Nasa Power Nap for memory, concentration, energy and focus. For those who can't nap! This is a rhythmic entrainment audio based on NASA's research, which states that a brief nap ranging from 20-26 minutes is the ideal length for a boost in energy, focus, creativity, memory, mood and productivity. This duration stops short of stage-3 Delta sleep - awakening during this phase can actually have the opposite effect, resulting in feelings of lethargy. This power nap brainwave therefore offers a balance between sleeping long enough for a restorative effect, ('Stage 2' Theta Sleep), but not so long that you wake up feeling too drowsy and lethargic.
HOW DO I USE THIS TRACK? (Setting the 'Preliminary Sleep Phase' Duration)
Simply listen as you fall asleep. Note that you don't need to fall asleep to experience restorative effects. If however you fancy catching some shut-eye, yet are one one of those who find it difficult to sleep to power nap audios, you can choose to start up to 30 minutes before the 'target sleep phase' of 20-26 minutes. This is explained in more detail within the first few minutes of the video. You can select a timestamp below depending on how long it takes you on average to sleep. This way you can ensure that you're getting the ideal 20-26 minutes of sleep. Headphones are optional, though I personally prefer using them when sleeping to these tracks as they help block out any distractions.

If you're feeling a little lethargic during the day and can't focus, consider taking a power nap. Short naps have been proven to be more effective than coffee, and the benefits will last you a lot longer! Relaxing music has been added to the beats as this makes it easier to fall asleep compared to pure-tones, which can be a little too grating for sleep.
An alarm will gradually fade in at 34 minutes to awaken you.
While this audio uses binaural beats, headphones are still optional as the frequency rate has been embedded into the music via amplitude modulation, which consists of subtle volume fluctuations.
A note about the initial 15 minutes on the graph - this is just to give you time to fall asleep, and ensure that what you're getting is more-or-less 20 minutes of nap time. As the average person does not fall asleep right away, a power nap audio precisely 20 minutes long does not necessarily mean 20 minutes of sleep when you take into account sleep onset. You can choose to shorten this segment if you're someone who can easily fall directly into sleep. That being said, you can get a lot of the benefits of a nap simply by closing your eyes in 'quiet wakefulness'.

#powernap #powernapmusic #binauralbeatsWake Up Without Caffeine Binaural Beats Cognition Enhancer - With 589nm Orange Light (No Music)The Brainwave Hub - Sleep, Focus, Mindfulness2023-04-19 | Wake Up Without Caffeine Binaural Beats Cognition Enhancer - With 589nm Orange Light (No Music)
Sometimes the no-nonsense, stripped back pure tone approach, without music is the most effective and potent solution. And that's certainly the case here. This track uses binaural beats (HEADPHONES/EARBUDS REQUIRED) and colour to boost your alertness and reduce sleepiness during days, and especially mornings when you need to be as productive as possible.
*Bookmark this video or add a shortcut to your home screen (if using a mobile) so you can load it up when needed.
So what is the significance of orange 589nm? Well, scientists found in a 2013 study ('Photic Memory for Executive Brain Responses') that orange, specifically the wavelength 589nm has the most stimulating effect on the brain. It looks more like yellow rather than orange doesn't it...technically it's the latter, but it sits almost precisely between the two on the wavelength spectrum, with yellow starting at 590nm.
This visual element is optional, and you will still experience the usual stimulating effects of binaural beats, but of course the effects will be more pronounced when using both together. Perhaps save that for those days when you're a little hungover? ;)
As always, the volume meter is your best friend - tweak until you find a comfortable level - if you experience discomfort, you're listening too loud. Consider combining with your own music in a separate tab, but bear in mind a pure tone will always be more effective.

