He was born on the 2nd of February, 1995 in Ottawa, Canada. Chris enjoyed sports from a young age and was a gifted athlete. He would compete in basketball, baseball, football, and athletics while growing up. Aged 14, when training to become stronger and faster for football, he walked into a weight room for the first time and instantly fell in love with weightlifting.
As a kid, he looked up to the legendary Tom Platz because of his iconic leg development. He also cited Barry Demay (80s bodybuilder) as one his inspirations, and, of course, the great Arnold Schwarzenegger.
CBum has been working out for years and thought he started to develop what he thought was a “good physique” It wasn’t until he met his sister’s boyfriend, Iain Valliere, that stuff started to change for him. Iain told Chris that he could compete and become a great competitor. Eventually, Valliere taked him under his wing to coach him.
As the years went by and Bumstead grew older and matured from a teen into a young man, he began to get bigger and bigger, and hungrier and hungrier to compete as a bodybuilder. He finally got his chance to step on stage in 2014, when, aged just 19 he competed in his first contest. Just two years later, at the young age of 21, he earned his pro card and became an IFBB pro bodybuilder when he won the 2016 IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championships.
As a pro, Chris picked up various sponsorships and endorsement deals and was featured in various fitness magazines and in photoshoots. He competed in a handful of contests but ultimately he wanted to compete on stage in Vegas at Mr. Olympia. In 2017, Bumstead finally got his wish when he made his Mr. Olympia debut in the Olympia Classic Physique Division. He placed incredibly well and finished as runner-up on his debut. A year later, he was back for more and again finished as runner-up.
On both occasions, CBum lost out to Breon Ansley but got his redemption in 2019, when he finally finished in 1st place in the Classic Physique Division. His 2019 Olympia win was impressive considering he had hernia surgery months out from the show. His victory also resulted in drama as Ansley’s coach Chris Cormier (former IFBB Pro) wasn’t happy with the result of the show. But he and Ansley also had their fair share of back and it continued all the way up to the 2020 Olympia Press Conference where they continued to fire shots at each other.
Bumstead also reached the top of the podium in 2020, 2021 and 2022. However, the road to his 2022 Olympia victory was full of obstacles and unforeseen challenges. The champ hurt his knees in the initial stages of his competition prep which was then followed by a quad injury. However, he overcame the hurdles with unique solutions and continued his march. Bumstead also revealed on Instagram that he entered the 2022 Mr. Olympia contest with a torn bicep and explained the mental challenges he overcame to become a four-time Olympia winner.
Chris stands tall at 6’1″, and he towers over the competition on stage. Height is something that can play into the illusion of more mass, especially under the correct lighting and next to the right people. He has a contest weight of 225 pounds. In the offseason, he typically gets up to 260 to 265 pounds
Chris Bumstead is a complete athlete with a harmonious physique. To achieve such a result, the Canadian bodybuilder achieves on average 5 weight training sessions per week. These 5 workouts are organized by muscle groups. He trains hard and heavy in his daily workouts with moderate volume utilizing a double progression loading scheme. Chris aims to get at least ten reps before increasing the weight. He regularly uses drop sets and supersets to build muscle mass more efficiently.
Bumstead's diet is perfectly calibrated to help him achieve his goals. During the offseason, he eats upwards of 6,000 calories daily to create the energy surplus needed for muscle growth. And he consumes all that in 6-7 meals throughout the day. Most of those calories come from healthy foods like rice, chicken, potatoes, and steak. But the athlete admits throwing in some not-so-clean foods like muffins to get the extra carbs he needs. He significantly reduces his calorie intake and keeps his diet 100% clean during contest prep.
Chris Bumstead has one of the most impressive physiques right now and we look forward to seeing what he brings to the 2023 Olympia stage.

