Cavalier without QR or a breaker skill. However, when I first figured out this method a week or two (?), I found that I needed to summoner support Hawkeye aswell as be +8 merged to achieve 27 speed to outspeed that lance cavalier after a speed ploy to therefore double him and KO him. I ended up completing the GHB with Hawkeye but I didn't realise that I had drive speed on my Robin, and I was only 1 speed point short for this method to work ππ₯
So when it comes to the special, I initially tried using Aether but found I still couldn't procc it fast enough. Then I noticed that since they were grouped up that an AoE special would actually be ideal here. I ended up using Growing Wind because it was the exact damage randius I needed for this particular arrangement of enemies. The damage reduction was fine because it weakened the enemies enough for Hawkeye to pick them off with one shot afterwards. In particular - the green cavalier was weakened so that he could be picked off. The red mage was weakened enough to take him out of Axebreaker range. And weakened the bow cavalier enough for Hawkeye to one shot him with Poleaxe. One thing to note that Vantage was ONLY for that green cavalier because by weakening him and putting him in desperation range he would just knock out Hawkeye. I didnt encounter this problem the first time because when I accidentally cleared it with drive speed, for some reason the green cavalier went down and the left along with the infantry green mage, which also resulted in me switching from Blazing Wind to Growing Wind to be able to weaken him along with the other 3 enemy units.
Also, as one more side note. Picking fillers is always so hard π The weird Robin set and the weirdΒ Leo set were so that the green mage and red mage werent tempted to attack them, as they had done on many of my attempts π The Fae set stayed constant and dissuaded the enemies from moving too far away from Hawkeye (they were also very much drawn to Leo and Robin aswell in part).
Anyways, I haven't been able to solo with Lon'qu recently, which trust me, Im disappointed too, so hence why Ive been putting more effort to show what Hawkeye can do aswell. I should hopefully figure out Micaiah and Sothes with Lon'qu before reset, so heres hoping π
Aaaanyways, I hope you peoples enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you soon. Bye~(FEH) Hawkeye calls the Deserts Blazing Winds. Infernal Clarisse:Sniper in the Dark GHB True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-08-10 | Yooo whats good peoples? So, Im back again with another Hawkeye true solo and surprisingly I was able to become really flexible with how I cleared it. I could change my A skill as long as it achieved the same purpose and I didnt need a b skill or a healing special. So for once, Im just trying to style XD But anyways, lets just get into this shall we?
My Hawkeye set this time around: Hawkeye 5*+5 (+Atk -Hp) Handbell+ (+Defense) Blazing Wind Brazen Def/Res Attack Smoke 3 Distant Defense 3 Sacred Seal
So, to explain this set, First off, I will point out the necessity of Blazing Wind over a healing special. Its main purpose is to weaken both red units on the map because letting either of them live too long makes it impossible to clear the map, especially the infantry with bonfire. Blazing Wind allows me to weaken him to be able to pick off later without charging his special while also being able to stay on the defensive tile. Without it, I can't kill him fast enough before he picks me off with Bonfire after I've been weakened by Clarisse and the dagger.
Now for the A skill, while I used Brazen def/res 3, I could have used Brazen Def/Res 2 or any other A skill that gave +4 defense minimum. I used Steady Stance 2 and Steady Breath which all achieved the same result of clearing the map. The only difference is which unit I end up killing last between the dagger and blue mage. And by the way the reason why I can't use Brazen 1 or Steady Stance 1 was because it changed the way the enemy moved about and certain units went on defensive tiles while the others didn't which made staying on a tile impossible thereby ruining the run.
I also realised that I didnt need a B skill because I didnt need to double any enemies nor did I need to heal at all which was dope hahaha However I of course still needed to bulk up to take the hits which is what Attack Smoke and Distant Defense were used for. One more important point was that the only way to get on that defensive tile was to make sure not to kill the dagger unit otherwise it becomes impossible to survive the battle, so not only could I not kill him I also had to let the enemy destroy the wall for me so that Hawkeye could get into position.
So, this is I believe my first video using an AoE special which is AWESOME and we got to see the return of the Ayra cheer squad XD This was hard until I figured out what special I needed to use, then it just became a way to show off π
Aaanyways, I hope you peoples enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you next time, Bye~(FEH) Rise of the Desert Guardian. Infernal Navarre: Scarlet Sword GHB True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-08-08 | Yoooo, whats good peoples? SO, Im excited to showcase my newest merge project, Hawkeye! :D Ive always loved the Beserker Class in FE and I loved the sprite art in the GBA games and Hawkeye is just badass XD So, with this Hawkeye has joined the ranks of Lon'qu and Cecilia in being my, the Summoners, Guardian. I feel like Lon'qu and Hawkeye will be good friends, who dont say much to eachother XD Anyways, introductions aside, lets get into this shall we?
My Hawkeye set: Hawkeye 5* +5 (+Atk -Hp) Handbell+ (+Def) Sol Distant Counter Quick Reposte 3 Attack Smoke 3 Close Defense 3 Sacred Seal
So, first things first, its important to talk about the order in which Hawkeye beat the enemies to begin with. Β So clearly the daggers are gonna be a problem because they weaken Hawkeye too much and do too much chip damage which allows the other enemy units to finish him off. So Distant Counter is absolutely necessary to KO them as quickly as possible. Now, initially I used Dagger Breaker due to the different paths I was taking to clear the map but then I realised Quick Reposte was much better because I needed to double every unit (very specifically Navarre otherwise he would overwhelm Hawkeye) while I had high hp, so bit of a dumb moment XD After the daggers are cleared out, the second most important unit to kill as fast as possible was the healer. The healer in many of my other attempts kept healing Navarre which made it impossible to chip him down and just helped him achieve his special faster. And so to make sure I achieved this manipulating the AI with the filler units was needed to make sure that on turn 3 I would be partially boxed in so that the healer wouldn't move behind the green axe and allow me to finish her off the next turn, aswell as blocking Navarres route to Hawkeye. Β And finally I had to make sure that when I finally took on Navarre that he got debuffed by twice in two consecutive turns so that I could live 4 hits and his Blazing Wind Special. And once again I managed to manipulate the AI so that all 3 last enemy units were in close proximity to eachother to where I could debuff them while still being in range of the attacks.
