It's worth noting you can also choose put the xp on magic instead of runecrafting and get very cheap magic xp for up to 200k xp/h at level 99, or more if you decide to alch at the same time. The downside (or maybe an upside for some people) is that you don't get much hitpoints xp.
There is also another good spot with imps near sand crabs on Zeah, but it's more complicated to use because the imps spawn close together and are more likely to get your traps in a locked state.

Things I forgot in the video:
- 1:19 If you are an ironman without super combat potions, bring a super attack and super strength potion and replace 1 brew or 1 restore.
- 2:04 Some other crush weapons can also stun the crabs, like elder maul and abyssal bludgeon, so a regular hammer may not be needed

FAQ:
Q: Why is arcane spirit shield used in most of the clips but not recommended in the setups?
A: It's a good item, but not much better than ahrims, so spending money on something like Necklace of Anguish and Amulet of Torture is more beneficial.
Special thanks to Meric for lending me his twisted bow

Notable updates since the video was made:
- Vanguards now reset when the difference between their hp is greater than 1/3, which is 50 hp if you're max combat. They are now less frustrating than before.
- Vespula now drops some potions.
- There is a second rotation for the combat rooms (32:30).
Skeletons - Vanguards - Vasa - Shamans - Vespula - Guardians - Muttadiles - Tekton - (Repeat) http://i.imgur.com/opy7HQD.png
It is still possible to get the one mentioned in the video.
- Void ranged has been nerfed to do ~8% less damage. Non-void options such as armadyl or d'hide are competitive now.
- A tinderbox can be found in the ice demon room which means you don't need to bring one with you any more.

The reason we used normal prayers is because the Amulet of Zealots only works with the single stat boosting prayers on the normal prayer book, and they give a bigger boost than using Torment.

I think a lot of people will underestimate the difficulty of this (at least Tertius and Quintus). Killing them with full gear, food soul split etc is not that hard, but killing it without any type of protection and no healing is different. Most of the bosses have an attack where they shoot an unavoidable magic ball against you, hitting a small amount of damage (about 400 usually). Primus and Quintus seems to use this attack after every cycle of 2 lightings. So if I'd be too passive or stand too far away and don't do enough damage I'd be very likely to die from these magic balls before I manage to kill the boss.
As you see in the video, I take no damage from the purple lines or lightings at Quintus, but still end up with about 300 hp when the boss dies. The magic balls do add up quickly. :P I don't expect anyone else to try this though as the keys are quite expensive, so most people will probably never know if this is difficult or not.
Attempts it took to kill the bosses:
Primus - 1
Secundus - 1
Tertius - about 25
Quartus - 3
Quintus - about 20
Sextus - 1 (although I wanted a nicer kill so I did another 2 kills)
If you didn't know, the spots where the lightings will land are fully predictable. Every 2 lighting attacks is called a lighting cycle. The first attack in the cycle will target your current location when the boss throws it in the air. The second lighting will target your current destination (or location if you don't have a destination) when the boss throws the second lighting in the air. So if you click very far away just before it shoots the 2nd ligthing, you can make it land very far away. You can try playing around with it if you're killing the bosses, it's quite fun to place it on the other side of the room. :)

FAQ:
"How do you run through the fire walls without taking damage?"
- The fire wall is 2 squares thick and moves at a speed of 1 square per game tick. A player can run 2 squares per game tick. Since the game only checks once per gametick if the player is standing in the fire, it's possible to run 2 squares forward while the fire moves 1 step to the opposite direction, which means the player moved 3 squares past the fire wall in 1 game tick, which is enough to pass a 2-square thick firewall.

I'll be using that channel from now on, so if you still want to be subscribed to me, then subscribe to my new channel. The reason to why I made a new channel is mainly because I'm thinking about getting partnership. But another thing is that this channel currently have 2 out of 3 copyright strikes, and if I get a 3rd one then this channel will be taken down (along with all my videos), which would mean that you wouldn't be able to watch my old videos any more. So I'd most likely have to make a new channel even if I wasn't going to get partnership. I also think partnership is good because it motivates me to make more videos at the cost of having to watch a small advert at the beginning (which you can usually skip anyway).