Nick was born on on 3rd August in the year 1994, in United States. His parents are Tracie Walker and Louis Walker. Nick is the younger of the two siblings. His elder brother's name is Louis Walker Jr. They both grew up in Pine Hill, New Jersey. Louis Walker Jr. is also a professional bodybuilder, just like his brother. He is presently employed as a nutritionist and personal trainer with the ISSA.
As a child Nick was molested and this resulted in him growing up as somewhat of a loner due to trust issues resulting from that experience. He went down a path of drugs and alcohol, but eventually realized things needed to change, and from there he picked up bodybuilding.
Walker’s first competition was right after graduating high school, and he did terribly. However, the crowd still cheered him on and he said it was the first time he felt proud of himself. From there, he fell in love with the sport and all that went into it, and it pushed him to want to be better and inspire others.
In 2020, Nick earned his IFBB Pro Card after winning the NPC North American Championships. In less than a year, he won the New York Pro which gave him a spot at the 2021 Olympia. On September 25, 2021, Walker made history by winning the Arnold Classic Ohio, Known as the second biggest bodybuilding and fitness competition in the world, behind the Olympia. He took home $130,000 in prize money and joined a list of iconic names to have won this prestigious show.
In 2021, Walker took 5th place at the Olympia. Then, in 2022 he stepped on stage with his best package yet, battling it out with some of the top pros in the world, and taking home a 3rd place trophy, beating out former champions Big Ramy and Brandon Curry. Not to mention, he came home with the title of People’s Champ.
Nick Walker stands 5 feet 7 inches tall, which is a good height for bodybuilding. He weighs 130kg or 287 lbs and has around 7% body fat which indicates that he has a huge amount of muscle mass.
The Mutant has some of the best arms in the Open division. Of course, most of his arm aesthetics are due to his top-tier genetics but he also works his butt off in the gym. But unlike his other body parts, there’s not as much focus placed on his arms because it’s such a dominant body part, and rather than having a structured arm routine, he chooses to do what feels good and just has fun with it. Nick likes to stick with the same exercises and progress as much as he can with them before changing up his movements.
The 2021 Arnold Classic champion trains under the watchful eye of Matt Jansen, a bodybuilder with a lot of coaching experience. Although Walker switched camps at the beginning of 2022, he returned to Jansen 12 weeks before the Olympia.
As with any bodybuilder, diet is huge for Nick. Diet can make or break a physique, so Nick pays close attention to what he eats. Eating 6-7 meals a day, and cutting carbs as he gets closer to a show he eats more in the offseason. The athlete also takes the “food is fuel” approach and does not eat for taste. Instead he fills himself with the foods that will help hit his goals.
Nick Walker’s insane, bulging calf veins got just as much attention as did he after his Arnold Classic win. Arnold Schwarzenegger pointed out the leg veins during Nick’s posing routine. “What’s the story with his veins on the calves in the front?", he asked, "I’ve never seen that before. There’s definitely something going on there, it’s a little bit too thick those veins. I would definitely have those checked out.”
Dave Palumbo of RX Muscle did a little education segment on the topic. But in a nutshell, Walker has varicose, also called spider veins. Oftentimes varicose veins are purely a cosmetic issue but in some cases can cause discomfort or lead to more serious problems. Nick’s calf veins don’t seem to be an issue at the moment but there are procedures to take care of them.
Walker was once asked if he could beat the legendary four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler in his prime. Nick did not hesitate to admit that he probably wouldn’t. He also thinks Jay is the greatest to have ever done it. As for any other bodybuilder Walker’s looked up to, it’s without a doubt six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates. If he could compete against any legend, it would be “The Shadow”.
Nick currently lives in Florida and is happy down in the Sunshine state. At 28 years old, Nick Walker has made waves in Open bodybuilding, climbing the ranks at an impressive rate and we wish him the absolute best in future competitions.

Hadi Choopan won the 58th edition of Joe Weider's Mr. Olympia competition in 2022, taking home a $400,000 cheque as the new winner. Ten other winners from different divisions were crowned throughout the two days of the competition, and each one received a sizable award.
Hadi Choopan, Derek Lunsford, and Nick Walker were in a tight three-person battle in the finals. Although many thought Lunsford's performance was among the most startling of the year, in the end, he could not match Choopan's fitness and attention to detail.

Ronnie Coleman is arguably the best bodybuilder in history. In his competitive career, he managed to win the Olympia title eight years in a row and tied Lee Haney for 8 Olympia Sandows. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Phil Heath managed to win the title seven times, and there is even speculation if Phil will compete again so he could tie Ronnie with eight titles.
In his prime, Ronnie was unstoppable. He is arguably the biggest bodybuilder that has ever competed in the Olympia, and he weighed around 300 lbs contest ready.

This of course affected the Mr. Olympia event itself. Normally taking place in September, the Olympia 2020 had to be moved to December. On top of that, the event had to change locations to Orlando, Florida last minute due to crowd restriction regulations in Las Vegas.
For the second consecutive year a new champion has emerged with Mamdouh 'Big Ramy' Elssbiay capturing the title and denying Phil Heath a record-breaking eighth victory. Last year's winner, Brandon Curry, was named runner-up while Heath finished third. Rounding out the top five were Hadi Choopan and William Bonac, respectively.

