Pumpkin Dump Cake Recipe Big Joe & Meleahs World 2022-09-28 | Pumpkin Dump Cake Recipe3 (15-ounce) cans pure pumpkin puree , (NOT pumpkin pie mix)4 large eggs, room temperature1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk1½ cups granulated sugar1 tablespoon vanilla extract1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice blend2 teaspoons cinnamon1 (15.25-ounce) box spice cake mix1 cup unsalted butter, melted½ cup whole milkPreheat the oven to 350°F. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with baker's spray. Set aside.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together by hand the pure pumpkin puree, eggs, evaporated milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice blend, and cinnamon until smooth and all the ingredients are fully incorporated.Pour the pumpkin filling into the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.Sprinkle the spice cake mix evenly over the top of the pumpkin filling.In a medium bowl, stir together the melted butter and whole milk.Slowly pour the butter and milk mixture over the top of the entire dry cake mix layer. Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe Big Joe & Meleahs World 2022-08-21 | Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe 2 cups sugar1 - 3/4 cups all-purpose flour3/4 cup cocoa powder1 - 1/2 tsps baking powder1 - 1/2 tsps baking soda1 tsp salt2 eggs1 cup milk1/2 cup vegetable oil2 tsps vanilla extract1 cup boiling waterStir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans.Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely.Frosting1 stick unsalted butter. Room temperature 6 cups powdered sugar1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract milk ( amount varies )