Here we target the low delta range of 2.6hz to 0.7hz, shifting between the two in random increments. Many people find that the benefits of brainwave entrainment become evident after 20 minutes of listening, though this of course varies from person to person. I would suggest headphones for this track. It's also important that you listen in a rested state, i.e. whilst sitting or lying down. We love reading your feedback so if this helps please leave a comment below.
You may also find this useful for diminishing the effects of pain, though it of course does not replace normal medical treatment and advice.
Three ways to reduce the chances of getting headaches and migraines:
1) Stay Hydrated: One of the most common causes of headaches and migraines is dehydration. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day can help prevent headaches by keeping the body hydrated. It is recommended to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated.
2) Reduce Stress: Stress is another major trigger for headaches and migraines. Finding ways to reduce stress such as meditation, exercise, and spending time with loved ones can help reduce the chances of headaches.
3) Maintain a Healthy Diet: Eating a healthy diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can also help reduce the risk of headaches and migraines. It's important to avoid processed foods and sugary drinks, as these can trigger headaches. Additionally, certain foods such as caffeine, alcohol, and aged cheeses can also trigger headaches in some individuals, so it's important to be mindful of your diet and how it affects your headaches.

This would suit morning listening, where perhaps you want to experience the benefits of a euphoric mind state, but finish off on a more energetic high to see you through the rest of your day. But really you can listen at any time of the day, including before bed - prior to loading up one of our sleep audios to take you into even deeper levels of total body-relaxation.
Entitled 'Magentasphere', this euphoric brainwave audio session features a "harmonic array" of isochronic tones and potent, sedating music to slowly guide you into ultimate levels of relaxation and bliss. Starting off at a relatively rapid rate, the isochronic pulses soon begin to descend through to theta wave frequencies, eventually resting at a rate associated with Delta. It's the point at which the frequencies are at their slowest within each segment that you'll start feeling the sedating effects. We speed up at various intervals before again quickly descending back down to the slower pulsations. At around 20 minutes we begin our ascent up to alpha, ending our session on a euphoric, natural high.
***A note on volume: Set this to '0' and gradually turn up until you can just about hear the pulsations at the start - these don't have to be overpowering...unless you want them to be.

The box breathing technique is taught to navy seals to manage stress during high pressure situations. It is said to help regulate heart rate and oxygen levels, promoting relaxation and reducing feelings of anxiety.
Here we've provided a visual to help train you to breathe according to the following sequence.
1. Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose for 4 seconds. 2. Hold your breath for 4 seconds. 3. Exhale slowly through your mouth for four seconds. 4. Hold your breath for four seconds.
To further create feelings of relaxation we've composed a soft ambient track with underlying isochronic pulses in the sub-delta range.
A good time to use this track would be as you're getting ready to sleep, particularly if your mind is busy. Simply use the visual while listening to the music, and leave it playing in the background at a low volume as you drift into sleep. A black screen will fade in after 1 hour but the music will continue to play.

(MUST TRY!) ☕ Wake Up Fast Binaural Beats Energy Booster ☕ VIRTUAL COFFEEThe Brainwave Hub - Sleep, Focus, Mindfulness2022-02-28 | Wake up fast with this binaural beats energy booster overlaid with ambient music and a dose of isochronic pulsations. A healthy way to wake up without caffeine! The idea is not to obliterate you with overly stimulating beats, but to cultivate relaxed focus over time. Hint: You might experience better results with headphones.
A low to mid Beta rate is our target here. The pulsations are embedded into the music itself, so you’re actually being entrained by that in addition to binaural beats and isochronic pulsations. Powerful indeed! It's suggested that you play around with your volume to find a level that’s comfortable. It's not necessary to have this playing loudly to feel its effects!

