Using calming colours to document a healthy mind & body goal Melinda Sweetman 2024-03-09 | Hello friends and welcome to the Strong AF TRD team instagram hop where we all let ChatGPT come up with prompts to inspire our pages using the brand new (and 25% off all weekend!) Strong AF collection from Traci Reed Designs!💛💖💙My prompt was: "Healthy Mind, Healthy Body - Use calming colors and imagery to represent the connection between mental and physical health. Include journaling about how exercise helps reduce stress, improve mood, and boost overall well-being.” I have major surgery coming up next month on my jaw and the nerves are certainly starting to kick in! This prompt spoke to me immediately because I want to go into this surgery with a healthy mind AND body. One is so so important to the other. I’ve chosen the blues (mostly) to work with and a done a fairly monochromatic layout talking about how I want to approach the lead to up to my surgery to come out the other end stronger, both mentally and physically.
