The pacing of the game's gotten faster, so for a while I wanted to increase the size of your hitboxes while also speeding the animations up to 24fps up from 12. Should go check it out after you're done playing this mod and trying the Advent NEON demo on Steam.Sonic Frontiers has been quite the surprise for me with how much of a blast it was to play! With the modding community popping off as hard as this game, I knew I wanted to jump in on the fun before I even finished my first playthrough. Thanks to the modding community as well as Brandt for making Neon's model in the first place, this mod was possible! And it was just as fun to make as playing through the game normally!Unlike Sonic, Neon's attack speed is turned up to 11 while their attack damage is lowered to 1. What this means is that you now fight at lightspeed, but without instantly destroying enemies so that you can enjoy that extreme combo rate. Neon's damage revolves around building that combo gauge as many times as possible, as the Phantom Rush state now quadruples their damage output. Neon's momentum, speed, physics and everything have been adjusted to feel better too, both in and out of cyberspace. This includes their ability to run on walls in Advent NEON. In Frontiers, this breaks traversal wide open but is really fun! Be sure to find some creative ways to break things yourself!It's a COMPREHENSIVE rebalancing of the player, not just a skin, so you practically are playing a different character!