Time spent in corp room: 25-26 min
Soloing 3,5 corp beasts in 1 trip by only using soul split as my healing method (with the vampyrism aura activated). There are other healing methods like enhanced excalibur with recover specials, phoenix necklaces etc, but I decided to not use them even though they're not actually food. It wouldn't have been a challenge otherwise.
Basically a remake of my old corp solo without food or stat draining, but this time with Ganodermic armour which is a little overpowered when using it at corp in my opinion. I originally wanted to get 5 or more kills, but I got tired of the waiting time on the aura and stopped at 3,5 solos which is still quite good.
There are quite a few mistakes in this video. Divine switch + ss flash + running from core is easy (for me) when doing it for 10 seconds, but when doing it for 25+ minutes then I can expect to do some misclicks. :P Most of my misses are that I somehow miss to turn on protect from melee after switching to soul split.
There are also a few unpredictable things corp does which makes this challenge even harder. He sometimes has 1,8 second dealy between 2 attacks instead of 2,4 which messes up my prayer + divine switch and my timing on running from his aoe (area of effect) attack. This may cause me to take a heavy 400+ hit from either mage or melee and I also have to stop attack him for a few seconds to resume my rotation which also means delay on my next heal from soul split. This is the reason to why I died at the end. Another thing corp sometimes do is that he walk away 1 step. That may cause me to accidentally step next to the dark core for 1-2 hits, or in some cases it makes me step under corp which may result in a 300-500 stomp hit as well as having to restore my rotation which will make me lose a few soul splits and divine switches.

A: It heals me for 5% of what I hit.
Edit: I just noticed Smokey9112 uploaded a video about this safespot yesterday. Kind of ruined this video because the main purpose was to show the safespot (because this is nothing hard). Thought I was first :S
This is only possible by trapping Nomad in the southwest corner. "Walking" him in any other way won't work because of the Random Freeze and Random Daze handicaps. You can find the list of all handicaps at rune wiki: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Dominion_Tower#Handicaps
This is nothing super hard. The only thing to pay attention to is when the Random Freeze and Random Daze will activate and make sure you don't attack right before (which will get you stuck outside the safespot). There is a ~3 second warning in the chatbox, so it can be avoided quite easily.
The fight was about 34 min long.

The challenge I got from Jagex was to do the Dominion Tower in endurance mode with an inventory full of cabbages and see how far I could get. Managed to reach the floor cap. :)
The raw video is over 8 hours long, so I'd have to speed up the video quite a lot if I didn't want the video to be too long. So I chose to only show a few floors instead. I didn't manage to get Nomad as boss, so there's no clip with him in, sorry. All other class A bosses are in the video, though.

This isn't really hard to do because all I have to do is to heal with my brews/unicorn scrolls/enhanced excalibur.
It might have been a better idea to use staff of light, but I didn't think about it when making this video. :S
I decided to not use full veracs/dharoks to make my deflect hits hit higher, as I believe it's a glitch.
The reason I didn't get a drop or a killcount at the end is because deflected hits doesn't count as my damage, so the game thought I did 0 damage.

for helping me to start a Pest Control game (you need at least 5 people to start)! :)
This is not really possible to do without dying yourself unless you use food/armour or get extremely lucky.
It was originally meant to be a duo, but after finding out how Pest Control works I figured out that it's easily soloable. This video will probably not be very special when people realise how easy it really is.
Each portal can only spawn a maximum of about 5 monsters. After that, no more will spawn until you kill a monster which spawned from that portal. If you only kill monsters that are aggressive to the Void Knight, then nothing is going to attack it and the Void Knight will be safe. You have to be careful when killing spinners though, as that can lead to a monster spawning and attacking the Void Knight. The reason World 144 is failing is because most people (or bots...) kill brawlers, ravagers and other monsters that are attacking people instead of the void knight. This will lead to a new monster spawn which can be a spinner or a monster which will attack the Void Knight which is bad. If everyone knew this, then there would probably be a 100% chance of winning each game. I'm not sure if there are more monsters in a game with 25 people, but I don't think so.
Edit: It seems like each portal can spawn as many monsters as there are people (so 25x4=100 monsters with 25 people). I may redo this video some other day if that's true (and without dying ;)).
Soloing Pest Control isn't really hard if you know what you're doing. I made this video as I believe most people don't know how easy it is. :P I decided to do it without armour/pots as that's slightly harder than with armour/pots. It's probably possible without a weapon too, but I didn't want this video to be too long.