But dont ask me to explain how that works, I only notice the effects of the positioning of my fillers not why it happens π As always, check out verves Feh AI instructional Academy website. You might learn a thing or two http://vervefeh.osnac.net/Β
But yeah, to continue, after those conditions have been met its all about debuffing the enemy and bulking up Hawkeye to be able to take all the abuse. So Attack Smoke 3, handbell with a defense refine and Close Defense sacred seal were my best options as the healer and daggers wouldn't do much damage to Hawkeye. And I really had to praise the sun because Sol gave Hawkeye the much needed sustain. So, unfortunately hes REALLY slow so he just had to square up and protect his comrades from harm. Which is rather fitting of a Guardian Id say XD
Anyways, I hope yoy peoples enjoyed it. Im really happy with this, especially after I couldn't solo Wallhart and Legendary Lucina π So this definitely brings a smile to my face and hopefully it does to you too.
So, I hope you have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you next time. Bye~(FEH) Lonqu Cancels the siblings plan for victory. Infernal Leo & Elise: BHB True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-07-24 | Yo, whats good peoples? So, we are back here once again with another true solo. Now just to preface this, I DID have it figured out earlier I just didn't record it, so my bad π and while this wasnt exactly the hardest BHB to figure out, it WAS tricky and to complete it I did the opposite of what I normally do to solve these maps. But enough vagueness, lets just get into this shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around: Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Safeguard+ (+Def) Aether Warding Breath Cancel Affinity 3 Attack Smoke 3 Distant Defense 3 Sacred Seal
Okay, so to explain this set, The main thing that I do when I try to figure out a solo is "whats the ratio between physical attacking units and magical units?" Because thats what starts me off as to what defensive options I'll use for the map. Now normally, I would adjust defensively to what weapon type of enemy is most prevalent - However, I realised that the biggest threat to my runs was Leo with his fully charged AoE and neutral attack, rather then the 4 other physical units. When I initially tried focusing on defense using Steady Breath and Close Defense Sacred Seal, Leo would just one shot me if he wasnt debuffed by attack smoke. So eventually I switched from a full physical wall build, to a more mixed build but still focusing on the magic side so as to tank Leos attack. So, the only defensive options I had for physical was the defense refine Safeguard (honestly a god send weapon XD) which proved to be just enough at one point in the battle. And the res side was upheld by Warding Breath and Distant Defense Sacred seal with really allowed me to tank Leos special.
Now, Im sure you all know the drill. Aether and Warding Breath was used to have a powerful special charged constantly as Sol wasnt good enough to break through the high defense lancer with Aegis. Without Aether breaking down his hp, he would eventually wear me down along with the other units to the point of getting knocked out.
Attack Smoke, Warding Breath, Safeguard, Distant Defense and Aether were all used to increase longetivity and is what led me to survive on 1 hp against the Aegis Lancer. The main difference in this defensive build was that I used Cancel Affinity. I dont normally have a chance to use it and one of my favourite uses was during the Azura and Corrin BHB (still one of my favourites XD). The sapphire lance fighter would have been a problem had I not had Cancel Affinity which I believe I got specifically for the A&C BHB π€ So, he was the least of my worries hahaha
Aaaanyways, I hope you guys enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you guys next time. Bye~(FEH) Lonqu Smashes through a Thief & General of Ostia. Infernal Matthew & Hector: BHB True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-07-05 | Yoo, whats good peoples? So, I know what your thinking....why didn't I upload a clear of the last LHB? Well truth be told, I had managed a support clear but I refused to upload it because I honestly felt that I could true solo it so I stubbornly kept on trying but I just couldn't figure it out. I was able to copy Rhoukas true solo AoE clear but that didn't feel good so I tried to do a clear with all the reinforcements, but I couldn't. So sad times. But anyways, I managed to true solo this one so I'm alot happier XD So, without further ado, lets get into this shall we?
Okay, so to explain this set, So armour smasher was necessary if I wanted to complete this map as fast as possible. None of the other units needed a specific weapon to deal with so armour smasher was the most ideal option.
Now Aether, Steady Breath and Wrath were necessary to be able to do as much damage as possible to units like, Mathew, the blue lancer flier and armour. It was also necessary to get as much Hp as possible because Sol wasnt going to cut it.
Steady Breath, Attack Smoke 3 and Attack Def Sacred Seal were my main forms of increasing my sponging capacity. I initially tried using Distant Counter so I wouldn't have to continuously sponge the ranged units without doing damage to them but two problems arised from that. One was that because Aether was necessary to be able to simultaneously heal and deal alot of damage, I needed a way to be able to charge Aether faster due to the fact I got hit so many times in a short period and I would get overwhelmed. And two was that because I couldn't kill the range units in one or two shots even with DC, I would bring them down below 50% hp which would cause the Blue Armour with WoM to fly toward me and knock me out after the range unit weakened me. So letting the ranged units hit me until I could gaurantee to be able to knock them out in one round was super necessary.
