yeah so when i played through these scenes in chapter 5, i could only imagine how many diverging paths there could be in the dialogue, so i tried searching for a video of all of them, but i couldn't find one. so i spent multiple hours going through each one and making a video on it. there's SO much dialogue in these scenes, i even had to make a whole-ahh flowchart to keep track of the ones in the left end.

(technically there's a few dialogue options elsewhere in castle, but they aren't nearly as divergent as the ones shown here, although i might make a video on them)

honestly i didn't realize there was different dialogue at the left end on the 'aborted' weird route until i just uploaded the video. there should be a video around though going over that though

for clarification, this is every instance that is specifically READABLE INGAME and written as normal text in the code, while also being in text/dialogue that can (or was planned to - which means including unused lines) appear in a playthrough.

(btw due to some file issues, unfortunetely there's a few cuts made in the video post-upload)

also i made a mistake for top text at around 8:51; it should be:

"(Watch NOT equipped; Visited Noelle at Hospital Ch.2)"
and then
"(Watch NOT equipped; Didn't Visit Noelle at Hospital Ch.2)"

For anyone reading, if you guys think that thumbnails for shorts are always automatically generated, as a content creator, I can literally choose what frame the thumbnail is for this short. So that's another thing to consider when you see a "suspicious" thumbnail on a short.

UnderNoob 2026-06-25 | This is my first, full, unedited playthrough of chapter 5, including both pacifist and weird route. Shadow Crystal and Egg were obtained. I say "100%*" because technically I didn't find like 5 P$, forgot to do the dojo fight, + other undiscovered content, but it's basically 100%.

I went through the whole playthrough without any spoilers or help (other than deltarune official leaks like the trailer and toby fox tweets) [also yes, i found friend by myself]
