The District (Formerly Harbourtown) Stormofilms 2019-08-02 | Melbourne's Docklands has been a white elephant for years, and The District is emblematic of the problems with the area. At least it has a cool ferris wheel.This footage was shot before the Mooroolbark Terrace video, and is a little less... stable because I didn't use my Gorillapod to stabilise the camera.
