Later they did it all over again, in the same location. I was afraid I would miss the confrontation if I switched to slow motion equipment so stuck with the Canon C100. Animals were filmed in their natural habitat with no attractants or bait used to entice them to get in front of the camera. The diversity was surprising as well as some of the behaviors, particularly of the skunk. The river otter, close to a mile from the Minnesota River, was a surprising capture. A Morning with Sandhill Cranes Dale Bohlke 2015-11-13 | Crex Meadows Wildlife Area in northwestern Wisconsin is the resting location for thousands of sandal cranes on their southbound migration each October and November. I recorded this sequence one morning a couple weeks ago. Natural sound is heard in the background. the high pitched whistles are immature cranes calling.