Now, I actually had another version of this that didnt use Armour Smasher and that was using the exact same route of this battle except using Safeguard with a defense refine, renewal and close defense 3 Sacred Seal. So, I basically took a page out of Roltairs book andΒ 17 Masters book and basically it was a stall clear. After knocking out Matthew I would wait 5 turns until I healed fully with renewal so that I could tank the lance armours Luna and slowly chip him down. I didn't post that one just because it was 65 turns and this method was quicker. I just wanted to point out that it IS possible without armour smasher just a lot more tedious.
Aaaanyways, I hope you guys enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll talk to you guys next time. Bye~(FEH) Lonqu breaks the Mad Dogs Fangs. Infernal GHB Linus: Mad Dog True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-06-12 | Yooo, whats good peoples?
So, today we have a new GHB and man was this tricky and Im confused at how I solved this so quickly. Thankfully my high speed stat was actually super helpful even despite all the enemy drives - and to be fair, not needing to put in effort to make sure I don't get doubled is nice for every battle but sometimes I wish I could sacrafice speed for bulk but this time Im fine with it XD. And we also see the return of the Ayra cheer squad hahaha. But anyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around:
Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Slaying Edge+ (+Def) Aether Steady Breath Wrath 3 Attack Smoke 3 Close Defense 3 Sacred Seal
So to explain this set
Basically, due to the majority of physical attackers in this battle I initially tried using Safeguard with defense refine but I found that Aether was proccing at poor times which led unsatisfactory amount of healing. So I switched to the defense refined Slaying Edge making sure that when I doubled my opponents due to Lon'qus speed, I was able to procc Aether every round against the melee units in combination with Steady Breath. Proccing Aether was very necessary for this battle due to the fact that alot of units had higher end defense, especially the blue flier lancer to whom I did zero damage without my special. This level of healing and damage dealing was necessary to make sure I could chip down the enemy units aswell as tank the the magic users as I could only focus on one defensive stat.
Attack Smoke, Steady Breath, Close Defense and Defense refined Slaying edge were very crucial in surviving the mixed onslaught on turn 4 and 5. Those defensive buffs and debuffs were necessary especially after getting debuffed by the dagger unit.
Also, although on turn 4, attacking the blue mage was the best decision because although the dagger unit debuffs are very rude and nice at all, the blue mage did too much damage and had to be taken care of as soon as possible.
And finally, Wraths two major contribution in this battle was adding the +10 damage needed for both Aether proccs against the flier blue lancer to do 28 the first procc and 30 for the second procc to deal 1 extra damage more then his 57 hp. And the second was adding those few extra points in hp per procc which was especially important when I survived the red manaketes attack on 1 hp.
So, this was a tricky GHB to figure out. Dont let how fast I've uploaded it fool you. Im rather proud I figured this out XD
Aaanyways, I hope you enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I see you soon with another clear. Bye~(FEH) Lonqu reenacts for the siblings Death by (Val)Flame. Infernal Seliph&Julia:BHB True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-06-06 | Yoo peoples, whats good?
Okay so first things first I want to give a huge shout out to Roltair and Evenus for the inspiration and help in clearing this BHB. I didn't think Id be able to true solo this but their rather wise council allowed me to figure out the method to solve it. This is my first true solo with just a damage special so Im quite happy with it XD Anyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around:
Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Safeguard+ (+Def) Ignis Steady Breath Renewal 3 Attack Smoke 3 Close Defense 3 Sacred Seal
Okay, so the first thing I wanted to talk aboutΒ was the special that I used because thats the most important aspect of this run and set. Now, initially I tried using a healing special in both Sol and Aether in my many attempts and each attempt I lost because it was a last unit standing battle - the brave lancer with the high defense. With the enemy debuffed and with the above set up, Lon'qu can survive two rounds of bonfire proccs at nearly full hp. However, although the special was Lon'qus only means of doing damage to the brave lancer, it wasnt doing enough damage per procc which allows the lancer to procc three times against Lon'qu thereby KOing me. I was stuck for a while until it was suggested to me by two wise people, that perhaps going the nuke route might be the best option. And fortunately, they were correct. Im so used to believing that Lon'qus low bulk made it impossible to run the a non healing special, that I never even considered running Ignis but in this BHB, it was the only option.
However, for the Ignis strategy to work it was absolutely necessary for two things to happen. One was to make sure that during the two confrontations that Lon'qu had with the brave lancer that he procced Ignis both times, and therefore couldnt afford to have it procced early by another unit. And two, was that I had to have enough hp to survive the second bonfire procc by the time I reached the 1vs1 against the brave lancer.
The first was made possible thanks to the ignis special manipulating the AI and having them line up in a row on turn 4...I think. I actually dont know why they lined up that way. Its also possible that because I lined the three fillers on the top right, it made the green flier move towards the lowest defense unit in the fillers and the brave lancer had no choice but to fill up the empty gap between the healer and the axe flier in its attempt to get close to Lon'qu.
The second was made possible by doing a small little trick that doctors hate.... Its called waiting a turn XD Basically, by waiting a turn before moving into position at the start of the battle, I made it so that Renewal would activate on turn 5 so that when I killed Julia I had enough hp to survive the second bonfire procc against the brave lancer. It allowed Lon'qu to charge and procc Ignis thereby beating the map!
The last thing just to mention is obviously that thanks to Safeguards defense boost, in combination with Steady Breath, Renewal, Attack Smoke and Close Defense Sacred Seal, it allowed me to tank all these units. (Safeguards a fantastic weapon that Lon'qu really needed, I love it XD)
This was a frustrating one BHB because I couldn't figure it out myself but it was so damn nice to be able to true solo this without a healing special. I guess the siblings couldnt handle the heat, although I guess that runs in the family π
Anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed and had a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I see you guys next time. Bye~(FEH) Cecilia bests Ryoma in a battle of Blades. Infernal LHB Ryoma: Supreme Samurai Support Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-05-30 | Yo, whats good peoples?
