In fact, it is said that Ravel wanted to orchestrate it, but the rights were given to Enrique Fernández Arbós, so Ravel took Mussorgsky's Pictures. Anyway, there are more versions which appeared later.
But this is not "any" orchestration. Francisco Guerrero (not to be mistaken by the homonymous polifonist) born in Jaen in 1951 and died in 1997. He was one of the leading composers after the Spanish 51 year generation.