Enter the Galactic Starship Hotel (v3) and chill to this sci fi themed minimal sleep music, composed and performed with insomniacs in mind. Combining binaural beats, these futuristic sleep sounds help drown out any distractions and quieten the conscious mind as you're slowly lulled into deep sleep.
The binaural beat frequencies used are between 8 and 0.25hz, but mainly focus on the sub delta region.
Experience euphoric relaxation and induce a natural high with this rhythmic entrainment 'Virtual Float Tank' session. The water sounds here were captured from an actual float tank. The isochronic tones pulsate within the Delta wave region below 1hz, occasionally interspersed by bursts of alpha frequencies. While the isochronics are the main source of brainwave entrainment, binaural beats fade in and out occasionally to provide additional mode of entrainment. The delta frequencies (which are induced within the brain during periods of intense euphoric relaxation and meditation) shift constantly, but the changes are are very subtle. When the frequencies reach sub-delta, they don't settle at any particular rate for more than 90 seconds, giving you a more diverse and evocative rhythmic 'brainwave' entrainment experience.
By the way, your comments and ratings help! If you've been with us a while, or you've just joined us and like what you hear, let us know your thoughts below.
INSTRUCTIONS
Because this is a very intense euphoric relaxation session - it's strongly advised that you stay in a rested state. That means either sitting or lying comfortably. It's recommended that you listen to the entire session to experience deep meditative states.
A NOTE ON VOLUME: If listening through headphones, begin at 0% volume and slowly raise until the low pulsating beat is just about (i.e. barely) audible. It should be just loud enough to have an effect, but not so loud that it's distracting. Rhythmic entrainment can still be effective at a borderline subliminal volume.
Weird consciousness shifts can occur when rhythmic entrainment frequencies switch during a session, especially when they do so in a sudden manner. Euphoric mind states occur when the mind is quietened, and the body totally relaxed.
Feel free to use this for deep sleep also - if you've had a long day at school or work, the delta frequencies will help you drift off and get some much needed rest. Listen to your body and if you feel you need sleep, go with it.
RHYTHMIC ENTRAINMENT
This mindfulness meditation journey operates in accordance to the principles of 'rhythmic 'entrainment (also known as 'brainwave entrainment' in some circles) to influence your state of consciousness. Rhythmic entrainment can be experienced in the form of auditory, visual, and even electromagnetic stimuli. Our brain's ability to synchronize to an external stimulus is known as the Frequency Following Response (FFR for short). Corresponding brainwave patterns can be measured via EEG. This phenomenon has actually been known to ancient cultures for many generations as they conjured trance states from the repetitive beat of ceremonial drums and repetitive musical cadences. Binaural beats, isochronic tones, and all forms of music simply provide the medium for a more modern and updated form of consciousness alteration. It's both an art and science which provides ground for fun experimentation.

Left Ear - Alternates between 8-10hz Alpha (Right Hemisphere) Right Ear - Alternates between 14-25hz Beta (Left Hemisphere)
☞ WHY THESE FREQUENCIES?
The brains of those suffering from depression exhibit lower amplitude brainwaves, and are subsequently deficient in the beta range. The right hemisphere, associated with emotions, needs to be tamed, while the left hemisphere, associated with logic and rational thinking, needs to be stimulated into taking the more dominant role. This may strike a chord with those who are chronically depressed, as irrational thoughts are often a by-product of depression.
☞ INSTRUCTIONS
Use stereo headphones and check the L+R Orientation. Sit or lie down comfortably and listen at a comfortable volume. Consider using as a morning meditation to start off your day.
☞ WHEN YOU'RE DONE LISTENING
After you're done listening to this mood booster meditation, feel free to answer any of the following questions:
1) How do you feel after listening? 2) Have your negative thoughts/emotions subsided? 3) Are you able to evaluate your thoughts and emotions more objectively? 4) Are you able to repeat the experience over several sessions? 5) How long do the effects last after listening?

Experience euphoric mind states and create a natural high with this dual isochronic / binaural beat rhythmic entrainment session. Choose between Isochronic tones (0-30 mins) and Binaural Beats (30-60 mins). In both instances, the tones have been overlaid with soothing carrier frequencies pulsating within the Delta wave region below 1hz. This is interspersed by occasional, brief bursts of alpha frequencies before returning to a Delta baseline. The delta frequencies, which are induced during periods of intense relaxation and meditation, actually shift constantly throughout but other than sudden switches to alpha, the transitions are very subtle. When we get down to sub-delta, the frequencies don't settle at any particular rate for more than a minute, giving you a rhythmic, 'brainwave entrainment' journey that is diverse and evocative.

