Those familiar with the Activision hit game Kaboom! for the 2600 will immediately be at home with the gameplay in Avalanche.
When the game starts, use the paddle controller to move your row of shields left and right. Press the button to start the level (it will also start automatically after four seconds). Position your shields under the rocks to stop them. As the level progresses, the rocks will move faster and get smaller, and the number of shields will decrease as well, making it more challenging to stop the incoming boulders. If a rock reaches the bottom of the screen, game play will pause for a few moments and you will be given another try. If you clear all the rocks, a new level will start with less shields and faster rocks.
Avalanche is available now from the AtariAge Store:

Both had discovered the same cache of unclaimed treasure, its origins forgotten to time. Monarchs among their kind, with greed to match their power, the conflict would promise to be an epic one...both had mastered their elements, but they also knew that for all their might, their practice in the Game of Crystals would determine the victor.

These inscrutable wyrms align gemstones according to mystic laws, hoping to cause immense cascades of energy and harnessing the power contained within. In this contest the quick and clever can trap the rash and arrogant, and dragons possess every one these qualities!

The original arcade game employs a paddle controller to move your on-screen paddles back and forth to capture the falling boulders. Avalanche for the 2600 takes advantage of the Atari 2600 paddle controllers to match the arcade's control scheme (as well as that of Activision's Kaboom!)

On your first Adventure, you slayed the Evil Magician's three dragons and rescued the Enchanted Chalice, bringing peace to your Kingdom. Enraged, the Evil Magician has reclaimed the chalice and vowed to avenge the loss of his beloved dragons. Joining the pursuit is his vile apprentice, and it’s also rumored that he has created an even more hideous creature to guard the chalice this time around.
As in your last Adventure, the object of the game is to recapture the Enchanted Chalice and return it to the Gold Castle walls. Once again, this will not be an easy quest. The Evil Magician (red wizard) and his apprentice (grey wizard) can cast spells that weaken and slow you. Their touch is deadly, but all hope is not lost. They are vulnerable to attack by the Fire Staff— swords will not help you in this Adventure. The Evil Magician will succumb to two hits from the staff and his apprentice needs only one well-placed fireball. They may not stay deceased for long however— the wizards can use their resurrection spells to revive each other.
There are four castles in your Kingdom: the Gold Castle, the White Castle, the Red Castle, and the Grey Castle. Your home castle, the Gold Castle, is already open, but the other castles need to be opened with the proper Key. Inside the castles are multiple rooms, some of which are dark and can only be explored by torchlight. The castles are separated by the familiar labyrinths, but the Evil Magician has made sure that your old pathways will just lead to dead-ends.Amoeba Jump - Atari 2600 Homebrew GameAtariAge2019-12-08 | Amoeba Jump is a new Atari 2600 game available at atariage.com/store

In this game you play as Mr. Amoeba, a friendly microbe who enjoys eating bacteria pretty much indiscriminately. However, you first have to jump up the platforms and earn 1,000 points before those delicious bacteria start appearing.
Mr. Amoeba has two pseudopods on his head, which he uses both for jumping and eating bacteria.Dragons Descent - Atari 2600 Homebrew GameAtariAge2019-12-08 | Dragon's Descent is a new Atari 2600 game available at https://atariAge.com/store/.
In a time forgotten by all save the oldest of wyrms, a cruel dragon by the name of Molobros achieved heights of greed reviled even by his avaricious kin. Gemstones in particular were prized by him, second only to the power he hoarded and the lives he consumed. His enemies did not defeat him by strength in battle, but ensnared him in a trap built to imprison a god: the Labyrinth.
When unleashed, the Labyrinth surrounded this greatest of dragons, feeding on the boundless hate and ambition of Molobros. Corridors and chambers acted as chains, and grew like wicks of flame even as he tried to escape. The maze encompassed and fused with the dragon's body, then his treasure, then his mind and wicked dreams. The dragon's treasure scattered throughout the twisting passages, and his power seeped into the very walls. Monsters appeared within, extensions of his bound wrath. Molobros could not escape, but the Labyrinth still posed a danger to the wary and a lure to the greedy.
In the ages since, the Labyrinth has served as a prison and a prize. Tales tell of the dead and enslaved guarding the interior, and despite this you will join the many who still brave the mazes within in search of power, or wealth, or freedom...or Molobros himself.Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe Gameplay Video - Atari JaguarAtariAge2019-05-27 | The highly acclaimed Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe by The Bitmap Brothers is finally coming to the Atari Jaguar! It's the final shot of the 10th end, and as the skip of the national team, you've called a great game. The problem is that your opponents have called a better one. You're down by one point, and they've got two scoring rocks, but your best rock is third.
Do you take the safe draw around the left side and force a tie, turning over the hammer to your opponents in the extra end? Or do you go for the risky double-takeout and hope to stick the shooter, winning the game right here?
It's gut-check time and you and your vice exchange only a few words. The decision is made, it's time to win this championship.
You take your position in the hack and clean the final rock. The sweepers are ready, and with a deep breath you take the shot that will make or break your career. It has to get around that center guard and the line looks good, but the shot is too soft!
"HARD!" You and your vice both urge on the sweepers, hoping they can maintain the shot's speed until the moment of impact. It clears the guard by mere millimeters and the line is still true.
With a crash, the rock strikes its target and sticks! The opponent's rock collides into their other scoring rock, clearing both from the house.

