She’s a fairly new OC so I’m still tweaking her backstory, but she is basically the sister of Wolverine... in a really weird way. She was a normal lynx kitten, mutated when the same scientists who have Wolverine his skeleton injected her with a sample of his DNA. She was evolved by this over the course of 6 years, and became the humanoid cat she now is. She has many of the same features as Wolverine (sheath-able claws, animalistic senses, a bad case of amnesia, and a dialed down version of his healing factor) but lacks an adimantium enforced skeleton. (I know I probably spelled that wrong) She escaped the lab (they have really bad security) and ended up at Xavier’s school. She eventually sort of joined the X-Men, but it is more of an unofficial position, and she prefers to work alone. When she found out her relation to Logan and her true origins as an artificial mutant, she left the school for a few years. She eventually came back, but never truly rejoined the team. Her relationship with Logan is rocky at best. They don’t really act like siblings and are uncomfortable saying that they are related (saying they are brother and sister is just wrong) but in the end, either would die for the other. That was probably way more info than you wanted XD

Evelyn Evelyn | OC Animatic CNWolf 2023-01-26 | Shout out to @ghostbite y’all. She put out an INCREDIBLE animatic with this song a few days ago, I was inspired, and… well, here we are! Seriously, PLEASE check out that animatic!! It’s so cool!!This animatic takes place very early on in my storyline, Fallen Renegades. Here we see one of the main characters, Eight (the slightly shorter cat with paw markings and a scar on his right shoulder) and his brother, Rio (the slightly taller one with a scar on the left shoulder). Eight and Rio were both given the same genetic treatment when they were kittens and were kept at a place called Boarco Labs, where they were monitored for any change. There was no obvious effect for the first several months after their treatment, but Eight was excited about the idea of something eventually happening. Rio, on the other hand, was wary of the experiments and feared the change that they could bring. He didn’t want to play in the games that the scientists of Boarco were putting them through… but, as Eight began to become more interested in the world outside their sheltered lab, Rio wasn’t interested in that either. He didn’t understand why Eight would want to run away from the small bit of stability that they had… which, of course, did not stay stable for much longer. Rio and Eight’s storyline has been in development on the sidelines for months now. It’s highly influential to a big project that is coming up, so I’m super excited to finally start introducing Rio into the story a bit more!! Dang, I can’t believe that I really haven’t made anything with him yet, that’s nuts. Bigger! Better! Stronger! | Animation Meme CNWolf 2022-12-19 | I put up a poll a little while ago asking what animation meme I should work on and this one (which I had been thinking about on impulse at work) won! And look at that, I ACTUALLY FINISHED IT! WOW!There’s nothing super storyline-based here, it just focuses on the three main characters from my story “Fallen Renegades” and their powers!- Eight, the golden/brown cat, has the ability to manipulate a form of bright yellow fire. At the beginning of the story these powers are uncontrollable but, as he grows and matures, he begins to work with his abilities instead of against them.- Opal, the small bright blue quarileon, has the ability to manipulate her blood and form exoskeletal features with it. This is an ability that all quarileons possess, but it wasn’t until Opal came to Earth that she figured out how to use these abilities to form wings that gave her the ability to glide.- Safia, the purple crisalli, is one of the most powerful crisalli to ever come from her dimension, Mid-Way. She has mastered multiple forms of magic but, when she was banished to Earth, she thought that she would lose these abilities. Instead she found a way to keep her magic on Earth, and she was now strong enough to jump through dimensions at will.So in general as the story goes on, all of these characters find their abilities getting “bigger”, “better”, and “stronger”! Hence the reason I decided to make this simple little meme. Trust Me Not (hero and villain duet) | DTA Entry Animatic CNWolf 2022-12-07 | DTA: youtube.com/watch?v=H2xoz5hzfvAAnother DTA entry for my friend Emmikoo, this time it’s the animatic! This shows the character that I am entering for, Siarl, and his mental battle with his second personality/the mind of his future self, Century. This scene would take place after some excursion where Century took over the body to go do Villain Things, and then Siarl is left to flee the aftermath. He stumbles back into his home and rips off the mask that Century designed, ignoring Century’s insistence that these crimes will help them make a better future for themselves. Siarl is no hero, but he doesn’t want to do this; not Century’s way, a way that hurts everyone involved for their own selfish gain.This animatic was SO fun to make! At first I wasn’t sure how well I would be able to execute the whole “switching personalities in the middle of a song” thing, but I really love how it turned out!! I think this is a really good way to show how I picture this character; torn, shattered, pulled in two different directions as he tries to keep himself together. I’m so glad that I did because honestly I was about to start an animatic with it otherwise and there is a much lower chance that I would have gotten that done! 