lately i've been struck with tons of work and stress which makes it pretty hard to scrounge up any motivation to work on anything meaning that things have slowed down immensely, so I probably won't be posting these often

i made this game about a month ago after being inspired by the complex game
it features procedurally generated backrooms, a spooky thing and co-op multiplayer
i have doubts i will ever finish this game considering the fact that the backrooms are already getting old and the gameplay loop is very raw plus everyone's already seen the backrooms a million times and there are a million more games about the backrooms out there already. it was an interesting project though and in the end i think i got a cool little prototype.
my main idea for progression was to make it so you would go down deeper and deeper down the backrooms exploring various levels until you meet your demise. have it be some sort of endless (?) "roguelike"
maybe one day i'll continue this project but as of now its DEAD

i ported a chapter from half life 1 as a temporary space to test out campaigns. it works with multiple players and is mostly server-side. the mesh was converted and later imported into the level editor, everything else like the enemies and scripted objects were laid out in the level editor. its all very rough and very work in progress.

~GameJolt description~
Fog of Life 2 is a survival horror game where you traverse a foggy land, looking for whatever you can to help you on your journey back to a town in the middle of an apocalypse caused by an unknown origin.
The game contains extra features that were not present in the first part of the same name. The additions include: Randomly generated location placements, an inventory system with many items to find, a story with more depth, a day/night cycle where daytime sees you explore and search for useful items and night sees you try and survive from any creatures that dwell in the dark.
You have the choice to play either by yourself as a lone wolf or with a few friends in multiplayer. You can even communicate through voice chat for extra spooks and immersion.
Right now the game is in progress, not out for the public.

Act 8 is quite possibly one of the most frustrating and difficult acts in the entire mod. It starts off with a fair start and an incredibly difficult end. The motorcycle chase part took me 11 tries to complete. I think it's difficult due to the amount of fog, the fact that the motorcycle handles like shit, the chase victim's motorcycle is incredibly fast and that you can bump into any zombie running past or any random light post as well as piece of map geometry.

GTA: Zombie Andreas is a full conversion mod for GTA SA, created by BloodTiger and Sergey Makarov, assisted by Philips27, Albert Wesker and WorldOfGTA. Originally created in Russian, but later translated in broken English. The mod will have an anticipated DLC release somewhere around May, i might try to create a walkthrough of that as well.