Now I'll be honest, I honestly dont think its possible for Lon'qu to break through this by himself. Its maybe possible with support but if Im gonna do a support solo, I figured Id use my pride and joy, who I haven't shown in a while, Cecilia :D Although this was supported, this was a showdown between Mage General and Samurai Prince/King. So lets not beat around the blade, lets just get into this shall we?
My Cecilia set this time around:
Cecilia 5*+10 (+Spd -Def) Gronnblade+ Draw Back Fury 3 Desperation 3 Brash Assault 2 Sacred Seal
Okay, so initially when I figured this out with Cecilia, the method I used required Savage Blow 3 and Glacies but its one of those things, and other soloers can attest to this, that you forgot what route you took to achieve the victory because you were just moving everywhere. So I couldn't re-trace my steps and then in the attempt to, I figured out a different route that didn't require a special or C skill XD
The Fury, Brash Assault and Desperation set itself is self explanatory, as Im sure you've seen this set before but what Id like to mention is how necessary the buffs were to be able able to knock out many of the high res, high hp enemies. Cecilia required heavy buffs to knock out: - Ryoma (High Hp) -The dagger unit with windsweep with 38 res and 66 hp (ridiculous) -The other dagger unit with 50 hp and 35 rrs -The troubadour with 41 hp but 45 res -The Sword unit with safeguard and distant defense. I did 8 damage without buffs to his 34 res and 66 hp.
Some other notable mentions are the blue lance who COMPLETELY ignored my stat buffs, so the dancers are required to be able attack multiple times.
So, quick and simple explanation but still took me some time to figure out positioning of units and which order to take them out in so that my filler units wouldn't get attacked. Im happy that I managed to do it with Cecilia but I hope, in atleast one GHB, BHB or even LHB to true solo with her! But for now thats a dream XD
Anyways, I hope you enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I see you guys next time. Bye~(FEH) Lonqu shows Kana who has the biggest RRAWRGH. Infernal GHB Kana: Dragon Spawn True SoloBlaze Of Twilight2018-05-10 | Yo peoples, whats good?
Okay, I'd just like to say before I get into the explanation that I HAD solos for some of the other GHBs recorded but I can't find them, which makes me question whether or not I actually recorded them. Its really strange, I could've sworn I recorded them but I dont know where they are. But yeah, I wanted to show off other true solos that Id done and a support solo but I can't, so sad times for me. Anyways, that aside, lets get into it shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around: Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk-Hp) Wo Dao+ (+Def) Aether Warding Breath Wrath 3 Attack Smoke 3 Close Defense 3 Sacred Seal
So to explain this set,
Fortunately, due to the fact that the entire battle is done on defensive tiles it means Lon'qus paltry defense isnt the biggest detriment. But even with that in mind I still had to worry about the specials on the enemy units so I used a mixed defensive build to cover all my bases. A defensive refine on Wo Dao, Warding Breath and Close Defense for the dragons mainly and also the flier lancer. Attack Smoke was also especially crucial on turn 3. Had I not attacked the red manakete first, I would have died to the combination of the four units attaking Lon'qu especially Kanas Dragon Fang.
In terms of damage output, Wo Dao is a staple of mine because it looks bad ass and its so useful for units like Lon'qu with lower end attack stats. In combination with that-- since we were fighting out on the defensive tiles-- Aether, Wrath were necessary to do any damage to these units. On turn 3 I move to attack the red manakete from below so that it debuffs the enemy units and it forces Kana off the defensive tile onto the horse trenches to attack Lon'qu allowing the Wo Dao, Wrath and Aether combo to do so much more damage and allow me to finish him off sooner.
On turn 4 I attacked the bow user that had the vengeance special, which under normal circumstances I wouldn't do because charging that special is a bad idea but I felt it was necessary because it allowed me to debuff all the enemy units on the map and the four extra damage due to vengance was worth it.
After all the melee units were defeated I felt it was important to take out the biggest threat to Lon'qu and that was the vengeance bow fighter. Fortunately at that point even though he had sword breaker still active, I was able to procc Aether on him without him being able to procc Vengeance on the next turn due to having already used his special previously, so the count down charges were in my favour and I was able to knock him out after taking him out of sword breaker range and doubling him to procc Aether once more before he did any serious damage. After that it was a simple matter of knocking out the green mage and the bow cavalier. And what resulted was an 100% hp clear!
So, I was happy I could figure this one out. Although Id be remiss in mentioning, which Im sure you've all seen, the other fantastic solos done by my brother and sister soloers. They've done the weapon challenges, the absolutely no damage taken, I believe someone might've done no skills besides weapon (probably morph XD) but unfortunately I cant do those ones. Lon'qu actually NEEDS a full kit to survive those hits. But, oh well. Im not here to prove Lon'qu is the best, Im here to show you that your favourite characters can put in the work if you put effort into him XD
Anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed the video and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see to you guys next time~(FEH) Lonqu prays for the Silenced Priest. Infernal Saias: Reward Map GHB support Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-04-26 | Yo, whats good peoples?
Okay, so its been awhile since my last run but I can't remember what my last one was hahaha Anyways, this was a super difficult GHB for me. I spent the entire time trying to clear a true solo but 'twas much too difficult and I couldn't figure out a way in time. So I quickly did a support solo which leaves a little sour taste in my mouth to be honest hahaha but yeah, let's get into this shall we?