Whether it’s lifting huge atlas stones, hoisting immense weight with deadlifts or pulling huge loads as you drag yourself from A to B, Strongman Training is all about functional strength. For bodybuilders, powerlifters and strongmen alike, this style of training is a great way to build all-over power like you’ve never felt before.
Think of the world’s strongest men and then of the things they’re known for. Whether it is log lifts, sled pulls or atlas stones, you’ll be able to build primal strength that emulates movement patterns we’ve had – but have neglected. Rekindle your raw strength and enjoy training again by ditching the standard weights and using a number of fun objects.
Like powerlifting, Strongman movements consist of lots of compound lifts that recruit multiple muscle groups. With that in mind, overall hormone secretion is greater as your central nervous system is put under more strain. Strongman builds functional, explosive strength that can be useful in real world situations – but mostly it’s a fun way to test yourself outside of traditional gym exercises. Some events, such as the tyre flip, will tax your entire body, including your cardiovascular system.
World's strongest man 2020: Brian Shaw, Andy Bolton, Benedikt Magnusson, Eddie Hall, Chris Duffin, Hafthor Bjornsson, Jerry Pritchett, Mark Felix, Zydrunas Savickas.

There are three main types of whey protein:
1. Whey protein concentrate (WPC): This is a concentrated protein that keeps more of the nutrients.
2. Whey protein isolate (WPI): This is similar to WPC, but most of the carbohydrates, fat, and fat-soluble vitamins have been removed so the powder has a higher percentage of protein.
3. Whey protein hydrolysate (WPH): WPH is considered "pre-digested" since it breaks down peptides — the building blocks of proteins — to help with quicker absorption.
When we judge protein powders, we're looking for brands with an ingredient profile that gives people the protein they need to build strength and muscle. It also has to taste good, have a good consistency, and mix well without clumping.
Protein powders are very popular among health-conscious people. There are numerous types of protein powder made from a wide variety of sources. As there are so many options, it can be difficult to determine which will provide optimal results. Here are 5 of the best types of protein powder. These are 5 of the best whey protein containers in 2020. All of the supplements here, are among the most sold worldwide.

When first arriving in America around 1968, Arnold Schwarzenegger hooked up with an English teacher named Barbara Outland. They were together until 1974. Barbara wrote a book about their time together called Arnold and Me: In the Shadow of the Austrian Oak. Arnold reportedly had a fling with Kellie Everts (female bodybuilder) in 1972. He dated a girl named Robin in 1977.
It was just the beginning of Schwarzenegger’s relationships with various women. His next girlfriend was a hairdresser assistant named Sue Moray. Arnold met Moray on Venice Beach in July 1977. In the same year, he happened to meet Maria Shriver at a tennis tournament. Arnold Schwarzenegger married Maria Shriver in 1986, but they separated in 2011 and finalized their divorce in 2017. In 2011, Arnold Schwarzenegger was caught in a huge scandal after news of his affair with the maid, Patty Baena, spread everywhere. It was also revealed that she gave birth to his son 14 years before. Arnold Schwarzenegger currently has five children.
The Austrian Oak and former actress Gigi Goyette reportedly had a fling back in 1975, when Goyette was 16, then again in 1989. Schwarzenegger dated Eleanor Mondale in 1979. Mondale was an American radio personality, television host, and actress. Arnold Schwarzenegger admitted to having an affair with Brigitte Nielsen in the mid-1980s. He was rumored to have had an affair with his Total Recall co-star Rachel Ticotin. Rumor has it that Vanessa Williams slept with Arnold Schwarzenegger to get a role in the 1996 film Eraser. Soon after separating from his wife Maria Shriver, Schwarzenegger started dating physical therapist Heather Milligan. Milligan is 27 year his junior. They started dating since the fall of 2013 and since then they have been inseparable. By the way, Schwarzenegger is to return in a Terminator film on July 26, 2019.

