🍻 My 1st Birthday! 🚀 GadgetGus 2024-10-03 | A year ago this week, it happened...I primarily made this video to help create awareness in men aged 40+ ⬇️I'm a fairly fit & able 55 year old.I do not smoke and only have a drink or two at a social event, like a birthday, Christmas, etc...⬇️So you can imagine my shock when this happened to me.I was unlucky, but lucky, as I look after myself reasonably well. ⬇️The surgeon said I did all the right things. That I have a strong heart, and that's why I pulled through. However, if I had been a smoker or heavy drinker I would of died.⬇️So gents, eat wisely, exercise regularly and look after yourself, especially for the sake of your family.Take a first-aid course, which will benefit you and your family. ⬇️A positive mindset is essential and always be 'switched on', as you never know when duty calls to help save a life, and it may even be your own...