All sorts of weird consciousness shifts can occur when entrainment frequencies are altered during a session, especially when they come on relatively sudden. Euphoric mind states occur when the mind is quietened and takes a passenger seat, while the body is totally relaxed, parasympathetic nervous system well and truly engaged.
No reason you can't use this for sleep also - if you've had a long day, the delta frequencies will help you drift off. Listen to your body and if you feel you need the rest, go with it.

The last one we released years back proved quite popular but we never followed it up. So here we present to you what I think is one of the most powerful binaural beats meditation audios we've released....but you can be the judge of that. It would really mean a lot to us if you could subscribe and drop us a comment below letting us know what you think of this audio. Also please consider sharing with your friends.
Below you'll find a more detailed analysis of the brain's functions, but to sum up the potential benefits of meditation and rhythmic entrainment (aka. 'brainwave entrainment') in balancing the brain's hemispheric activity:
✓ The creation and strengthening of new neural pathways within the brain. ✓ Increased cognitive function, aiding in the development of memory, focus and learning. ✓ An optimization of emotional and mental health
We can actually measure hemispheric synchronization and see it occur in graphic form with an instrumented called a Neuromapper.
The Brainwave Hub helps you safely alter your brain waves though ambient soundscapes and sound frequencies. When you hear these through stereo headphones or speakers (centrally aligned), your brain produces a third sound called a 'binaural beat'** which induces the desired brainwave activity. Binaural beats can help you achieve this state of brainwave coherence a lot quicker.
**Actually, with speakers you get what's called a 'monaural' beat which is equally useful as a rhythmic entrainment tool.
___SPECS___
Alpha wave frequencies between 8-11.5hz. In two minute increments.
___INSTRUCTIONS___
Daily use breeds better results than listening sporadically....meditation creates meaningful change quicker than you might think. Listen for at least two weeks, emptying your mind of thought, or simply observing your thoughts without attachment. It can help to focus on your breath to stop the mind from wondering.
Give your body and mind the chance to 'just be' for up to half an hour a day.
___BRAIN STRUCTURE___
The brain's cerebral hemispheres consist of both a right and left hemisphere. These regions of the brain communicate with each other through a busy network of up to 250 million nerve fibres that make up the 'corpus callosum'. Each hemisphere of the brain is responsible for a certain set of behavioural tendencies. Because most people predominantly use one hemisphere to a greater extent, this creates some-what of an imbalance.
The corpus callosum can be greatly stimulated through the practice of mindfulness meditation. Consistent practice of mindfulness results in the proliferation of new neural pathways which result in a both hemispheres being able to communicate with each other to a larger degree.
The brain consists of 3 parts:
① The cerebrum, ② Cerebellum ③ Brain stem.
◢ CEREBRUM
This is the largest part of the brain and is involved in problem solving, thinking, memory, and movement.
◢ CEREBELLUM
The cerebellum, often called "the little brain" is located at the rear of the brain, beneath the cerebrum. This part of the brain is responsible for the coordination of voluntary movements.
◢ THE BRAIN STEM
The brain stem is a small component of the brain and is located below the cerebrum, to the front of the cerebellum. It connects the brain to the spinal cord and controls automous functions within the organism such as heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and also digestion.
◢ THE FOUR LOBES
Each side of the brain is divided into four lobes:
→ The frontal lobe is involved in in reasoning, motor control, emotion, and language.
→ The temporal lobe is located on the bottom part of the brain. The primary auditory cortex is located here, which interprets auditory stimulus and language. The hippocampus, also located within the temporal lobe, is responsible for the formation of memories.
→ The occipital lobe is located at the rear of the brain and interprets visual information via the retinas.
→ The parietal lobe is located in the middle part of the brain and processes tactile information such as pressure, touch and pain.
◢ THE TWO HEMISPHERES
→ The right hemisphere is holisitic in nature and governs non-linear thought, creative expression, visualization, spacial abilities, face-recognition and the control of emotional processing.
→ The left hemisphere is the orderly, logical, and 'linear' side of the brain and is responsible for the organization and analysis of information. It is mathematical, linguistic, analytical in nature, scientific, and based on time oriented thinking strategies.