Tyson had his final professional win in 2003, a 49-second first-round knockout. Later that year he filed for bankruptcy, claiming to be $34 million in debt after earning an estimated $400 million over the course of his career. Tyson lost bouts in 2004 and 2005, and he retired in the aftermath of the latter fight. In 2007 he served 24 hours in prison after pleading guilty to drug possession and driving under the influence, charges that stemmed from a 2006 arrest.
Tyson’s personal and professional exploits were recounted in the documentary Tyson, which premiered at the Cannes film festival in 2008, and in a one-man stage show, Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth, which he first performed in Las Vegas in 2012. (The show was subsequently mounted on Broadway in a production directed by filmmaker Spike Lee.) He also appeared as himself in a number of television shows and films, including the blockbuster comedy The Hangover (2009) and its sequel (2011), as well as the animated television show Mike Tyson Mysteries (2014– ), a spoof on the various Scooby Doo cartoon series. His memoirs Undisputed Truth (2013) and Iron Ambition: My Life with Cus D’Amato (2017) were cowritten with Larry Sloman. Tyson was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2011.

Nataliya Kuznetsova (Trukhina) is no joke in the world of professional bodybuilding. Her massive muscles put even the largest male bodybuilders to shame. Of course, like all powerlifters, Nataliya was not always so built. She once was a skinny, normal, everyday girl. At the young age of 14, she decided to join a gym in order to gain some more muscle. Before she knew it, she was hitting the gym everyday. She found a real passion in lifting and liked the quick results that she received. At the age of 16, only two years after she joined the gym, she was already titled champion at her region’s powerlifting competition. Now, Nataliya is the biggest she has ever been. Standing at 5 ft 5 in, the now 26-year-old has a bicep circumference of 18.5 in and leg circumference of 28.3 in. In 2014, Nataliya set world records when she deadlifted an impressive 529 lbs and bench pressed 374 lbs.

Charles Atlas, Italian-born American bodybuilder, won such titles as the World’s Most Handsome Man and the World’s Most Perfectly Developed Man at contests staged by physical culturist Bernarr Macfadden at Madison Square Garden in 1921 and 1922, respectively. Bert Goodrich was the first AAU Mr. America in 1937. By 1940, the first modern bodybuilding event had arrived, the Mr. America, which was won by John Grimek, who also won it the following year. Grimek, unparalleled in muscular development up until that point, became the catalyst for a new direction in physical improvement. With physiques arguably more impressive than Grimek, Clancy Ross and Steve Reeves made their mark in the '40s. Ross won the Mr. America in 1945, and many believe him to have been the first modern bodybuilder. Steve Reeves came along and further popularized bodybuilding due to his movie star looks and perfectly proportioned physique. Reeves eventually became revered as the greatest bodybuilder of all time after winning the Mr. America and the Mr. Universe.
Other bodybuilders, such as Reg Park, followed Reeves' example, and became great champions. Reg Park became one of the first travelers who progressively influenced bodybuilders and people across the globe to start following his programs. Bodybuilding was truly developing at an exponential rate with the IFBB being formed by Ben Weider in 1946 and NABBA being formed in England in 1950. Joe Weider co-founded the IFBB alongside his brother Ben Weider. He was also the creator of the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding contest. The Mr. Olympia had been won first by Larry Scott in 1965, who went on to win again in 1966. Sergio Oliva won the Mr. Olympia title in 1967, 1968 and 1969.
Arnold Schwarzenegger, aka The Austrian Oak, cemented his spot as the number one bodybuilder in the world by winning the Olympia for the next six years straight, and again in 1980. Schwarzenegger’s charisma, work ethic, and focused drive were captured in the Charles Gaines and George Butler’s 1974 book and 1977 film documentary, Pumping Iron.
Frank Zane won Mr. Olympia 3 times: 1977, 1978, 1979. As bodybuilding increased in popularity into the 1970s, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane, Dave Draper, Franco Columbu, Tom Platz and Mike Mentzer became household names. The '80s witnessed the rise of Lee Haney, who won eight Mr. Olympia titles. His physique at around 240 pounds had surpassed any other bodybuilder up until that point. Other notable bodybuilders of this period were Lee Labrada, Vince Taylor, Shawn Ray, and Rich Gaspari.
The '90s could truly be defined as the era where competitors demonstrated a leap forward in terms of muscle mass. Dorian Yates won six Mr. Olympia titles (1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997) and heralded a new benchmark in mass at 265 pounds ripped. Kevin Levrone, aka The Maryland Muscle Machine, is one of the most successful professional bodybuilders of all time. Despite placing a number of times, Kevin never took first place in a Mr. Olympia competition earning him the nickname, "The Uncrowned King of Mr. Olympia". Schwarzenegger began promoting the Arnold Classic bodybuilding championships in 1989. Kenneth "Flex" Wheeler won the Arnold Classic a then-record four times and was once described by Arnold Schwarzenegger as one of the greatest bodybuilders he had ever seen.
Ronnie Coleman is a 8x Mr. Olympia winner. He’s regarded as one of the greatest ever bodybuilders, earning the nickname ‘GOAT’ (Greatest Of All Time). Ronnie Coleman routinely competed at around 290 pounds, and took the competition physique beyond what was, up until 10 years ago, thought possible. Co-competitors Jay Cutler and Dexter Jackson also competed light years ahead of anything seen throughout the '80s and '90s.
Jay Cutler is a four-time Mr. Olympia winner (2006, 2007, 2009, and 2010). Dexter Jackson, ака The Blade, is an IFBB professional bodybuilder and the winner of the 2008 Mr. Olympia. Phil Heath, aka The Gift, is a seven-time Mr. Olympia champion from 2011 to 2017 - and therefor one of the most Olympia crowned bodybuilders of all time. Shawn Rhoden, aka Flexatron, caused one of the biggest upsets in bodybuilding history, defeating Phil Heath and a strong field to the 2018 Mr. Olympia title.