😆These parts follow Vixquen and Syma, the two sisters that rule over the pocket dimension Mid-Way. The beginning of the part shows Syma (the one with yellow eyes) confronting Vixquen (the one with blue eyes) about the fact that she seems to be trying to consolidate power for herself. For a brief moment Vixquen— who has been becoming increasingly attached to her role as queen and more and more aware of the fact that others could try and take the power from her— looks down in guilt and doubt. Then she steels herself and turns to her sister, the biggest threat to her power. Syma realizes the shift in Vixquen and tries to remind her that she helped her build everything that they have, but Vixquen has made up her mind. She digs her claws into Syma’s gem— one of the most vital parts of a crisalli— and the animation flashes back to when they were kids (crisalli are not born in the same way that earth creatures are, so when their families are founded by innate bonds that tell them what role another crisalli will play in their life. Vixquen and Syma knew they would be sisters the moment they met, and they never formed bonds with any other crisalli). It shows when Syma first mentioned the idea of taking the crown to Vixquen, and then it flashes back forward to the present, where Vixquen stands with Syma’s blood on her face. The two sisters were close, extremely close, and both believed that taking the crown would be the best thing for their dimension. Vixquen’s paranoia is what killed Syma, and it is what continues to haunt her in her spiral as she begins to kill more and more in an attempt to cover her ever growing guilt. THAT’S RIGHT, SYMA’S NOT AS INNOCENT AS WE ALL THOUGHT!! THIS WHOLE THING WAS HER IDEA!! Messages from the Stars | Animation Meme CNWolf 2022-05-23 | Original Meme: Y’all know how I put up a poll literally yesterday asking what animation meme I should work on? Well I may have started and finished a completely different one in one night so… task failed successfully?Ehh, this isn’t my favorite meme I’ve ever done, but again, for one night it’s not bad! The meme just felt too perfect to pass up, and I’ve been itching to draw some Eight and Safia!This simple meme shows Eight as he waits for Safia during one of her excursions to her home dimension, Mid-Way, in order to recharge her natural energy. Crisalli do not have to eat or drink; rather, they survive off of the particular energy available in Mid-Way. Because of this Safia has to return to her dimension once a month to recharge, despite the fact that she is actively hunted there for her falsely accused crimes. [OCs] Ho Hey | Positive Anything MAP Part 6 [for Blizzypawz] CNWolf 2022-05-09 | MAP Call: youtu.be/StWZ1FxIl8oI took a part in this MAP a few weeks ago, but I was looking at it again and realized there were only two parts left to be finished and one of them was open so of course I HAD to take it… it was one AM at the timeThis MAP focuses around Eight and his adopted mother, Okami! The first part is when they are both younger, and then we see Eight This isn’t my favorite part I’ve ever made from an art or editing standpoint but honestly… I almost cried drawing this. A couple times. I’ve had some future things planned out for my OCs’ stories for a while now, and Okami’s aging is one of those background details that I’ve been thinking about… but actually drawing her like that? Older, happier, finally accepting and feeling comfortable in her surroundings? A grumpy old grandma? Okami is one of my oldest characters; she has existed since before I even created this YouTube channel, and has grown along with me in many of my different creative pursuits. Having her finally settled into a story, a side character watching the protagonists from afar, finally finding herself in someone else… I don’t know, it’s given me a lot of emotions. I love her and Eight, and drawing him as an adult with her as she gets older… it felt almost surreal. Happy stuff here!!Basically the gist of this video is that Eight and Safia both have the capability to hurt each other. Eight's powers are uncontrollable, and more often than not when his abilities flare up they burn those around him, while Safia's past and the history she has back in her home dimension continually cast a shadow of danger over her present. However, despite all of this, they both refuse to let it separate them or to let each other succumb to their struggles.