Okay, so the main issue that I had, that all the reds had especially, was Saias with fully charged Glacies and the Wary Fighter Lance armour. I needed multiple different skills to handle the different enemy units for a true solo but since I decided to do a support solo, I used this set as a "general purpose" set and allowed buffs to make up for the other skills.
Armour Smasher was of course for that armour π‘ The defense refine, attack smoke and Close Defense Sacred Seal were all to make it easier for Lon'qu to tank all the physical units.
Res wasnt as important in this run because I used buffs to increase my res to tank the green gronblade mage and I used attack buffs and my special to one round Saias. In my true solo attempts, if I didn't use Panic Ploy to debuff the green mage, or use Dull range, then Lon'qu would just die going left from the combination of the green mage and red cavalier.
I used Distant Counter over steady breath simply because letting the green mage get free damage off on me wasnt good in the long run and wouldve just make it easier for the enemy to go around and kite my allies. And due to the buffs, steady breath wasnt as necessary.
Wrath and Aether was actually somewhat necessary to one shot Saias, as was making sure Lon'qu didnt get debuffed by Saias and having an attack buff from Olivia. Wrath was also necessary to allow Lon'qu to slowly charge his Aether while he ran away from the Blue Armour.
To defeat the blue armour however, there were two ways I could have done it. One where I fully buffed Lon'qu and allowed him to tank the hit then next turn finish him off or I could attack with Aether then dance him to then finish it off. I used the former because I really just wanted to see Lon'qu tank the hit XD
This was an extremely difficult GHB for Lon'qu because once more, my boi aint got no bulk XD but he tries hahaha I am rather sad that I couldn't figure out a true solo but I'll settle for this support solo until the next time Saias comes around, hopefully.
So, I hope you guys had a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll talk to you guys in a few days when I upload my BHB run :D(FEH) Lonqu will Ward until his last Breath. Infernal Tiki & Nowi: BHB True Solo (100% hp clear)Blaze Of Twilight2018-04-12 | Hey, peoples. Whats good?
Okay, so its been a bit since my last video. I didn't end up uploading some of them because I forgot and then the GHBs ended so I figured "aww, too late now, people wouldn't be interested to watch it now". So, yeah sorry about that. But anyways, while this attempt is a true solo, I specifically controlled the enemy units to make it possible for Lon'qu to solo it, so arguably this isn't a true solo but I like to think it is. Anyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around:
Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Wo Dao+ (+Res) Warding Breath Wrath 3 Defense Smoke 3 Attack Smoke 3 Sacred Seal
So, first off is to say that my Lon'qu couldn't fight these units all at once in certain orders, so I played around with my filler units to pull away from Lon'qu so that he could deal with them one at a time. The way I Reposition the fliers changes the movement's of the AI throughout the entire battle. UNFORTUNATELY, I cant explain why the units move the way they do. Im not quite sure why placing them in certain spots makes them move the way they do, and explaining all the different ways I placed units on the right side of the map would take waaaay too long, even for me π So just know that each place I put them is for a reason.
Wo Dao with the Res refine, Warding Breath and Attack Smoke were all necessary to increase Lon'qus magic bulk as the dragons and blue mage (WITH SWORD BREAKER OF COURSE, CUZ WHY NOT?)....*ahem* Otherwise, they would beat him down too fast. Aether was also chosen because I needed both healing and to shave through Nowis and Tikis high defense. It also helped one shot the blue mage aswell.
Defense Smoke was necessary to lower the defense of both the Blue Mage and Nowi to both one shot the mage with Aether and to 2RKO Nowi. Both were close calls but it wasn't necessary to use Defense Smoke. I could have substituted it for either Savage Blow 3 or Threaten Defense 3 to make it possible to accomplish the same thing that Defense Smoke could do. Although I will say that using Savage Blow also leads to a 100% hp clear whereas Threaten Defense doesn't.
So, this was definitely a hard BHB for sure. I sacrificed my free V!Ike for Warding Stance π I initially used Steady Breath but I realised I needed the extra res. I also feel a little bad by abusing the filler units so boldly, because had the filler units not been there, I dont think I would have been able to true solo this map, let alone support solo hahaha I actually managed to support solo this map with my Lon'qus Tempest Blade set and 3 dancers. But I reallly wanted to true solo it and this what I accomplished XD
Aaanyways, I hope you enjoyed the video and I hope you have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you guys next time~(FEH) Lonqu the Tempest Blade. Infernal Ninian & Hawkeye BHB Lonqu true solo V2.Blaze Of Twilight2018-03-31 | Yo, whats good peoples?
Sorry this is quite late, not gonna lie, I was feeling lazy :P But yeah, so this is the second version of a True Solo at this BHB with what Im now dubbing as my Lon'qus "Tempest Blade" set XD Its actually quite hard to true solo using the Galeforce set but Im happy I managed to do it and it was only possible thanks to Spring Alfonse's C skill (totally worth the sacrifice TBH). Anyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around:
Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Brave Sword+ (brave sword upgrade when?) Galeforce Swift Sparrow 2 Desperation 3 Defense Smoke 3 Heavy Blade 3 Sacred Seal
So to explain this set,
You all understand the purpose of Brave Sword and Desperation, so I wont touch on that too much. However, the A skill and the Sacred Seal are both important for this strategy to work. When baiting, and getting hit twice, by the danced green mage its absolutely necessary to have Heavy Blade so that I can procc Galeforce after defeating the green mage. This allows Lon'qu to attack and quad the Lance Cavalier straight away. Swift sparrow was necessary because it allowed me to keep what little bulk Lon'qu has so that he could survive one attack from Ninian. Had I not equipped Heavy Blade and procced Galeforce after the green, the blue cavalier would just knock me out and if I used Fury or Life and Death, then I wouldn't have had enough hp to survive Ninians attack.
