Waste Management 2002 Mack MR Amrep Octo ASL Garbage Truck California Garbage Trucks 2025-10-04 | Bit of a throwback video. If you’re a fan of any older Waste Management Mack Amreps then this video is for you. Here is the last Mack MR that G.I. ever ran. This truck was scrapped back in March of 2024 due to wiring being chewed up by rats. Back in January 2024 my yardwaste drivers truck broke down which led to him using his other unit he uses on Thursday’s (101498) on his Monday route. This was a nice surprise to see doing my green waste route to say the least. Ex Consolidated Disposal Peterbilt 320 Amrep Octo Garbage Truck California Garbage Trucks 2025-09-13 | Hayden and I headed out to Fillmore since we found out Peter was using 232. This video I personally thought was pretty cool to see. This unit is probably my favorite out of the the “ex CDS” amreps due to the way it sounds, as well as the Harrison Clamps. Nova, Abbas and I took a trip out to CR&R Perris to try and find some of their EX LA's. unfortunately none of them were running that day so this was our Plan B. Edco 2005 Autocar WX42 Square Body CWS FL on Desert Trash California Garbage Trucks 2025-08-30 | *Headphone Use Recommended!"In July Josh and I took a trip out to film Edco Lakeside. After waiting at the landfill for a while we ended up seeing this unit leaving. We followed this truck out to a city that doesent have any video which was really cool imo. The "Tecate Desert Route" or specifically from this day Dulzura Ca. This is one of those cities unseen with no video on them whatsoever. This route has Commercial running out of the Lakeside yard however for Residential they run out of the federal yard. I personally think that these square body fl's are really neat and especially after seeing one in person I grew to be very fond of them. The driver ran the truck pretty good overall. Unfortunately the truck ended up finishing so I didn't get as much as I would've hoped to but I'm still happy with how it came out.Filmed 7/15/25Dulzura Ca
Revving City of Ontario Autocar ACX Amrep on Recycling California Garbage Trucks 2025-08-23 | A month or so back I took a trip out to film in Ontario to find one of the quicker drivers who runs out of the yard. Needless to say I ended up finding the pro driver of Ontario in one of the older units.
Two Varner Bros Ex ESD Pete Amrep Octos California Garbage Trucks 2025-08-10 | In November of 2024 I took a trip out to see what I could find out of Bakersfield. After having decent luck with Howard's unfortunately the driver ended up going to lunch and dump, I went out toward's Varner Brothers. As you can see I really only filmed these two trucks which unfortunately the drivers did not run them good at all. The driver in 47A revved a little bit for the video on some barrel's but for the most part it was full idle. With the trucks being full idle I just grabbed some clips and ended up leaving.

Zippy G.I. Industries Peterbilt 520 on Trash California Garbage Trucks 2025-07-20 | Something that’s not usually seen at Waste Management is a driver who is zipping. The driver was willing to do it for the video which was really cool to film. Unfortunately the regular driver for this truck is not entertaining at all but it was cool to see what this truck was capable of.
Fast & Revving EJ Harrison 1999 Volvo Amrep ASL California Garbage Trucks 2025-07-13 | Harrison is one of those companies famous for running old trucks which they still run countless old trucks to this day. On this particular day I had two trucks in mind to get a full video of, 291 and 204. I managed to get both on video this day which turned out to be a success. It's pretty neat how a lot of Harrison drivers run the trucks really well while still shutting most of the barrels. Normally this driver shuts all the barrels but since I was recording he flipped all the lids and put on a show.
Trash Day ~ Los Angeles (West Valley) CA California Garbage Trucks 2025-06-28 | West Valley is not the same operation as it was just about a year or so ago. Unfortunately West Valley was the first yard to have their diesels go since this district was the priority for new trucks. However it is still neat to see that a few of the drivers figured out how to zip the units and well as the drivers are still super fast. West Valley went from being favored from diesels, to more so of their fast LNG units and some of their CNG's. Trash Day ~ Simi Valley CA California Garbage Trucks 2025-05-20 | For a while I've wanted to start a series called "Trash Day". This series is basically going to be a huge compilation of certain cities and showing the trucks that run in the area. This compilation features 23 trucks running inside the city limits of Simi Valley with the waste hauler being Waste Management G.I. Industries. Definitely looking forward to seeing the compilations of various cities as well as other haulers. I decided to start off with one of my haulers for this series which was GI. 106077 vs Cart Lines California Garbage Trucks 2025-05-17 | With Mike no longer at GI I thought it would be cool to post him dumping some of my Carts. This unit was cool to see with another driver running to the best of its ability considering how its sister unit has a driver how also revs his truck ever so slightly before the rpm cutout.Unfortunately I never got a full video of Mike on route with this unit but it’s cool to see him dumping some of my carts that I set out. This truck is pretty cool considering the body is super rare. This body is one of the Last “Single Blade” Amrep Octos left to exist. Also pretty neat that this truck is fully revvable.
Mountain Disposal Service Mini Wayne MSL California Garbage Trucks 2025-04-19 | Recently i took a trip up to film Mountain hoping to find an MSL running. Luckily I stumbled across this unit with this super friendly driver. Sadly the cab isn't anything special but I thought it's super cool to still see an MSL running in California to this day as well as manual service. This unit is a spare and this driver usually has a different Ford MSL.

Chula Vista’s Electric McNeilus Voltera ZSL Garbage Trucks California Garbage Trucks 2025-03-05 | Republic recently purchased two of these trucks and sent a few to each yard… That being said these trucks were trial runs and not permanent. Chula Vista had two of these 2500EV and 2501EV. These ZSL’s are complete piece of shit trucks and absolutely need much more work on them to perfect this design. Personally I’m not fond of these trucks but I thought id get a couple clips of each unit.
