Often just pushed aside as a shameless copycat and inferior to the original Crazy Taxi, how does this story play out on Gameboy Advance? Quite differently, actually! While the developers behind Crazy Taxi were very ambitious, crafting a full 3D world as faithfully to the original as they possibly could, the team behind Road Rage took the game in their own, unique, built for the GBA direction. All of the games had a lot to offer outside of that, from different challenge modes, multiplayer and finally, zombies. While I did mention the zombie mode in that series, it was only briefly; for less than a minute, in fact. For such an important pillar of the franchise, it really deserved a more in-depth look, and that is exactly what I have tried to offer here... Probably a bit too in-depth too be honest, no one ever needed a nearly 40 minute deep dive into CoD Zombies for the Nintendo DS but here we are, that's exactly what you're getting!

But now, 7 years after it originally released, divorced from the time it came out and the expectations built up over the course of its development, is there anything in Devil's Third that make it worth going back to? Or perhaps, even, is there a chance that Devil's Third was never that bad in the first place?

The Gameboy Advance is a favourite of mine to cover on this channel. With such a wide variety of games on the console, there is a lot of weird and impressive titles to cover. This video, however, contains none of them. Because while there was a lot of high quality, incredible efforts to port games to the GBA, there were also a lot of stinkers. In this episode of Port Patrol, we look at three games that really deserved better. All time classic games, which recieved some of the worst ports imaginable to the system, all of which could easily duke it out for the title of worst video game ever made.

Doom is a game that is no stranger to weird ports, which of course means I am no stranger to Doom. We have already had a look at Doom's GBA ports in a previous video, which was impressive enough by its own rights. But the moment I sat down and played through the Super Nintendo port of the game, I knew I absolutely had to cover it. Often trashed online for its poor gameplay, the SNES version of Doom is an absolute marvel, taking what should be impossible and making it real. But although many say it's impressive that it exists, often that comes with the large caviat that it doesn't play all that well. But I would go as far to say that this port holds up very well everything considered, and I will gladly jump to its defence.