Positive affirmations for root chakra healing, with binaural beats. Combines both sequential affirmations, and ones played simultaneously to better bypass the critical faculty. The frequencies will guide you down into a relaxed theta state to allow better integration of the suggestions. Affirmations included are closely related to the functioning of the Root chakra, or it's western equivalent - the 'Vegetative Invertebrate' and 'Oral Bio Survival' circuits outlined by Leary & Wilson's 8 Circuits of Consciousness models. We've tried to limit the number of affirmations, as it's generally considered more effective to integrate fewer affirmations through repetition than to overload your mind with too many suggestions.

To me, both traditional medicine and alternative eastern systems such as Chinese medicine and tantric Buddhism compliment each other perfectly, and despite the fact that the western mind may dismiss the other as irrational, there is much to be gained from them, it just requires a shift in perspective to understand their underlying principles.
To give more modern interpretation of the Root Chakra;
This circuit of the bio survival circuit is imprinted during the early stages infancy. The imprint will remain a permanent part of the psychological makeup unless re-imprinted by a powerful experience [or conscious effort over time]. Depending on the nature of the imprint, we will characterize one of these two basic attitudes:
Positive Imprint:
Establishes an attitude of trust. The organism generally considers the environment as harmless and accepts and approaches. '"I'm ok, you're ok".
Negative Imprint:
Establishes an attitude of suspicion. The organism generally considers its environment as hostile. It flees and avoids. "I'm not ok, you're not ok".
--
An Eastern Interpretation
The Root Chakra (aka. Muladhara), is the first of the chakra energy centers and is located at the base of the spine. It's symbolised by the colour red and a four petal lotus. It is the base of our life energy and provides an interface between our energetic system and the physical world. When these energies become stagnant or blocked in any way, our vitality and enthusiasm for life also are compromised, leading to feelings of lethargy, a lack of motivation, depression, and having no interest in matters concerning our own survival. We may also experience fear of the world at large, feelings of alienation, and low self-esteem. Stemming from these symptoms are also a myriad of health issues.
In addition to affirmations; meditation, and mindful movements such as Yoga, Qi-Gong or Tai Chi, all help release the blocked energy and to once again open the free flow of Life Force Energy.
How Do I Listen?
Listen in a rested state ideally, never while driving or engaged in any other physically and/or mentally taxing activity. Set aside up to 30 minutes for your own healing and recovery. In our western culture the body is often neglected, so it's important to take ownership and give it the attention it needs.
Use headphones for best results, using a low to medium setting. Everyone has their own sweet spot, so if you experience discomfort, reduce the volume until you reach a level that is more pleasing to your ears. If you fall asleep during the session that's ok; but ideally you want to be in a light state of mental relaxation. It may help to relax your body beforehand, focusing on each body part one at a time. Optional: use vivid mental imagery to reinforce the suggestions.Deep Delta Power nap Music 30 Minutes - Power nap Brainwave, (Binaural Beats, Isochronic) WITH ALARMThe Brainwave Hub - Sleep, Focus, Mindfulness2020-11-11 | Deep delta power nap music 30 minutes in length. Use this power nap brainwave audio for a mental and physical recharge during work or study. This power nap utilizes the principles of brainwave entrainment (aka, rhythmic entrainment) to guide you into sleep - though be aware that even a deep state of relaxation without falling asleep completely is sufficient for your body and mind to recharge. Although it can take time to master, you should aim to eventually fall asleep to this track without effort. Repeated listens can anchor the sounds to a state of relaxation, thus the more you use this the easier it will become to fall asleep.
This session works a treat and even features an alarm sound towards the end. Power naps are a natural way to give you that mental edge during the day - they have in fact been proven to be more effective than coffee! If you have an overreliance on coffee to stay sharp and focused, consider power napping instead - it is much healthier, and gives you a much needed time out during busy work days.