Now premiering for the first time on my Lon'qu, is the Defense Smoke C skill. Its bloody fantastic and made this run possible. Due to all the enemies unit being so close to each other, made it easy to debuff them. For Lon'qu to knock out many of the units, it was necessary to knock out the units in twos--one enemy that I didn't need the debuff to knock out and the second, after proccing Galeforce, that I needed to be debuffed to knock out. Knocking out the blue cavalier was made possible by debuffing him after knocking out the green mage. Knocking out Ninian in one round was made possible by debuffing her after knocking out the red cavalier (although in this case that was because Lon'qu had been debuffed by the red cavaliers Attack Ploy so attacking him allowed me to reset my attack). And knocking out the red sword was possible by knocking out Hawkeye. Therefore, Defense Smoke was absolutely necessary to be able to knock out these units without buffs.
And the last thing I wanted to touch on was the importance of the filler units. I had 3 dancers but as you saw, they didn't assist Lon'qu by dancing or buffing but they DID influnce the AI. I used these dancers because none of them were Ally supported and they all had wings of mercy which allowed them to run away and not get hit. However, the positioning of them in the beginning of the map is important because it changes how the the red cavalier moves. You see how I positioned the 3 dancers on the bottom, from left to right, as red, green, green? That positioning makes the red cavalier go to attack Lon'qu at the start of turn 4. However, if I position the 3 dancers as green, red, green then the red cavalier goes towards my dancers. I THINK this has to do with the fact that if the green dancer will be the first to get hit, the AI targets the one it does more damage to, and therefore when Olivia is in front then the AI sees that Olivia has got more defense and has a bigger damage output compared to Lon'qu. Im not completely sure though because that just a theory.....A G- *cough*....a theory. Just a theory guys, calm down XD
Aaaanyways, thanks to the long awaited release of Defense Smoke, this will make true soloing using the Tempest Blade set alot more doable. The skill is 10/10 will definitely use again soon :P
So, I hope you guys enjoyed and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll talk to you guys soon, bye~(FEH) Lonqu understands the crap out of the Dragon. Infernal Ninian&Hawkeye: BHB True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-03-27 | Yo, whats good peoples?
This version of the BHB wasnt too difficult and I did complete it the first try without too much thought process, however I did find it fun to watch Lon'qu just not care. Initially, when I first tried doing this BHB when it first released, I had so much trouble doing it with a full team. So it was satisfying to just throw Lon'qu into the middle of it and watch him wreck them XD Anyways, lets get into this shall we?
So, first off, Im pretty sure I rarely, if ever use this set up of a one round proccing Aether. Mainly because I love using Wo Dao, but I decided to use this set because a commenter named Romain pointed out how good this set up was and honestly, its a whole lot of fun. Since my Lon'qu outspeeds nearly everything in the meta (I'm looking at you Arya and Mia....) whenever Lon'qu does his second attack, he'll be proccing Aether which is dope. Although the full set up would have Attack Smoke and Close Defense Sacred Seal, however I completed really easily so I wanted to pull a Morph and use less skills XD So this is the result. No C skill or Sacred Seal and proccing Aether every turn except against the green mage :P And Wrath was just there because its my favourite B skill and because its pretty much always helpful XD
Sorry guys, not too much to say on this one, but I'll have another one up in the next couple of days so look foward to that. I'll have alot more to say on that one. I mean....if you LIKE that from these video descriptions π

Okay, so to start off with, I'll say that this run had barely any thought to it. I looked at the team preview, and I just slapped on some skills to see how it would turn out and I cleared it first try XD But I'll still go through what little throught process I DID use to be able to clear this. Anyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around:
Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Wo Dao+ (+Defense) Sol Distant Counter Wrath 3 Attack Smoke 3 Distant Defense 3 Sacred Seal
So to explain this set
Basically, looking at team preview I saw that there were 3 powerful physical attackers and 3 weaker magical attackers. So I gave Lon'qu Distant Counter and Distant Defense 3 Sacred Seal for the magic and Def refine on Wo Dao+ for the physical attackers. Attack Smoke would be super important for being able to tank every unit as they were all bunched up together.
And Wo Dao, Wrath and Sol were basically to help gain as much hp as possible with a low cool down special while simultaneously doing +20 extra damage. I figured Aether would take too long to charge and with going right in the middle of it, I needed constant healing.
Aaaand there, explanation done XD I stepped foward with Lon'qu to bait out the first unit then attacked the healer to activate attack smoke and proceeded to tank everything XD
Aaaaanyways, I'll hopefully get another video up tomorrow with different attempt at this map. So, I hope you guys enjoyed and I hope you have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you guys soon~(FEH) Lonqu supplants the Liberator. GHB Infernal Zephiel: The Liberator support Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-03-10 | Yo peoples, whats good?
So, we are back again once again, for another Lon'qu support Solo. This was was actually a doozy to figure out how to support solo, let alone true solo, which I know some of you guys are still trying to figure out how to true solo it. Dont think I dont see you π
Anyways, I tried to minimise the amount of buffs that Lon'qu got to beat able to beat this and it ended up not needing TOO many buffs...kinda? XD but I'll talk about that in a bit :P So, lets get into this shall we?
Azura with -Sing -Wings of Mercy 3 -Drive Attack 2 -Ally Support (S Rank)
Okay, so initially I wanted to use Nephenee to buff Lon'qus defenses while Delthea buffed him, but I realised that with the way the enemy moves I cant buff Lon'qu with both of them at the same time, so I went with just going for raw power. Nephenee doesnt end up doing much buff-wise but its possible she influences the AI movement but I dont know exactly how so as I didn't try with a different filler unit.
