Xbox 360 Zephyr 0102 Repair - BGA GPU Swap Josh Davidson 2022-06-25 | In this video, Josh repairs a JTAGable Zephyr with classic 0102 failed GPU.Usually this occurs when a fault develops in the flip chip with the connections for the memory controller. Many people try to do reflows or reballs, but this is just a temporary fix since the problem is in the flip chip, NOT the BGA solder. The correct fix is to replace the damaged GPU with a working one. In this case, Josh is using a 2010 chip which has the manufacturing defects corrected. It won't fail again!