The frequencies descend slowly down from sub-delta 0.5hz to a lowly 0.03hz. Because this frequency range is present within the brain during sleep, you may also use this headache relief brainwave session as an effective deep sleep aid.
How Do I Listen?
I advise you to use headphones/earbuds for this session so that you can feel the soothing, bassy isochronic waves slowly pulsating through your head. These have been purposely set to a low 64hz pitch-frequency as the amplitude of these waves are higher and more penetrating in comparison to higher pitches (not to be mistaken for 'beat' frequencies).Gentle Night Rain Sounds for Sleeping - 3D Rain Sounds Black Screen Audio - Calming Rain SoundsThe Brainwave Hub - Sleep, Focus, Mindfulness2020-09-30 | Headphones recommended for this 3D rain sounds black screen audio. This video consists of gentle night rain sounds for sleeping when you have trouble drifting off and need to block out distracting sounds. These sounds were recorded from within a garden cabin late at night using a binaural 3D microphone. You can hear the water droplets hitting the roof; I also left the door ajar to better capture the sound of the rain hitting the grass, foliage and cabin patio.
How Do I Listen To This?
Set to a volume that is just loud enough to mask any distracting sounds, but not so loud that it makes falling asleep difficult. Everyone has their own sweet spot so please experiment. Headphones/earbuds are not entirely necessary but will be required for the 3D effects. I personally like to use a pair of padded headphones such as those sold by Acoustic Sheep. They're called SleepPhones and are worth the investment if you rely on streaming sounds and music for sleep.

This piano track was improvised and then combined with rhythmic entrainment (isochronic tones) to foster mind states for relaxed study. No blitzing your ears with rapid fire high-beta waves, just smooth, gentle high alpha/low beta 12-15hz frequencies. These rhythmic brainwave entrainment frequencies provide the optimal balance between intense focus and relaxed mental states for reading and concentration.
Here at The Hub we have a history of helping students focus through the use of soothing ambient music for reading and concentration. We're always looking to improve, so if you have feedback, we're all ears.
How Do I use This?
Simply listen as you go about your study. Start at '0' volume and turn it up until you can just about perceive the pulses. Alternatively you may want them to be a bit more prominent, which is fine also. The gentle pulses (isochronics) have the effect of focusing your attention onto the task at hand through a process called Rhythmic Entrainment, aka brainwave entrainment. Different frequencies result in varying states of awareness, from sleep to hyper-alertness. The stimulus which entrains the brain to these states can be either visual or auditory, with the latter being the most common. This track uses auditory entrainment of course. Headphones are generally recommended though not always necessary in the case of isochronic tones.