The first point I realised during my initial attempts to clear this was that I NEEDED to be able to double the armours, otherwise they would eventually overwhelm Lon'qu. So I initially went with breaker skills, but I needed to double more then just one colour, but fortunately I remembered that quick reposte allows me to double through wary fighter as long as I outspeed which was easy. So quick reposte was necessary to be able to double all the armours when I was attacked.
Second, I needed the buff from Dark Aura(+6), Drive Attack 2 (+3) and ally support (+1) for a total of +10 attack to be able to one round KO Zephiel. The Dark Aura buff and the Threaten Defense 3 debuff was also necessary to be able to one shot the Brave Axe Armour with Aether AND be back at full hp to take on the other green armour aswell. Here, with Aether, quick reposte and a Dark Aura buff I was able to EXACTLY do 78 damage to the Svalin Shield green armour which brought me back up to full hp and here is where thats super important. Im able to survive the brave lance blow and double him to weaken him to the necessary point that I can knock him out the next turn. Then finally, to knock out the last blue mage, it was necessary for him to be debuffed and for Lon'qu to be buffed by Azuras Drive Attack to be able to barely knock him out.
Thirdly, Steady Breath, Close Defense 3 Sacred Seal and Aether were all necessary for Lon'qu to survive every encounter with as much hp as possible (preferably full so that QP is active :P) Without Steady Breath, Close Defense 3 and the fact that against the brave lance unit he wasnt boosted by his Bond Skill, which allowed me to not only survive but gain enough hp to survive the blue mages attack by 2 hp. It was pretty clutch XD
So, this was a fun GHB but I, once again, think maybe THIS one is impossible to true solo, but Ive been proven wrong again and again XD I'll be watching the other soloers to see if anyone manages to true solo this map, so best of strategising to you all!
Aaaanyways, I hope you guys enjoyed this video and I hope you have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'l see you guys next time~(FEH) Lonqus burns the Emperor of Flame. Infernal GHB Arvis Emperor of Flame Support Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-03-04 | Yo, peoples whats good?
Okay, so Im not sure how many people manage to read through my long explanations every video, but if you do, you'll be disappointed :P There won't be much to explain in this 1 turn clear XD
So lets get into it shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around
Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Brave Sword + Galeforce Life and Death 3 Drag Back Attack +3 Sacred Seal
Supported by
Olivia with: Dance Hone Attack 3
Azura with: Sing
PA!Azura with: Sing
So basically, this was basically a back and forth blitz with Brave Sword, Drag Back, Galeforce and being sung/danced. Besides being danced it was necessary for Lon'qu to run Life and Death, +Attack Sacred Seal and get a Hone Attack buff to be able to ORKO the blue Cavalier. Other then that theres not much else to explain.
See? I told you it wouldn't take much to explain XD
Funnily enough though-- this is my first 1 turn clear but maybe Im just sad that everyone could else could figure it out and do it so easily as well. So Im happy but slightly bitter hahaha but what can you do?
Aaanyways, I hope you guys did enjoy the simple video, because I AM still happy my Lon'qu could wreck Arvis XD
I hope you guys have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you guys next time~(FEH) Lonqu shreds apart the Vessels like a Gale. Infernal GHB Takumi: Empty Vessel support Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-02-26 | Yoo, whats good peoples? Im back again so soon with another Lon'qu support solo. Im really happy about this because its my first solo that I could use this set XD Anyways, I dont have much else to add so lets just jump into it shall we?
My Lon'qu set this time around:
Lon'qu 5*+10 (+Atk -Hp) Brave Sword+ (yay) Swap Galeforce (yay) Life and Death 3 Desperation 3 Threaten Defense 3 Heavy Blade 3 Sacred Seal
Supported by:
PA! Azura: UrΓ΅r Sing Wings of Mercy 3 Drive Attack 2
Azura: Sing Wings of Mercy 3 Drive Attack 2 Spur Attack 1 Sacred Seal Ally Support S rank
Olivia: Dance Wings of Mercy 3 Hone Attack 3
So, I was sooo happy when I realised that I couldn't use my wo dao or slaying edge set. I couldn't play defensively with all these reinforcements, so I had to blitz through them. So Brave Sword and Galeforce was the way to go. I used Life and Death to be able to maximize my damage output and speed so Id be even able to quad every unit on the map after an Axura buff at 48 speed. Quadding everyone meant that every confrontation would end with a KO and meant one less for Lon'qu to deal with.
Pairing up Heavy Blade, Life and Death and Galeforce allowed me to procc Galeforce in one turn by myself without always needing to dance. Heavy Blade was particularly needed against the red Flier with Guard. Being able to procc Galeforce against him allowed me to leave a trail of carnage down the right side of the map and kill both Takumis by the end of the turn. It also set me up for using desperation later on.
Desperation and Threaten Defense were only necessary against the blue lancer to be able to quad him and one round KO him.
Swap was necessary for Lon'qu to get into position in turn 3 aswell as move the dancers out of range from the blue cavalier.
Olivia's placement was really helpful in trapping the blue mage from attacking anyone.
And of course, having dancers with Drive attacks, Hone attacks, and speed boots from UrΓ΅r allowed Lon'qu the power to quad finish some and double finish others. In particular I needed a Threaten Defense debuff and a +4 attack buff from Olivia to finish the Lance Cavalier. Also, because the sword unit had Sword Breaker I was forced to two shot him with just the brave swords double strike. To do this I needed a +3 buff from UrΓ΅r, two Drive Attacks from Axura and Azura, an Ally support buff from Azura and a spur attack 1 sacred seal on Azura. Hence a total of 13 buffs to attack.
