Johnny Mercer Foundation Songwriters Project - Virtual Showcase - Prove Me Wrong MaxRunham 2020-08-02 | At the end of June I had the serious bloody pleasure of taking part in the Johnny Mercer Foundation Songwriters Project. It was, without a doubt, the most rewarding experience I've had as a writer/musician/artist. It completely re-shaped my approach to it and ignited a more positive perspective about what it means to create.Over that week we were encouraged to write as much new material as possible. This is one of the songs I wrote towards the end of the week.