Your liege the king is dead, the throne vacant. Britain enters a season of destruction, a winter of killing that can end only when the last brave Saxon knight lies dead or the castles of the Normans lie in heaps of rubble, emptied of the foul oppressors that have enslaved your people. Treasure Island Dizzy is the first of several Dizzy titles AtariAge will be releasing for the Jaguar.
Dizzy was looking forward to his round-the-world cruise. When he told the other Yolkfolk about the good deal he found, they wondered just what lay ahead of him...
Dizzy enjoyed the cruise at first. The captain, Long John Silver, was a lovely old bloke with a kindly manner, good at insulting and degrading the fare paying punters. He was well-balanced -- he had a parrot on one shoulder and a chip on the other.
Dizzy thought he would organize a game of cricket on the aft deck. In a fit of blinding stupidity, he used LJ's spare leg collection as makeshift stumps, and when they ere lost overboard he was made to walk the plank!
That was how he came to find himself gently poaching on the silent, sun-kissed beach of a seemingly deserted island...
He had to somehow find a way back to the Yolkfolk and lodge his compensation claim with the travel agent...

Stunning artwork was also created by William Thorup for the box, manual, label and included double-sided poster.

Once you unlock Gridrunner (as described in this video), it will be available as a choice in the menu when the cartridge boots up, so you only need to unlock it once

You can purchase Spies in the Night in the AtariAge Store: atariage.com/store
You are a spy in a trench coat and fedora trying to infiltrate and destroy the target base, but there is a rotating lighthouse in the distance. If the beam falls upon you and you aren't completely hidden behind the wall, a sniper will end your life in a hail of bullets. You must destroy that lighthouse first.
Push the joystick left and right to walk in that direction. The fire button will make your player duck. This is helpful to hide behind shorter segments of the broken wall.
Cross to the right side of the screen to move to the next section. The broken wall is randomly generated each time. Once you pass a certain number of screens, the level will advance and the wall sections will become more sparse.
There is no limit to the number of lives you have. If you die, just push the fire button to try again from the left side of the screen. There is a timer that counts down on each level. Try not to get shot as it will waste some time.
Make it to the end of the level with time to spare and you can blow up the lighthouse.

You live in the scorching deserts of the Rocky Mountains in what used to be Alberta, Canada. The heat is nearly unbearable and wildfires are common. The rest of your fellow cacti have moved to a more temperate climate ... on Mars. They have sent a final spaceship to transport you there. Reaching it won't be easy. Water has become Earth's most precious resource, and although you are a cactus, you need every drop. You'll collect the water as you move through the canyons on your way to rendezvous with your rocket. Every so often, you'll even find a bucket of water, and you'll be able to rest for the night. But watch out for the humans! The few that remain after World War XII think they need the water even more than you. And they'll do anything to protect it.