-----
Fight length: 13 minutes and 22 seconds
Starting from when Jad appears to when I do my final hit on him.
-----
I took some damage from Jad's ranged attack at 1:37 when healers spawned. The reason to that is because I turned on my protect from ranged too early and thus I had to turn it off too soon if I didn't want my prayer to go down to 0. Normally people turn on their prayer too late, not too early. I guess my reaction is too good for this game. Of course I could keep trying until I do this without taking any damage from Jad, but my goal was just to kill him with the rules above, so I won't care about this.
-----
FAQ:
Q: How did you get to Jad without any items??? Did you drop you gear??
A: I banked my gear with imp boxes and dropped the pots.
Q: How did you log in at wave 63 (Jad)?
A: I did waves 1-62 and then lured Jad behind a rock. Then I closed my window to pretend I dc'd. When I next log in I will automatically spawn at wave 63 (Jad). It takes 5-10 seconds from when you log in to when Jad spawns. I made this waiting time longer by opening up an interface (such as add note, house options, view skill guide, show equipment stats, etc).
Q: Was this you first attempt?
A: Nope. Check out this video if you want to see one of my other attempts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FH23EdONN5U
Q: Why didn't your prayer go down to 0?
A: Your prayer won't go down if you turn it on and quickly turn it off immediately after you turned it on. From what I've heard, J-mods have stated prayer flashing is allowed because it takes some skill. I'd personally call it bug abuse, though. Altough, the point to only use 1 prayer point was to force me to flash prayer, which made this challenge harder.

Thanks to Stokenut for duoing with me! Also thanks to Born For PvM for attempting to duo. And thanks to Sundeep1 for lending his Pernix set to me. :)

I forgot to re-pot at 2:55 (stupid me), so I did from there to almost end without being overloaded. The reason I had so much food left at end is because IonoI tanked whole last phase. Born For PvM got the drop (Magic logs).
The fight was 15:56 long.

.Sorry, my rendering messed up, so I spent 5 extra hours trying to upload this video. I apologise.
Edit: I'm now a bit more experienced with Nex and it seems like I did not kill 50% of her, in fact I was more like 65-70% from a successful solo (so I killed approx 1/3 of her).
Note: This was 1-2 hours after the system update. Nobody knew how it was like, so I only risked 1.5m because I thought there was a chance of easily getting K0'd in there. It was supposed to be a solo, but Mod Chris L walked in because he wanted to watch, so he saved me a lot of food. He used his hand as weapon, though, lol. :D Chris told me 5 J-mods were watching, lol, fun :)
Note2: This was a test run, not a real solo attempt.
To go through the frozen door, you will need the frozen key. It has 5 charges and will degrade once every time you go through the door. You can repair it for a quite small fee at your repair stand in your Player Owned House. To get the key, you have to kill the killcount monsters until they drop one piece of the key. I got the zamorak part from a lvl 2 imp. :)
After you go through the frozen door and down the rope, you will first come to a safe area. From there there's a tunnel that leads to the room with ancient monsters. Only the mages were aggressive to me, but for some people all the monsters were aggressive.
When you have 40 kc you can go through a door which leads to a safe room with a bank. Nex is in the room after that.
I managed to take him down to half lifepoints before I had to tele (home teleport ftw). Mod Chris L was helping me. He used his hand to box down the boss though lol, so he didn't do much more than tanking for me.
A great day in my life that I probably never will forget. :)
Oh btw, I had a ring of duelling on me at the end, but I just wanted to do the pro home teleport. :D

Killing corp with mage and no special attacks. :) Enjoy!
It was meant to be a solo but some guy ran it at 5:20. I tried to outweigh what he "helped" by killing corp for a bit on the next spawn, making it look more like I could have done it even if that guy didn't walk in. However, only you decide whether it should count as a solo or not. I had already spent ~30-40m on supplies and this is the fourth time someone walks in while I'm trying to solo, so I'm not bothering trying it again considering how hard this was.
In this video, I healed from the core when casting blood barrage on corporeal beast as barrage hits in 3x3 area*. Core will never die as it will always manage to jump away before the damage shows up, but blood barrage will still heal you.
The yellow text at top right corner is just some text which displays your fps**. You turn it on by pressing '§' or '`' (usually the key left of '1'), and then type "displayfps".

* Only works if core is in the 3x3 of the southwester part of corp.
