So you now have two parallel north-south lines, one longer than the other; break the rails at the ends of the longer one and they'll be the same length.The keys are that only rails that aren't already connected at both ends (in other words, rails at the end of a line) will change orientation when placing new rails beside them, and that rails only change orientations when being placed or moved by pistons--they don't care if rails beside them break. I've been having a lot of trouble with my microphone recently and this was the best I could do at the moment.A big thank you goes to F1SHST1CK5(the guy who requested for me to make this thing) for telling me about Loilo Game Recorder. I used it for the first time for this video, and if you've seen any of my older videos, you should be able to tell that this video is MUCH higher quality.Note: The first point on your race track HAS to be on the finish line if you want to be able to detect when someone wins. I also recommend that you use the "hard" way of detecting players when they cross the finish line for the last time, which I didn't show in this video. It's more accurate, and for that one point, it's probably better. Requested Redstone: Redstoneless Lava Diamond Mining Trap Kalonzee 2015-02-12 | THIS VIDEO IS VERY BAD QUALITY!Just a quick video I put together in about 30 minutes for a request on my Redstone Creations Minecraft Forums page. It shows how to make a trap with diamonds that, when mined, will cause the player to be dropped into a pit of lava. No redstone required! Sorry it turned out a bit(who am I kidding, it's a lot more than just a bit) laggy. Next time I'll turn my video settings down. Note that I did not come up with this idea, it has existed for quite a while. Also note that it is based on a bug and could be fixed at any time, so I can't guarantee it will always work.