Calum grew up watching Steve Reeves on television as Hercules, and of course Arnold became his primary source of inspiration. The physiques of the 1970’s were the epitome of body building for Calum. Taking inspiration from these body building icons, Calum is driven with a strong ambition to create a customized classic physique that is all his own.
Determined to earn his place as one of the greats, Calum will remain with the federation that judges primarily on aesthetic bodybuilding and includes categories that are classed into height and weight, The World Fitness Federation that awarded him Mr. Universe in June of 2014. The universal interest to Calum winning the Mr. Universe competition has been extraordinary. He has graced the covers of several magazines, his Mad Desire video has topped over three million views and over one million followers are tracking Calum’s every move on social networks. Calum’s latest release of his Fitness and Nutrition APP has garnered excellent reviews.
Calum von Moger has incurred a string of injuries beginning in 2017, when he suffered a left bicep tear after performing a gym-stunt with another prominent fitness figure. In 2018, von Moger suffered another devastating injury, this time injuring his right knee while attempting to rappel off a cliff. Calum lost his footing after the rope did not fully support him, and in the fall hyper-flexed his knee, causing his patella to tear from his MCL, LCL, and patellar tendon. Additionally, in von Moger's attempts to gain control of his descent, he once again re-injured his left bicep.
Currently, Calum resides in Los Angeles, CA as he continues to train to defend his title. He is working as a brand ambassador, fitness/fashion model and often speaks to kids around the world on fitness and nutrition along with an inspirational message about his quest to reach the highest level of excellence in every area of his life. Below are some of achievements and accomplishments in his career.

Having a great physique is irrelevant if you cannot display it properly. The ability to present ones physique to perfection onstage could be seen as one of the keys to competitive bodybuilding success. Indeed, posing ability is something many bodybuilders seem to have neglected in their pursuit of glory. It has been rightly argued though, that a well crafted posing routine, and an excellent command of the compulsory poses will express to the judges that an athlete is confident and in control, that they are ready to win and have taken the effort to display their physique to its best possible advantage.
In addition, posing the body well will essentially give the judges what they are looking for: perfect presentation of the body parts under scrutiny. Symmetry, muscularity, aesthetics and proportion are all assessed during the judging process, with points gained for superiority in each category. If any of these qualities are obscured by poor posing points cannot be given and the athlete could lose based on their posing ability, or lack of. It therefore makes sense to perfect ones posing if winning is the aim.
Most of the great bodybuilding champions of the past were masters of posing. To separate themselves from the competition they would rely not only on their phenomenal physiques but also their ability to choose a posing style that suited their body type. The great Arnold had a style all of his own; one that people spectacularly fail to replicate today. He knew exactly how to display his good points while minimizing his weaknesses. In fact, most of the past Mr. Olympia's, although probably not posing specialists, were known for their excellence in executing the compulsories and for routines that brought the house down. Today's champions are no different, and posing remains an essential tool for winning the judges, and the audience over.