Creative visualisation involves using the imagination to condition your mind towards the achievement of certain goals or a rewiring of ingrained beliefs and attitudes. For best results listen daily and combine with your own positive affirmations. Instructions can be found below.
The best time for creative visualisation and manifestation meditations is during a time of mental rest, away from other activities which demand too much conscious attention. THETA and ALPHA brainwave states are perfect for aiding with the generation of mental imagery, ensuring less resistance as these images pass through to the storehouse of your subconscious. It is here where the beliefs we have about ourselves and the world around us are kept. These include our strengths, weaknesses, limitations as they are perceived, and what it is about you and your environment you believe to be true or false. By purposely setting aside the time to visualise we can become authors of our own perceived reality.
::INSTRUCTIONS::
Set aside 20 minutes or so when you know you won't be distracted.. A good time to listen is before bed. Set your volume to a comfortably low level.
1) Get comfortable: Sit or lie down comfortably, close your eyes and relax all of the muscle groups in your body. Empty your mind by focusing on your breath.
2) Imagine: The second step of the creative visualization process is imagining your intended outcome. Imagine your ideal reality as if experiencing it in the present moment. Bring the pictures to life as if watching a film screening.... make the colours brighter and indulge all your other senses. Be creative! Also make use of positive affirmations, using the present tense, or presenting them in the form of a question ("Why is it that i'm so wealthy?", "How did I come to be so confident?")
3) Feel. This part is important... You must really feel what it would feel like if you already had that which you have mentally pictured. Use your emotions to bring your mental movie to life!
Consistent use of this technique can be very powerful!
One advantage of using this particular track repeatedly is that the mental imagery will become 'anchored' to the music, so that every time you revisit this session, the imagery will become stronger, more vivid and as a result, more ingrained into your psychological makeup.Ohm Chanting & Temple Bells Meditation - Aum Mantra Meditation Music, Isochronic Tones (Alpha Waves)The Brainwave Hub - Sleep, Focus, Mindfulness2020-07-06 | Ohm chanting sound therapy overlaid with temple bells, calming meditation music and isochronic tones in the alpha region (8-11hz). ☞ WHY THESE SPECIFIC FREQUENCIES?
The brains of depressed individuals appear to exhibit lower amplitude brainwaves, and appear to be deficient within the beta range. Alpha also seems overly abundant frontally, in the left hemisphere, and deficient in the right.
You could say that the right hemisphere, which tends to be loosely associated with emotions, needs to be tamed to a certain extent, while the left hemisphere, associated with logic and rational thinking, needs to be stimulated into taking the more dominant role over the two.
For people who are or have been chronically depressed, this may sound more than a little bit familiar as irrational thoughts are often a symptom of depression, which often perpetuate the cycle.
☞ INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure your headphones are on the right way around. Sit or lie down comfortably and listen at a comfortable volume. It may help to close your eyes though this is not necessary

Rhythmic entrainment (aka. brainwave entrainment) will be administered through your in-ear sleep set (optional). These binaural beats modulate at a delta wave rhythm varying from 0.5-2hz, and are combined with relaxing sleep meditation music. This will ensure deep and restful sleep as we travel through the depths of hyperspace. Stay tuned for more premium sleep music.
Always use a low, comfortable volume for our sleepscapes. Headphones optional.
The brainwavehub is your solution for effective sound therapy using rhythmic entrainment (aka, brainwave entrainment) technology to create brain states on demand. Use this mindfulness meditation music to QUICKLY enter deep meditative states through the use of delta wave pulsations of 2 cycles per second. These frequencies can also aid with stress relief, anxiety relief, sleep and relaxation.
This mindfulness meditation sleepscape functions in accordance to the principles of rhythmic entrainment (also known as brainwave entrainment) to influence your state of consciousness. An often overlooked phenomenon in western culture, rhythmic entrainment can be administered in the form of auditory, visual, and even electromagnetic stimuli. Our brainwave's ability to 'sync' to an external stimulus is known as the FFR - Frequency Following Response. In actuality, this has been known to ancient cultures for many generations as they conjured trance states from the repetitive beat of their ceremonial drums. Binaural beats, isochronic tones, and all forms of music simply provide the medium for a more modern and updated form of consciousness alteration. It's both an art and science which provides ground for fun experimentation.FAST Tension Headache Relief - POTENT Pure Tone Delta Wave Stimulation (Isochronic Tones)The Brainwave Hub - Sleep, Focus, Mindfulness2020-03-30 | As requested, a new pure tone audio-visual migraine headache relief program. These potent pure tone beats modulate from 0.125 to 0.5hz and are designed to provide pain relief as quickly as possible. For the purpose of headache relief, pure tone sound therapy may actually work better on its own than when paired with music. This way, you can feel the isochronic tones reverberate through your head, which can provide a nice soothing sensation to counteract any pain. The isochronic is synced up to a flashing light for an optional audio visual entrainment experience.
The frequencies switch every five minutes, ranging from 0.5hz to 0.125hz. Because the tones are reside in the delta wave range you could also use this to relax or even fall asleep to. We’ve combined the tones with analog white noise in the background, which is generally a lot smoother and pleasant than the digital equivalent.
Always listen in a rested state, through headphones (those with a good bass response are idea, but not necessary). You may want to close your eyes; however we have made use of green light therapy, which in some cases has been shown to actually provide tension headache relief, as opposed to blue, red, yellow, white and orange light. This visual element however is entirely optional.

