Pop plasma to reapply aegis for hadouken. Keep a look out for corrupted person that lingers on stack, their aoe can strip aegis.- 0:17 - When ur 2nd steal is ready, matt is about to sac. steal, drop smoke screen on matt early (7s duration, make sure he is in aoe). use elite to cc, pop plasma after sac has ended to reapply boons- 0:32 - 3rd steal, pop at your own will- 0:47 - 4th steal, save 1 stack to reapply aegis to absorb mini explosion damage (0:53)- 0:59 - Matt somersaults here. Precast your smoke screen early (so you get back the skill for 40%). I cant tell you when exactly he will somersault, it's after the aoe bomb and i just use my gut feeling.- 1:04 - 5th steal, save 1 plasma for invuln phase- 1:20 - 6th steal and drop smoke screen for the shard explosion- 1:38 - 7th steal (ideally, you save 1 plasma to block hadouken, but it's a shitshow and im scared quickness might drop, so i double pop)- 1:53 - 8th steal, pop anytime. - 1:55 - I also precast smoke screen WAYY too early, but i still managed to absorb the shard explosion at 2:01

Staff is on harrier+transference sigil to keep waldo (frost spirit) alive. Alacrity is used before the boss start because some SLBs casted OWP before boss starts.