In 1971 Li entered a summer sports program and was randomly assigned to a wushu (martial arts) class. At the age of nine, he received an award at the first wushu competition held in China since the Cultural Revolution. Li then spent half of each day in training and half in school before he began to train full-time. In 1974 he toured the United States with other young martial artists and even met Pres. Richard Nixon at the White House. That same year Li won the first of five men’s national championships. He retired from the sport in 1979.
In 1982 Li made his film debut in Shaolin Si (The Shaolin Temple) as a young man who learns martial arts from the monks at the famed Shaolin Temple (noted as the legendary birthplace of Chinese martial arts). Shaolin Si was an enormous hit (with two sequels) and was credited with reviving interest in the martial arts in China. When the movie was released in the Philippines, the distributors there thought Li’s name was unpronounceable, so they changed it to Jet Li.
Li directed and starred in Zhonghua Yingxiong (1986; Born to Defence), a commercial disappointment, but, for the first time, Li played a character in a period setting (the 1940s) who was defending the honour of China and its people from the insults of foreigners. He would return to this type of role often in his career. Li later made two undistinguished action films for Hong Kong studios that were filmed in the United States, one of which, Long Xing Tianxia (1989; The Master), marked the beginning of a long collaboration with director and producer Tsui Hark.
In Tsui’s 1991 film Wong Fei-hung (Once Upon a Time in China), Li played his most famous character, the historical martial arts master Wong Fei-hung, who fought against injustice and foreign encroachment at the end of the Qing dynasty. Li became a top star in Hong Kong and played Wong in three sequels. Many of his 1990s martial arts films are regarded as classics of the genre. Particularly noteworthy were the fantasy Xiaoao Jianghu zhi Dongfang Bubai (1992; Swordsman II, or The Legend of the Swordsman), the comedic Fong Sai-Yuk (1993; The Legend of Fong Sai-Yuk), and Jingwu Yingxiong (1994; Fist of Legend), a remake of Bruce Lee’s Jingwumen (1972; The Chinese Connection [U.S.], or Fist of Fury [Hong Kong English title]).
Li made his Hollywood debut in a rare role as the villain in Lethal Weapon 4 (1998). Thereafter his career was divided between China and Hollywood. Li was the lead in director Zhang Yimou’s Yingxiong (2002; Hero), a lavish and complexly plotted martial arts spectacular about assassins trying to kill Shihuangdi, the first emperor of China. He was acclaimed for his performance in Unleashed (2005; also called Danny the Dog) as a man raised since childhood by a gangster to be his enforcer.
As the title character in Huo Yuanjia (2006; Fearless), Li portrayed a historical martial arts master of the early 20th century who battles a rival master and foreign fighters. In 2008 he starred with fellow martial arts star Jackie Chan in the fantasy The Forbidden Kingdom and had the title role in The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor. He played his first nonaction dramatic role in Haiyang Tiantang (2010; Ocean Heaven) as a terminally ill man with an autistic son and was part of the vast ensemble of action stars in actor-director Sylvester Stallone’s The Expendables (2010) and its sequels (2012 and 2014). In 2011 Li reunited with Tsui for the 3-D action film Longmen Feijia (Flying Swords of Dragon Gate). He later starred in Feng shen bang (2016; League of Gods), which was set during the Shang dynasty.

Gianluca hit headlines a couple of years ago for outing A-list movie stars Zac Efron and Michelle Rodriguez as a Hollywood power couple.
In 2017 the transformation of star Zac Efron (who shot to fame in the teen-film hit High School Musical) has shocked the world. According to Efron’s trainer, Patrick Murphy, the actor reached 5% body fat after just 12 weeks of training. How’d you like to do something similar?
Efron’s training was constantly evolving, so Murphy condensed the best of his workout into a three-day split, working back and biceps one day, legs another, and shoulders, chest, and arms the third day (abs are in there, too, a little bit every day). The main feature of the workouts is supersetting—doing two exercises back-to-back with no rest in between. Not only does this approach save time, it also doubles as cardio, burning more calories and enhancing the “pump” that drives more nutrition-filled blood into the muscles for fast growth. Since it was important that Efron not just look like a lifeguard but be able to perform like one too, some exercises are explosive to build speed and agility along with muscle mass.
Efron eats a lot. He keeps it healthy though. Mainly fruits, veggies, protein(0.6-1.0 gram of protein per pound in body weight). Also don’t skip out on fats. Like I said he focuses on healthy calories. He consumes anywhere from 3000-4000 calories per day. He eats a lot of eggs and oats. Lean meats like chicken and some beef. As well as fish. He gets a lot of his carbs from dairy. Dairy is a hit of miss topic. It can be very beneficial to get it in your system(calcium) to help you lose that stubborn belly fact. However, a lot of people are lactose and tollerant. If that is the case then you’ll want to avoid it as much as you can because it will cause bloating. Kale and spiniach are great resources to get you calcium.
