The Battle Cats | Primeval/Relic Cyclone (Version 8.1) ITstumbler 2018-12-13 | The most RNG cyclone since Zyclone!(UPDATE: BCEN 8.1 has been released, its name is "Primeval Cyclone) Not custom content this time. I see barely any videos of this guy so I decided to make one. Tell me, do you wish for more new update content videos? I will still do custom content.Anyways for the strategy itself, there are two different ways of doing the level in the video. One using cat jobs, and the other relying on freeze. The cat jobs strat is the most effective, consistent, and easiest to pull off method of doing this stage. Kill the starting peons with area attackers and a burst damager(preferably fishman since he also works against Li'l Bun Buns), let relic cyclone hit base, deploy cat jobs, fire cat cannon. After that relic cyclone will be absolutely incapable of pushing since he is permanently weakened(Note: weaken combos are necessary for this). The only thing you need to worry about now is peons pushing, and worse, taking a cat jobs hit. Stacking fishman and manic flying does really well in preventing that from happening.The freeze strat relies a bit on luck and requires rich cat. Rodeo Cat gets relic targetting via talents in version 8.1 and it's absolutely necessary unless if you're relying on absurd luck with holy valkyrie freezing every hit or something. The fight is much longer and more money-consuming than when you use cat jobs, so I brought pizza for the gory blacks. Other than that it's pretty straightforward really, just deploy cats.Other things about this stage:-Thaumaturge Cat stalls relic cyclone very well. At least, until it gets strengthen. At that point thaumaturge will be unable to stall relic cyclone at all.-Slapstick works in ending the fight faster, but at the same time costs money.-Doctor Cat with relic targetting (version 8.1 talents) knocks back relic cyclone behind peons which is not good at all.-Any strats that isn't cat jobs strat(or that one collab unit that slows) needs rich cat. EDIT: in BCJP, this stage is now accessible at 27th, 29th and 31st of december. No recurring schedule is set. You also need to beat SoL in order to reveal the map.EDIT 2: Apparently other versions also get the same schedule.
