BE NICE TO ME - OC PMV/AMV - Kiri [Wayward to Wilds] patchworktail 2023-07-24 | Born into a religious, nomadic desert colony who follow signs interpreted to be from their fallen star god, Akarra, Kiri is deemed the reincarnation of said god and raised as the new Akarra. Willingly given to the religious leader, Reverend Aster, by her parents, Kiri has an isolated and lonely childhood filled with expectations she can never truly live up to. Even her friend, Han, a cat similar in age who was handpicked to be sort of her personal attendant, isn't enough to stop the budding resentment that leads to an argument between the two before Kiri finally runs away in the middle of the night.---Kiri is my character for a roleplay I helped create/mod for, called Wayward to Wilds! This video depicts her backstory. After these events she goes on to join the Wayseekers Guild to flex her newfound freedom. [Wayward to Wilds] On Comes The Storm patchworktail 2023-03-28 | Before any Wayseekers can man anything on the battlements or join the frontlines, the world seems to break.The leagues of Boundless on the horizon are so relentless, they move like waves in the ocean as they storm towards you. Windrose cats call for weapons to fire on the battlements, and entire sections of Boundless collapse. Their companions slowly crawl over their corpses, which burst into orbs of light and flicker away. Despite their numbers, the Windrose defenses keep them at bay, and the stragglers collide with the frontlines and fail to breach it. What seemed like a hopeless battle seems to turn in Windrose’s favor.Then what can only be described as a roar pierces your ears--a distorted, warbling cry that makes even the trees tremble. The ground shakes, and its source finally peeks out from the Boundless: a towering, bright white head, with nothing to mark its face but a long, upturned mouth and rows of thick teeth. It rears a long neck, and dozens of eyes flash open. Every cannon on the wall turns to shoot it, but it continues marching forward with nary a blink. Small wings stretch and knock away arrows, and its six legs bring it closer and closer with every step. Terrifying long claws mark its path.Wayseekers who are on the cliff to join the frontlines bear witness to the tragedy from a distance. Casey Commemoration Timelapse/Speedpaint patchworktail 2020-05-02 | We had to say goodbye to our family's first and only dog 4 weeks ago and I really wanted to make her something because she genuinely was my best friend. I still miss her every day, she really was the best dog in the whole world.I chose the silly reference picture to paint because when she got older, she started really loving being able to choose when our walks ended, haha. If she got to a point where she decided she wanted to go home, she would stop walking and NOTHING you said or did could get her to continue. As soon as you turned around to go back home she'd start walking again and she would take the leash out of your hand, happy to hold it and walk herself back and it was so funny!! I really like to think wherever her next adventure has taken her she's still doing the same - choosing her own way and path that will make her happy.Sorry for the nature of the speedpaint (no zooming in or visible pen tip) - I use pretty much only Procreate these days so this is the automatic timelapse it generates for you! Youre Welcome Tigerstar MAP Part 12 patchworktail 2018-07-10 | For this MAP: youtube.com/watch?v=ptB4T6a30eAOKAY so while I was elated I could take part in the sequel to I'm So Humble (I had a lot of fun w that MAP part) this part gave me SO. MANY. PROBLEMS. I took forever cause my life got SO BUSY with my first year of art college and my cat dying the other week and so many other issues, and to top it all off, I had almost finished this part in Toon Boom - only for TB to mysteriously start glitching over the past month. (gun emoji) so essentially I rushed to remake it in Photoshop, which was new to me, as I've never animated solely in PS. I do think it came out better than it had been originally, though, which is good. I made the first shot a continuation of the part that came before me (although that part is really good mine doesn't come close JLKSDKJG) I regret not shading beyond some overlays but I simply just did not have time...I hope it still looks alright! I'm trying to get better at movement and stuff so. Hopefully it's decent LOOOLSorry for taking so long, and I hope this looks alright! I'm super excited for the finished MAP!
