Here is a delicious and super quick recipe for you! Delicious buffalo cauliflower bites that can replace regular buffalo chicken wings These are perfect as an appetizer or for game day (just in time for Superbowl Sunday).

INGREDIENTS:
Cauliflower
Buffalo Sauce
GF Flour (Chickpea, All Purpose, Quinoa, Buckwheat)
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Paprika
Unsweetened Plant based Milk
Water

RECIPE:
Preheat Oven: 350F | 175C
Make Batter
Dip Florets into batter and cover with Tortilla Chips
Bake for 15-20 min
Take out & brush with hotsauce
Bake again for another 15-20 min
Serve & Enjoy!

This video is not meant to be controversial in any way, like I mention, this isn't meant to deter anyone from going vegan but rather provide alternatives that may work for those who can't go vegan! Recently I've seen a lot of gatekeeping of activists on instagram. If you follow somehow who only believes there is only one way to be sustainable/fight for climate justice.... then you may want to ask yourself if that messaging is harmful or helpful?

I always felt certain messaging from people who are vegan can be ... intense and somewhat shame-based. I'm not down with that! But in general there are a lot of environmentalist/activists that promote "the best way" to live sustainably or for the planet, and I call BS 🙅🏽‍♀️.

I strongly believe that we need to open up the dialogue around these types of problem and strive to make this space welcoming and inclusive. SO w/o further a due.. here are 50 ways to be sustainable without going vegan. These ways range from beginners to those who have been sustainable for years! Keep that in mind ❤️💚

I finally tried to make my own hair gel! I don't see a ton of curly hair routines in the low waste community - at least for this mamacita that has thick and full curls. I'm not going to lie to you, it's a bit messy BUT I've made it a few times now and I think it's a fantastic zero waste swap! Not to mention that I could make like 100 jars of gel just from buying a £4 of flax seed gels. That's frugal AF yo!

Immigration Update | Being An Immigrant During COVID19 | Immigration Story Time | UK Visa Struggle

Andrea Katerina 2020-05-27 | When I uploaded my immigration story I had full intentions to continue talking about it openly. But this was something that I had suppressed inside my soul for literally 18 years... so I'm still getting used to navigating in this space.

Anyway, here is a quick update on what I've been dealing with right before Covid-19 and now that we're a few months into lockdown! I hope it all makes sense, there's SO many moving parts that it's hard to try and explain clearly with others who don't know the full low-down. Ya feel?

Like I mentioned in the video, this is not meant to come off like I'm complaining or trying to be insensitive of how COVID has affected others, I'm just here to tell my story :)

Disclaimer: I know there is a way to mathematically do this depending on what type of pot you want to hang. But around these parts, we'd rather just figure it out along the way. As usual, your girl has no idea what she's doing.
