Future Guy?ENTERPRISENX012009-08-16 | Incoming transmission from an alternate 2005 where Enterprise continued...
Having not been seen since The Expanse (and only vaguely referred to during Storm Front, Part II), new viewers would've needed reminding about Future Guy's modus operandi. So here's that recap...
Brannon Braga & Manny Coto (showrunners for ENT) recently appeared at Star Trek VegaCon 2009 during a panel and took questions. They and Rick Berman thought Future Guy was "probably going to be a Romulan" and would tie into the Earth-Romulan War with a member from that race trying to "instigate" that event in pre-Federation history.
Thanks to the TrekBBS's "Captain Banmen".STAR TREK ENTERPRISE Direct-to-DVD Titles (HQ)ENTERPRISENX012009-07-24 | How the opening titles could be reworked, in a relaunched Pilot for more ENTERPRISE. The Star Trek prefix was reintroduced for the third episode, 'Extinction' onwards. I always thought the name Enterprise by itself, was perfect for a show set before all the others. The ship's name being an instantly recognisable icon, bigger than any one character from any of the 5 series.ENTERPRISE Season 1 & 2 Opening Titles (HQ)ENTERPRISENX012009-07-23 | 'Faith of the Heart' original sound mix used for the first two years of the show.Fly AwayENTERPRISENX012009-07-14 | Music video featuring some great moments from Enterprise Season 4. One of the first videos I put together back in 2005. So it's pretty basic... but I really enjoyed making it. Done in Windows Movie Maker, this got me addicted to the editing bug. Note the UPN and Citytv HD channel logos. Naughty... naughty. Back then, I just couldn't wait a whole year for these episodes to reach my distant shore. I've made up for it since, by buying Enterprise DVDs twice over already, if anybody from CBS happens to be reading this.STAR TREK ENTERPRISE Direct-to-DVD Trailer (HQ)ENTERPRISENX012009-07-13 | Please support the campaign to reunite the cast for an all-new adventure.
With the success of the latest movie, Star Trek has become cool for a whole new audience, and these new fans are looking for more. It makes sense to us for the pre-Federation history of Enterprise to be explored further, since this series is the historical backdrop for the new movie.
We're thrilled that Trek has been reinvigorated as a film franchise. A continuation of Enterprise in DVD form would provide a readily available stopgap to feed the fans between movie releases.

This short video features footage taken of the rally organised just a few weeks' later, together with interviews from Scott Bakula (Captain Archer) and Connor Trinneer (Chief Engineer "Trip" Tucker). Unfortunately at this time, Paramount's television division was preparing to merge with CBS and Enterprise suffered because of a change in management. Additionally the series no longer fit in with a TV network shifting its focus away to a predominately young female audience. While low rated by the standards of UPN, the show had an equal audience to other sci fi shows such as Battlestar Galactica. The demonstration, together with countless hand written letters and emails, were ignored and the show ended its production run. A poorly regarded series finale was broadcast on May 13, 2005. Despite that Season Four (like the previous year long arc) remains a firm favourite with fans and creatively the story possibilities were endless for Season Five... Jeffrey Combs as Shran joining the regular cast. The culmination of this series' Birth of the Federation arc, dovetailing with the Earth-Romulan War. As well as exploring many other historic milestones leading up to the Original Series, never before exploited to any great effect in a modern Star Trek series.
