justmonika.mp4 The Artrix 2019-03-01 | Just a little something I've been working on and off for the past month. One thing I noticed while playing DDLC is that there isn't a lot of animation in it. I am fully aware this is part of the whole visual novel aesthetic the developers were going for, but it did give me an idea to execute my take on the title screen. It's kind of in line with games like Overwatch.This is more like a "living drawing" than an actual animation and it allowed me to refine some of my after Effects techniques. If you're watching this on a PC you should be able to set it to loop (or someone could make a 10-hour version, like they did with Polka is Magic). UK2010 The Artrix 2012-04-29 | Back in 2010, I was bored and decided to make a little trip through southern England. Putting Peach out of her misery The Artrix 2012-01-24 | During a summer night, when it was too hot to sleep, I was so bored that I decided to download and assemble a paper craft version of Princess Peach. While it looked nice initially (and it was my first papercraft), over the course of months, she began to deteriorate and fall apart until she ended up the mess you see in the beginning of the video,She's actually been on "death row" for over a year now, as I did not have the opportunity to blow her to smithereens during the previous new year celebration. This year, however, I was celebrating it with my buddy Wessel, who had copious amounts of heavy fireworks. He was kind enough to finally put an end to Peach's suffering.Thanks goes to Wessel for performing the execution and editing this video.
Unboxing McDonalds ponies The Artrix 2011-05-11 | Yesterday I received a mysterious box from the Unites States, it contained ponies.To be more specific, Ponygoons user Willsun decided to commission me to draw a picture, but instead of paying money, he suggested to pay me in McDonald's ponies. Since I'm in the Netherlands, I couldn't get them myself, and even if McDonald's had them, I would probably not buy them.