This GHB was super fun. Difficult as alllll kinds of hell, but fun. Im so impressed by my Lon'qus speed with a Brave Sword tbh XD and this is my first solo attempt with this set. Normally Im not able to use this set but Im soo happy I could this time! Even if it wasn't a true solo π
Anyways, I had alot of fun and I hope you enjoyed too. Btw Im sorry about how sporadic these uploads are. I just record and upload when I feel like it, you know?
But aaanyways, I hope you guys have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you peoples next time~(FEH) Takumi underestimates an Etrurian General. Infernal GHB Takumi: Empty Vessel support Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-02-25 | Yo, peoples, whats good?
Okay, so I know what your thinking. Wheres the Lon'qu solo? Well I dont have one yet. After just barely completing this GHB, which was bloody hard btw, with a full team of horses and azura, I noticed that Cecilia managed to pick off 10 of the 13 enemies. So I wanted to see if I could make Cecilia best ALL the enemies, albeit not a true solo but a solo nonetheless. So this video was born. Cecilia I fell in love with because of Heroes and she and Lon'qu are the only two 5*+10 units that I have and Cecilia has beem on my team since day one of the games release. So Im actually proud to show this off, because it wasn't easy XD
Anyways, lets get into this shall we?
My Cecilia set:
Cecilia 5*+10 (+Speed -Def) Gronnblade+ Iceberg Life and Death 3 Desperation 3 Threaten Res 3 Brash Assault 1 Sacred Seal
And her supporting cast:
PA!Azura set: UrΓ΅r Sing Wings of Mercy 3 Drive Attack 3
Azura set: Sing Wings of Mercy Drive Attack 3
Olivia set: Sing Wings of Mercy Hone Attack 3 Hone Speed 3 Sacred Seal
So first things first, the buffs from all the dancers were necessary for Cecilias damage output multiple times. There were times where I had to position Olivia next to Cecilia after all the turns because it was necessary for her to be buffed from the start and not after getting buffed from PA!Azura. Specifically at the end of turn 2-- I need this buff to be able to two shot the Cleric. There were also times were the double drive attacks were also necessary to be able to two shot the red fliers. Positioning and choosing who to kill first, where to position the dancers to influence the way the enemies moved and where Cecilia was at the end of the turn was super important in this run so it took me alot tries to figure it out.
The second most important part of this set is the infamous combo of Desperation and Brash Assault. This allowed me to double and destroy all the units once I was at low hp with gronnblade powering Cecilia up, despite not being buffed or even when she was debuffed by the healers. Life and Death allowed me to maximize my speed and power for when I wasnt in the combo range and to also make it easier to get onto that range as I only had Brash Assault 1. Although, the Takumis made it alot easier to get into range. Once I was in that range, Takumi didn't stand a chance.
Iceberg was only super necessary on killing that green mage and the dagger unit. I couldn't double him the green mage so without one shotting him he would have just killed Cecilia with Vantage. And Iceberg added just enough damage to kill the dagger unit.
And threaten resistance wasnt useful at all tho. I just left it equipped.
Honestly, I dont think its possible to be able to true solo this GHB. Although I've said that alot before Im sure this time XD There were too many units appearing all around you and you cant kill them fast enough without support from dancers because horse emblem wasnt good enough to support solo. So, Im not sure what Im gonna do with Lon'qu but at least I could do this with my Cecilia :D
Aaaanyways, I hope you enjoyed this First ever Cecilia showcase. I hope you peoples have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you next time~(FEH) Lonqu holds no grudge towards the sheltered Prince. Infernal Corrin & Azura BHB True Solo.Blaze Of Twilight2018-02-16 | Yo, whats good peoples?
Bloody hell, I figured that this BHB would be challenging but this was ridiculous. Specifically that Corrin, Azura and that Blue mage. They were a huge nuisance. However! Lon'qu managed to prevail once more and Im proud to show it off XD So, lets get into this shall we?
So, first thing Id like to start off with is that this run relied heavily on AI manipulation. Without separating the units, Lon'qu wouldn't have survived fighting them all at once.
So, the reason why I used a blue unit on the bottom right with Lon'qu was because it influenced the positioning of Azura during turn 2 when she dances the green flier. When I initially used a red unit Azura was two spaces above where she was in this version. With a blue filler below Lon'qu Azura puts herself in range of my Lon'qu.
This was probably the first time I actually NEEDED to use my +Speed version of Wo Dao. I needed both Cancel Affinity and the plus speed refine to be able to outspeed Azura and also two shot her.
I ended up using Steady Breath over Distant counter mainly because when I counter attacked the blue mage and archer, I would charge up their specials faster which would end up killing me in my multiple attempts. It would also let me charge Aether faster with little reprocutions and was actually crucial later on in the battle.
Steady Breath, Attack Smoke and Distant Defense Sacred Seal were crucial in getting me to full hp for needing to not only tank Corrin but to tank the archer. Whenever I used DC I would charge up the bow users reprisal by bringing him to low hp but by not damaging him I negated his special all together and with distant defense weakening the range damage and the attack smoke weakening Corrin, it allowed me to survive on 5 hp and KO both of them in return with Aether.
As for the other two filler units, it was necessary to have a two fliers one green to bait Corrin away from Lon'qu and another to Reposition that green out of the way. The fact that flying Azura exists made this possible. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to move them out of harms way without dance. Having them split up meant my Lon'qu could deal with them in groups rather then trying to tank every single one them.
This was a super challenging BHB. Not just from a Solo standpoint but quite difficult from a regular team standpoint. This is probably just as challenging to figure out as the Xander GHB and Im quite proud to have been able to true solo both XD
Aaaanyways, I hope you enjoy and have a fantastic day/week/month of your life and I'll see you next time~
