2018 - StarWars Dark Empire animated - Unfinished SpikeyTortoise 2018-01-29 | This is the first serious attempt I made at animating dark empire. I hand drew much of the animation on sheets of paper, using old light table techniques, and then would scan it into my computer and color the shots in TVpaint. Was a grueling task but it resulted in a very neat aesthetic.Ultimately I decided to start over due to a few factors, I had gotten better at animation, so much of the work no longer was up to the caliber I wanted to present, and the process of doing the animation on paper became redundant after I got a drawing tablet.
