Let's just say I was out of pretty much all my favorite products, so I replenished those and threw some new products in my bag as well! Picking up our French Bulldog Puppy MissKassandraBrooks 2018-01-05 | Join us as we meet our cute little French Bulldog puppy for the first time at his first original home in San Diego with SD Bullies. Our tiny French Bulldog puppy was 8 weeks old and so cuddly and cute! We named our Frenchie puppy 'Lincoln the Lilac Frenchie' because his dad's name is Mr. President and the color of Lincoln's coat, while often mistaken for blue french bulldogs, is actually a rare light grey color referred to as Lilac. Hence, Lincoln the Lilac Frenchie.We chose to get Lincoln from SD Bullies for many reasons but mainly because our two previous French Bulldogs were from them and they were both amazing pets with great health and temperament. It has been pretty cool to see SD Bullies grow and gain such notoriety since the first French Bulldog we got from them approximately 13 years ago. Sd Bullies is a family owned and operated business with celebrity clients such as Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, Usher, Professional Athletes and top models. Some of their dogs even had a photoshoot with Kate Upton for Harper's Bazaar. I know getting a dog from a breeder can be viewed a bit negatively by some but it was the right choice for our family. Our 1 year old son is already bonding so well with our tiny Frenchie puppy and the puppy is so mellow and tolerant. We are madly in love with him! My Birth Story: First Time Mom | Labor & Delivery with Epidural MissKassandraBrooks 2017-04-08 | Under my doctor's recommendations I self-induced at home with castor oil. I don't think I would choose that route again but here is what happened after I drank castor oil. Please keep in mind that castor oil can have serious side-effects and you should always consult with your doctor or midwife before self-inducing.My contractions began about 4-5 hours after I drank 2 tablespoons of castor oil. When I arrived at the labor and delivery wing of the hospital I was 3cm dilated and 70% effaced. My contractions were 2-5 minutes apart and the hospital admitted me.

Safari: 4 countries in 4 minutes MissKassandraBrooks 2015-06-11 | Safari in United Arab Emirates & Africa. We had the time of our lives traveling to these gorgeous destinations and wanted to share our adventures in Dubai, Botswana, South Africa & Zimbabwe with you! We have traveled a fair amount and this Safari was the most incredible without a doubt!I was injured on the first day of our trip in Dubai but after 5 hours in the hospital and a clear CT Scan I was approved to continue out trip. I nursed my injuries for 3 days in Cape Town, South Africa at the Atlanticview Boutique Hotel in Camps Bay. From here we flew to our first safari camp in the Okavango Delta,Botswana. We spent 2 nights at Jao camp where we spent time on the Delta in a traditional mokoro canoe and had game drives twice daily. From here we went to one of the most marvelous safari camps in Africa- Mombo Camp. The accommodations and wildlife viewing was outstanding! We saw everything from monkeys to elephants, lions and leopards! Our luck continued at our next camp, Selinda. Here we saw not one but THREE different packs of wild dogs and even witnessed them feeding on a kill. Ngoma Safari Lodge was our next stop and located on the outskirts of the Chobe National Park, just minutes away from the Chobe River. We had a adventurous day on the river with the Nile Crocodiles, Chobe elephants, hippos and water buffalo. After 3 days and 2 nights we drove to the Botswana/Zimbabwe border and made our way to The Elephant Camp. Here we had the pleasure of walking with Sylvester the cheetah and enjoyed an elephant back safari, a helicopter ride over the unbelievable Victoria Falls and spent 2 days on the Zambezi River (White water rafting and canoeing). The final safari camp that we went to was Chitwa Chitwa in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve in South Africa. We saw leopards in every single game drive and even got to spend some time with rhinos, elephants and lion cubs. From here we went back to Cape Town so that we could see the adorable penguin colony of Boulders Bay Beach and cage dive with Great White Sharks in Gansbaai, South Africa.All in all, this was the trip of a lifetime! This safari far exceeded all of our exceptions and left us understanding why most people don't stop at just one safari trip in Africa. We are forever changed by these adventures and the wanderlust is far more powerful now then before this trip.

Bucket List: Skydiving with my mom MissKassandraBrooks 2013-10-16 | I was shocked when my mom told me that she wanted to skydive for her birthday. Skydivng was something that I reluctantly put on my bucket list years ago... and I've been making excuses not to do it ever since. Slowly but surely I've been crossing things off my list and it was about time I faced my fears and jumped out of a plane. Rainy Season in Maldives MissKassandraBrooks 2012-11-09 | We went to Maldives for our Honeymoon in August. We knew there was a chance that the weather could be bad but we had our hearts set on going and decided to take the chance! August is considered to be at the height of the South-West Monsoon Season. However, there are still 7 hours of sunshine most days. We experienced short and scattered rainfall a few days. The rain in the video was by far the heaviest and longest rainfall we experienced on our 12 day vacation. Overall, we felt that the weather was amazing. We were told that the sea tends to be slightly rougher and the visibility for diving is not quite as good as it is during the dry season. We did not notice violent seas but some days the visibility was on the poor side. This may be why we enjoyed our snorkeling experiences much more than the dives we did. The visibility snorkeling was incredible and the coral and sea life was so abundant. The house reef at Dusit Thani in the Baa Atoll is spectacular! We also went on several Lucky Manta Snorkel Trips with the wonderful people at the Sea Splash Dive Center at the Dusit Thani. We saw and swam with gorgeous Manta Rays on each excursion. I highly recommend Maldives to any traveler! One word of advice... Stay away from The Hilton Iru Fushi property. We had a horrible experience and had we not moved resorts we would have had a very boring and lack luster honeymoon. If you can, stay at Dusit Thani!