The two session are 20 minutes in length; 0-20 mins = 2hz, 20-40 = 6hz Each soundscape consists of drum rhythms for the first 6 mins or so, followed by a middle section of synths (without the drums), then a further 6-7 mins of drum beats, this time with a different percussion instrument.
Always use a low, comfortable volume and let the sounds carry you away - headphones are recommended.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON BINAURAL BEAT AUDIO COMBINED WITH MUSIC
These audios are produced in a manner where the entrainment and musical backdrops are perfectly balanced so that a 'frequency following response' can take place. In many cases where the two are combined, the sine waves which make up the binaurals are often 'blurred out' by the music's frequency content. Obviously what we want is the correct balance between a masking of the sine waves (the ones sent to each ear) so that they're not too intrusive, but without overpowering them totally, and while still retaining their efficacy and ability to combine within your brain to create the desired 'beat' frequency.

Use this session before and/or after using any brainwave entrainment binaural or isochronic audio with stimulating waves ranging from 12-40hz, or any audio which stabilises at a frequency below 12hz for extended periods of time. In the case of beta-gamma over-stimulation, this can lead to an unbalanced brainwave state where an overabundance of beta/gamma waves can result in 'Frequency Burnout'. Symptoms of Frequency Burnout include: fatigue and irritability, lethargy, difficulty entering a relaxed state of mind, insomnia, headache and migraines. Regarding slower wave audios, if you're listening to daytime sessions which stabilise at any frequency below 12hz for long periods of time, this audio will enable you to acquire a more balanced set of frequencies across the spectrum. Have this audio handy in a separate tab whenever you need it.
2. CHRONIC FATIGUE
Recent findings have shown how a dysfunctional limbic system may be partly responsible for the onset of chronic fatigue. This track predominantly consists of Sub-Delta, Theta and Low Alpha frequencies, which serve to activate your body's natural 'relaxation response', governed by the PARASYMPATHETIC nervous system (PNS). This counterbalances the SYMPATHETIC nervous system (SNS), which is activated in times of emotional and physical stress. The SNS is localised within the limbic system, and when out of balance, the constant increase in heart rate, blood pressure and the release of stress-related hormones can pose major problems over time. It's important to consider that the SNS is not 'bad' in and of itself, and is not to be seen as an inconvenience. Rather, it is named as such because it's there to ensure survival by protecting the organism against danger, real or perceived. Unfortunately, a lot of the 'programs' which trigger your body's 'fight or flight' response are no longer useful. When in a constant state of engagement, this can be liked to accelerating with the breaks on, until your body says 'enough is enough', and starts to shut down.
By constantly meditating to these rhythmic entrainment frequencies you can help stabilise your body's SNS to a state of balance. Deep sleep is also essential to CFS recovery - a balanced Limbic system is highly conducive to sleep. Be sure to take a holistic approach such as diet, supplementing with vitamins and minerals, very light exercise such as tai-chi/chi-gong, positive affirmations, and if you feel it's needed, cognitive behavioural therapy. Remember that for this condition, a holistic approach is imperative. These protocols were used by myself when recovering from the worst of my CFS symptoms years back.
3. PAIN RELIEF
The slow wave - high amplitude frequencies here have a balancing effect on the limbic system, specifically the amygdala and hypothalamus, which themselves process physical and emotional pain. This may be the reason many people find these rhythmic entrainment frequencies to be so helpful with chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia and migraine headache relief.
